拿著一大袋大福曲奇饼还是在太古广场坐巴巴较方便,反正一场来到不如又去great 超市逛逛,看看有什么好吃的! 左转右转的发现华丽园有个counter在此,正合想买甜年糕的心意,价钱虽不便宜但老字号有信心嘛,最重要是不用跟太多人一起迫!! 各款糕点有实物供客人作选择,选定后先告诉阿姐想买的款式,拿著付款单到收银处付款才拿货。除了必买传统黄糖椰汁年糕,还有大人喜欢的杏仁椰汁年糕,燕窝款式还是自家炖来吃更满足,两款年糕均以印制精美纸盒包好,再以印有花朵的胶袋盛载,用作送礼也够看头的。不用打开精美纸盒,清甜椰香已不住从盒里渗出,好香!黄糖椰汁年糕应较受欢迎,流量较快因而整个年糕较柔软;煎好的两款年糕同样柔软, 椰香慢慢从黏软糕身中渗出,比传统纯黄糖的多一重香味,味道较香浓及传统,甜度适中的相当好吃。杏仁椰汁年糕整个雪得较硬身,绝对可以当武器。杏仁椰汁较清怡没黄糖版本那么浓郁,年糕本身其实跟椰汁年糕一样,所谓杏仁并不是以杏汁加进年糕里,只是在面层洒了一层杏仁碎,煎香后杏仁变成脆脆的为黏软年糕加了脆口感觉,杏香并没有因而更为浓重。个人较喜欢黄糖那款多一点,除了真的如传统年糕味道,那种淡淡椰香也是吸引处;盒上写了煎年糕最佳方法是加枚鸡蛋同煎,首次只直接煎香,年糕非常软糯的黏成一团,像太极图案的模样非常有趣;第二次加了鸡蛋,的确没那么黏也多了点蛋香,只是没有蛋的更对个人口味。阿姐一人兼顾煎糕及卖糕,单单应付试食及询问的客人也够她去忙,百忙中仍不忘提醒杏仁年糕面层舖有杏仁碎,以防客人对其食物敏感,细心!懒惰的客人不想拿著大袋曲奇去付款,打算将曲奇放在桌上减轻负担,阿姐也细心的把我的曲奇收好,离开前又提醒:"记得拎袋饼呀!",服务分增加。

近中秋了, 公司人人有月饼之余, 客户送来的月饼, 也搞到我地日日公司既tea time, 都在月饼既阴霾下渡过. 不要说得这么惭, 因为当中都有好野. 靓野食. 只是过节正日, 两边的家递上月饼, 都令我感觉怕怕, 这是在公司天天吃月1饼的后遗症.公司月饼当中, 最吸引我的一就是这个华丽园的奶黄月饼. 拍照前, 已经急不及待的咬了一口, 所以图中的月饼, 已经有牙齿印....奶黄同咸蛋黄混为一体的. 味道香浓, 而且那浓香的奶, 黄, 咸蛋的, 胜过哂之前食过的任何奶皇包等等奶皇馅的食物. 香口, 甜美.....一小只....齿留香....可以称得上是华丽的月饼

This place sells traditional Chinese festival food such as New Year cakes and Mooncakes, however that was not what I came for!!!!I wouldn’t usually notice these traditional Chinese shops if it wasn’t for the MACARONS!!!!They were brightly coloured macarons besides the mooncakes, how could I not stop by?!!Some of them had two colours, the blueberry was made up of a pink half and a lilac half.Not items you would expect to see in a traditional Chinese shop!As well as macarons they also sell cookies to keep in the trend, not sure if both of these products are made by WahLaYuen.Apart from shopping there, a lot of supermarkets such as Citysuper and Taste sell their stuff too.Found out they have coconut flavoured New Year’s cake 椰汁年糕 even though it is a bit early now to be thinking about it.Back to the MACARONS, I was drawn to the green one, which was apple instead of the commonly found pistachio. I wasn’t going to get the raspberry one but it looked nice made of two halves of different colour same as the raspberry.It costs $13 for one and $65 for a box of five.I ended up getting the apple and it was quite nice. 月饼展销会, 试吃了奶黄, 觉得唔够香又唔够滑, 很干杏汁莲蓉又完全吃不到有杏汁味..五仁又带点酸..怪怪的..最后选了2款较好吃的:单个卖 $50....其实都几贵..1. 枣蓉双黄白莲蓉月饼 @188g (e.23/9/11)莲蓉 (砂糖, 莲子, 花生油, 水),咸蛋黄, 小麦面粉, 糖浆(砂糖, 水, 柠檬, 酸度调节剂{柠檬酸}),红枣, 花生油, 食用碱水(酸度调节剂{碳酸钠, 碳酸钾}, 蛋)看成份, 仍是以莲蓉为主要食材, 所以枣蓉吃落红枣味不够浓..幸而不会油光泛泛, 更不会过甜..咸蛋黄虽有两颗, 但大细不一, 且分布不平均..分成4角, 竟然有1角完全没有蛋黄..蛋黄质素尚算ok, 有油水..若然枣蓉份量多些会更好..唉...暂时还未在坊间找到美味的枣蓉月饼2. 椰汁双黄白莲蓉月 @188g (e. 23/9/11)莲蓉 (砂糖, 莲子, 花生油, 水),咸蛋黄, 小麦面粉, 糖浆(砂糖, 水, 柠檬, 酸度调节剂{柠檬酸}),椰汁, 花生油, 食用碱水(酸度调节剂{碳酸钠, 碳酸钾}, 蛋)不知是以放在雪柜的原故, 蛋黄很实..一点油粉也没有..而且跟红枣蓉月饼一样, 双黄分布不平均,其中一个蛋黄侧在一角落, 弄得另外一角全是莲蓉..雪冻了的莲蓉, 很滑不算腻...椰汁味竟然比在展销会试吃时淡了很多..吃了2款, 看来"华丽园" 3个字可在明年的月饼名单中删除..坊间应该有其他更好的选择..

虎去兔来,新春伊始。在这喜气洋洋的日子,先向大家拜个年,恭祝大家新年愉快,事事称心!自从去年买了「华丽园」的「黄糖椰汁年糕」回家吃之后,觉得质素的确不错,决定今年再接再厉,特地到「华丽园」的铜锣湾门市再买一底小的「黄糖椰汁年糕」回家在过年期间享用。虽然香港物价愈来愈贵,幸好「华丽园」没有调整价格,今年的小「黄糖椰汁年糕」跟去年一样,仍是卖$75。「华丽园」的年糕是有水准的,糕中带著椰汁的香味,甜度适中,而且不太黏牙,这香甜软糯的椰汁年糕,确是过年时的佳品之一呢!
