好少可香港有间甜品铺卖咁精致既甜品,而家开到通街都系既多数都系果D雪糕芒果豆腐花,沙冰等等,相反呢间甜品铺既甜品好多出面都未得食,包括呢个樱花水玄饼,卖相一流,而且唔会太甜,食落胃度透心凉又唔会太饱, 够晒满足。而窝夫个Size就好大,其实够三个人分,上面系提子酒雪糕亦都好有特式,窝夫上面仲有苹果切片,令到成个甜品咸咸酸酸几立体。最后就系芒果拿破仑,呢个就稍为普通因为咁岩个芒果唔太甜,但个饼底都造得唔错,而且仲有旧有质素马卡龙食,讲紧出面就咁买件马卡龙都要差唔多二十蚊,所以呢度既甜品我觉得都物有所值。最后值得一提系,店铺既装修都好有一种令人放松既感觉,其适合平日放工后食返款甜品松一松

小编早几日发现原来喺尖沙咀宝勒巷有间新开嘅甜品店😱店入面嘅甜品都几特别,除咗有啲传统糖水之外🤔亦都有啲比较新式嘅甜品🤭例如:芝士粟一烧🌽、法式焦糖炖蛋鲜🍴桂花白酒炖雪梨其实呢个甜品主要系由个白酒炖雪梨🍐同桂花寒天意粉组成😎师傅首先会将雪梨去皮🤔然后放入白酒🥂里面炖。最后喺碟上面先放上桂花寒天意粉😍然后再放上个白酒炖雪梨,成件事出嚟个效果就非常靓👍个雪梨🍐由于本身已经用咗白酒去炖,所以雪梨个口感就会变得比较淋😉再唔系本身爽脆嘅口感。另外虽然个雪梨本身加入左白酒🥂去炖,不过成个甜品里面基本上食唔到一丝嘅酒味🤔小编估计应该系炖嘅过程中啲酒精挥发晒😳至于个桂花寒天意粉,虽然当中过桂花味就唔算好突出😂不过都可以喺当中就可以食到有淡淡的桂花味😎而且味道亦都比较清甜,同个白酒炖雪梨个味道都几夹😋🍴魔鬼朱古力雪糕新地呢一杯雪糕新地嘅底部就加入咗一啲朱古力脆脆喺度,然后加入一层软雪糕🍦系中间,之后再喺表面临上一层朱古力酱,最后就放上一啲朱古力嘅装饰🍫同一球Mövenpick嘅朱古力雪糕。其实成杯新地🍨里面个雪糕都用得几快😔特别系最顶果球Mövenpick雪糕😅雪糕球嘅表面店员都放咗一个雪糕筒系上面,雪糕筒嘅口感都算几脆😂而且影相出嚟个效果亦都好靓☺️旁边店员仲放咗两支朱古力百力支系上面,不过百力支入口就好似梳左气咁🙂有少少好似湿咗咁😅至于中间𠮶层软雪糕,冰感唔算太重😝而且都几滑身。至于最底层𠮶啲朱古力脆脆波,虽然食落就冇乜特别,不过就令到成个雪糕新地个口感更加丰富☺️

2018年8月9日,与老婆大人系尖咀食完饭,老婆大人话要食心太软,当然openrice 下。揾到呢间,睇「食评」个心太软好似好特别,特登行去谂住食。系外面,见到入面好企理干净,好似未够钟开。见到入面有好几个人,好唐突咁再问下入面既职员,你地几时开门,。职员回答~「我地听日先开张」,我以为我听错,再问多次,佢都好有礼貌答同一句「我地听日先开张,呢到有单张,你可以拎去睇先。」总结:「食评好有参考/商业的价值」。

As I don't often roam in TST, didn't know it was a new dessert joint until I saw the reviews.For me, I chose cake with tea and it was really good that they had my favourite Mightly Leaf Earl Grey.It went well with my chocolate cake because it helped balance the heavy cream.My friend had the shaved ice which turned out good enough for three people to share.It was loaded with so much red beans, green tea pudding and mochi balls.Definitely the dessert on a hot day.They are going to change the menu soon so everything might be different on the next visit.
