突然想到西贡食嘢，喺OpenRice book咗8点半，凖时杀到呢间店。老板话海鲜入货贵，所以冇哂特价海鲜套餐，唯有点小菜。椒盐鲜鱿外皮非常脆，但coating的粉却十分之薄，好正👍🏻滑蛋虾仁的虾仁大只弹牙👍🏻，不过蛋唔够香，选材问题。清炒芥兰超正👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，火候恰到好处，所以芥兰爽甜，个个都赞不绝口。花胶汤将食材的原味煲哂出来，清甜滋润。牛肋排不但牛味十足，更是入口即溶。

上次嚟呢度食已经无咩服务可言但系因为佢个片皮鸭𠮶啲皮真系好脆所以我哋就再嚟试多次一开头就叫我地坐喺最入面𠮶张枱因为上面冇晒位但系因为太热啦我哋问可唔可以开大啲个冷气嘅时候佢就叫咗我哋上2楼坐 我哋发现原来上边系有好多空枱叫咗一只片皮鸭 啲皮都系一如既往咁脆好食 喺𠮶度食鸭嘅时候 我哋就一路喺度问我地啲点心上未啊问咗两次都话黎紧黎紧 话一定要切左只片皮鸭先食点心第三次问嘅时候先话我地冇落到单催左三次同我讲话嚟紧最后原来冇落到单都唔知点解可以咁样做嘢虾饺烧卖炸云吞都好好食 炸奶皇包都好食但个小笼包真系前所未有咁难食啲皮完全缩晒水 入边一啲汤都冇 唔想晒嘢食就局住食食食下突然间一大堆人一齐冲上嚟之后就叫隔离枱𠮶几个落去楼下食因为要让张大枱俾果堆人食 最后扰攘左好耐埋单又系好奇怪茶钱𠮶度计极都几唔到我哋几多个人明明我地得五个人佢就系咁话我地有六个收钱又唔系收钱系咁讲电话其实依度啲嘢食真系好食但系员工态度真系唔系几好唔好expect有啲咩好嘅service

This is one of the worst meal I ever have in HK. Food are overpriced and taste extremely salty. We ordered a dinner set with shark fin soup, the soup is as salty as seawater. The oyster congee is also so salty that even I poured in three cups of water it is still very salty. Considering the food quantity is poorly little and the really hopeless food quality, the food definitely does not worth the price and I won’t recommend this to any of my friend for the good of their wallet and kidney.

第一次嚟到呢间餐厅，见佢都唔少人，就即管试吓佢。一坐低，我哋叫咗一个二人餐，之后伙计先放低两碟花生，承为$40。等左45分钟，终于有野食。我地呢个套餐明明系西兰花炒带子，但上菜变左碟菜芯。只系交低一句，冇晒西兰花。呢D系乜野服务？难道你放低乜嘢我都要接受？😡再等30分钟，又黎多一碟𩠌，今次系煎银雪鱼配一碟沙律酱。特别之处系，沙律酱系”益”左嘅怪味。总括而言，味道还可以，但服务确系麻麻。如果要我花两个钟头去食呢餐饭，我绝对唔会再帮衬。

Disgusting and disrespectful service. Bought a duck and was only served the slices when we requested the rest of the duck, the manager got extremely rude and angry shouting at us that we needed to pay a lot extra. It's not unreasonable to ask for the whole duck we selected. Could you imagine selecting a fish in a seafood restaurant and the manager getting mad when you ask why only a few bits of meat are delivered instead of the whole fish. Don't go near this place!
