即叫即蒸旧式酒家 买少见少旧式酒楼,旧式服务员,旧式服务态度!确实以旧式来说卫生已经算不错。点了虾饺烧卖凤爪,食物是要等的,因即叫即蒸,所以可以接受。整体来说不错! 继续阅读

今日去左湾仔嘅荣华饮茶,呢边大多数都系做街坊生意,所以野食就唔系特别好味,环境普通,来呢度饮茶目的都系想感受留香港嘅老情怀,呢间野最特别嘅地方唔系D点心反而系呢度嘅炒物,如果系要选一样最好味嘅就一定系干炒牛河。油度适中,牛就炒得刚刚好,仲系好嫩香港大排档嘅老火味,可以系黎度揾到。所以来呢度食野,一定系要选呢类型嘅炒物。 继续阅读

间野系我公司个头, 所以有时想买外卖都会去呢度, 除左饮茶, 其实打公仔可以系佢楼下买饭盒架, 好想赞下佢d饭盒平均都系22元一个饭, 唔包饮品既, 平时最爱佢既凤爪排骨饭外卖, 佢真系成个盎去蒸, 你叫外卖时佢会掉个蒸饭去个外卖盒度比你, 加d豉油, 但佢既凤爪排骨饭我特别中意食既原因系因为, 佢d饭唔会无味得豉油味, 佢真系有凤爪排骨既香味架, 我由20蚊食到佢加到22蚊, 仍然都咁中意食佢, 除左呢个, 我仲试过荷叶饭, 仲有梅菜扣肉饭, 二个都可以一试, 不过打公仔想食lunch买外卖? 可以去试下个凤爪排骨饭呀, 如果太迟买有时真系会买晒架 继续阅读

Came here for dinner with my dad. This is an old restaurant and can't expect too much with its decoration, and environment. We were seated on the ground floor, which was nearly full when we left.Just the two of us, and we could not order much. My dad was very interested with lobster with noodles (姜葱焗龙虾伊面底), so we ordered one (at $198). We also ordered 草姑介菜胆 (don't know how much).The lobster arrived quickly. The size was reasonably big and was rightly cooked. Meat was chewy and fresh. However, the noodle was broken into pieces. Having said that, I think the dish is value for money.The vegetable arrived later, which also tasted good to me. The portion was a bit too small though. The most disappointing thing should be its price. I end up paying $310. The vegetable may be in the range of $60 to $70.The service was good, as my dad was a regular patron there. No complaint. 继续阅读

今天放假,相约老爸午膳,选了他家附近的荣华酒楼。荣华的月饼、腊肠也吃过多次,但上酒楼则是第一次,未到下午一时,酒楼已有七成满,我们被安排在较入位置,点了普洱茶,但来了香片,为免浪费,也照饮可也。看看餐牌,午巿有特价抵食孖宝,八款点心可选两款,而炒粉面又有八款选一款,问过老爸意见,选了虾饺和大利烧卖及珍珠带子海鲜粒炒红米饭,再加一碟油菜。先来的珍珠带子海鲜粒炒红米饭颇大碟,而且红米和白米的份量相若,红米已煮开、软糯,材料有珍珠带子,虾仁,菜粒,红萝卜粒等,夹杂有蛋丝,味道偏淡,油、盐落得不多,也没有鸡粉味精横行的纵影,带子和虾没有甚么调味,若以健康角度来说,是很理想的一碟;虾饺的皮与馅料有些虚位,样子不够结实,像穿了大两码衣服的孩子,澄面皮也不够弹牙,而馅料是新鲜的;大利烧卖,有两件猪利在上面,肉质较硬,味道则鲜甜,下面的烧卖有猪肉和虾,有弹性、新鲜可口;青葱的菜芯漉得仍爽脆,淋些少辣椒豉油,更令平淡的菜味泛起了涟漪。过了一时,午膳的人已愈来愈多,父子兵也要撤退了。在楼下外卖部看见有老婆饼,红豆酥等,问问老爸要不要些作下午茶点,他点头说好,随即买了三个豆沙,两个莲蓉酥让他拿回家,都是二十个大洋有交易。老爸虽已年过七十,仍身壮力健,吃得睡得,在电视看到美女也目不转睛,友人都说是我的福份,眼见很多为人子女的,父母年老多病,要日夜跟衬在左右,金钱花在医疗上,还要时刻担心身体状况,纵有千万家财,也难得安逸。愿上苍保佑老爸身心康泰,已更胜荣华富贵伴我一世了。 继续阅读
