这家小店菊月町,在观塘搬到牛头角附近,店更大更精美,非常日风,主打铁板烧跟师傅发板不过今晚我不饿,随便点几个主菜就算了菊刺身$338.0有漂亮的海胆,牡丹虾,金目鲷,蟹🦀️柳,拖罗,油甘鱼全都爽口弹牙,当中尤以拖罗最鲜美,金目鲷最爽口!社长丼$338.0在这美丽的丼内竟然有赤贝跟大拖罗,另外还有超重口味的秋刀鱼,醋饭入口开胃,不错杜洛克(西班牙)猪肉眼$248.0炸猪扒也可以那么高质?这猪扒厚实带层次感,有肉汁,配碎芝麻跟甜酱特别开胃不然他他酱也是相当不错,甜中带酸很解腻菊月町 (观塘)观塘鸿图道23号利登中心地下1号舖 继续阅读

上呢间堂食,第一印象就系「地道」!🍣🔥🤤座位舒服,感觉得出主理人心思。一开始嘅前菜牛油果酱豆腐,清新得嚟又有层次感,食落去嘅时候,牛油果嘅浓郁同豆腐嘅滑嫩简直完美夹击。再讲讲啲左口鱼,鱼本身够新鲜,有咁微妙嘅炙烧香,完全唔使多嘢,简单清清地够晒味!八爪鱼就真系够晒弹牙,仲有柚子醋提味,呢啲新鲜食材真系只需要啲简单处理。跟住,个金目鲷配蛋黄酱嘅配搭就真系意想不到,蛋香扑鼻,金目鲷嘅鱼味得到好好嘅提升。至于个拖罗海胆配鱼子酱,感觉好像海嘅皇帝𠮶阵豪华,食落真系开心到笑咗出嚟!尾声嘅和牛薄烧,我都喊出嚟好味嘅!个师傅烧到啱啱好,咁软嫩嘅质感,匙羹都过多。试试餐厅真系有味道又有心思,下次同屋企人一齐黎,想俾佢哋都试下咁正嘅料理! 继续阅读

I recently visited this nice Japanese restaurant with my colleague for farewell and had an overall great experience. The food, especially the sushi, was fresh and delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the sea urchin which had no strange smell. However, there was a bit of a mix-up with one of my colleague's orders. She had ordered sablefish but was given unagi instead. The restaurant quickly corrected the mistake and gave her the unagi dish, as well as the sablefish dish free of charge. We appreciated the restaurant's prompt response to the issue and their willingness to make things right. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend it to others. 继续阅读

朋友介绍呢间小店,见装修普普通通,点知原来名店嚟,午市都有唔少人book位,好彩我地早去,坐低一阵已经full晒~我叫咗丰洲鱼生饭,系师父每拣当季3款刺身放落去,职员话依家季节嘅都系白身鱼。除咗吞拿鱼,另外两款我都唔知叫咩名。吞拿鱼几香,我不嬲麻麻吞拿鱼都觉得ok,另外两款鱼几有口感。啲饭系醋饭,仲有啲芝麻个啲捞咗落去,啲饭几好食,好特别~overall中上,鱼生份量都足,我会比正评佢!朋友食嘅寿司set有好多唔同款,佢话都几好食~ 继续阅读

今晚同朋友两个人book咗食铁板烧。记得一年前左右,嚟过呢间食omakase, 当时感觉好好,无论lunch 同dinner 都好多人,食物质素好好,夜晚还同其他食客饮酒倾偈,好有日本居酒屋feel。今日星期五晚,居然全间餐厅只有我同朋友两人。内心已经心感不妙,又见到今次嘅师傅好似全部转晒,心想是否餐厅是否易手了。我哋今次选择食铁板烧,价钱没有点变,但食品的质量好似下降了很多。牛肉五成熟,但系就好硬。总之感觉整体上食品的质素已经下降。还有职员都不是太helpful, 我问有什么sake介绍,佢就话好睇𠆤人口味,以前出名的「-刀两断」又无再入货,连送酒的枝豆同鸡泡鱼干都话无。我谂我都应该不会再再去,价钱同食物不太配。 继续阅读
