在众拉面强店林立的铜锣湾能站得住脚, 一点也不容易。偏偏这间不用大排长龙的拉面店却静静地屹立著努力, 相信定有其可取之处。之前听朋友谈及这儿的汤颇咸。今次小人试了黑伝义烧拉面, 并追加了荀和紫菜。面未到, 店员先端上一杯冻茶, 解渴怡神, 更能清一清味蕾以享用跟著而来的食物, 很是细心。黑伝拉面并非全碗都是黑漆漆的, 油份减了不少, 但仍保留到豚骨汤的味道, 咸淡适中, OK㖞~~~硬面稍微比预期中较腍; 幸而配料的木耳及芽菜增添爽口的感觉。肥瘦相间的义烧边位烧得不错。而荀和紫菜是分开上的, 可避免未吃已变腍了!感觉是一间还不错的拉面店, 可以一试! 继续阅读

自从豚王的出现,令拉面市场重新走入正轨,不断有名店引入,不同味道的涌现,的确令爱好者鼓舞。豚王进驻登龙街后,十分成功,并引来舞心的出现,无疑店内阔落及坐位舒服得多。今次不想再吃热腾腾的揾面,改了吃凉面,有著色彩缤纷的卖相,星形的秋葵、条状的叉烧及紫菜、白色的山芋及温泉蛋,面条是曲形,加强了挂汤的能力,咬落又真的有嚼口及弹牙,在盛夏中吃一碗真凉快。 继续阅读

走进这店时人数不多,在晚饭时间只有一半入座率。餐牌有三种口味拉面选择,加上另一新品,冻拉面,及一些小食。最后拣了浓猪骨汤拉面,再试下新品冻拉面及枝豆。冻拉面配料十足,有蛋丝,蟹子,紫菜,甜虾等将所有面条都遮住,碗底有少少汁让客人搅拌一起吃,味道0k,好适合夏天。枝豆跟平时的无大差别,送上枱时有微温, 上面酒上一点点盐.到主角拉面,汤底的确浓,再配上些拉面可中和了太咸太油的感觉.可惜的温泉蛋中间不太流心,又无甚么味道,跟普通蛋差别不大.叉烧普普通通, 食后印象不大. 继续阅读

铜锣湾区真系有好多拉面店。一兰开咗之后相信对附近嘅店舖会有一定嘅影响。星期日下昼,连豚王都唔洗点排队,位处对面嘅舞心就更加唔洗讲。呢度亦系主打猪骨汤拉面,分白(原味)、黑(浓味)、同赤(辣味)3种。每款拉面都可拣选叉烧同蛋嘅份量,价钱由$68-$93;最少有一块叉烧,到最多4块叉烧加1只溏心蛋。每碗另有少许葱,芝麻同笋,其他配料如木耳或紫菜要另嗌。继续支持辣,所以我order咗赤,由于menu冇写辣度,问问店员,佢话可选大、中、小辣。咁我拣大辣啦,面要普通硬度。汤,橙橙的,浓度一般,有点稠,但都够猪骨味。其实香港人唔算食得好浓,太杰太浓嘅浓底反而会好滞。汤面有好多油,相信大辣系靠加较多嘅日式辣油。起初觉得唔错,但食食吓有点咸。面较幼,"普通硬度",但觉得都系淋咗少少。虽然面条可索多啲汤,但唔系好有口感。叉烧肥瘦均匀,烧得好香。溏心蛋一般,质地软身同带点咸。枱面有几款调味,所以亦试一试。拉面胡椒好香,辣油只系普通港式辣油。呢度以木为主调,设计简约。枱唔太逼,坐得舒服。整体嚟讲拉面中规中矩,价钱合理,都可考虑再帮衬。 继续阅读

At first we were going to try a different ramen shop, but because the line for that one was too long, this was the alternative ramen we had. Theres a choice of three ramen soups - I had the concentrated pork bone soup. The soup tasted right, not too salty or filled with MSG. However, I still didn't find it that special - loads of ramen places seem to be doing the same soup nowadays. It was a bit pricey, especially considering that the ramen only came with one pork slice. I got seaweed to go with it as well, which I recommend since it soaked up the soup really well and still tasted really strong. The complementary drink was really weird. It tasted like tea and coffee mixed together. As a person who don't like coffee, I was really sensitive to the taste.  继续阅读
