讲饮讲食还是铜锣湾系美食嘅集中地,特色餐厅总有一间喺附近。工作夥伴诚意邀请我一齐打边炉,特别推介 铜锣湾 胡炉,喜欢店里高质素的食物、细心的服务、抗疫措施好、空间感够大。四人一台也有独立小房间,嚟紧母亲节可以带埋妈咪嚟食龙虾呀!火焰龙虾海鲜锅 $398店长推介这里的招牌汤底,特色终於店员会喺我哋面前炒龙虾,龙虾非常生猛,然後洒上小量酒再点火,锁住龙虾的鲜味,火焰效果更加是 *打咭able *,火焰非常有气势。一边炒一边闻到香喷喷,再倒入超浓郁的龙虾汤,真材实料 ,叹为观止。工作夥伴最喜欢饮龙虾汤,佢话睇见都流口水,打边炉之前先饮两大碗金黄色的龙虾汤,海鲜的甜唔好错过呀!龙虾肉好嫩滑又有弹性,大大只钳好新鲜。店员等我哋饮完龙虾汤之後,原来会加入香浓蕃茄汤,今晚即叫即制的汤底真的有很大惊喜。紫菜炸响铃 $88响铃系我自己打边炉必食的推介,尤其是店长话系新鲜即炸,更加要食,入口热辣辣香脆非常,浸龙虾汤食别有一番风味。自家制新鲜出炉果然系唔同啲,特色紫菜响铃就更加惹味啦!手切顶级安格斯肥牛 $228鲜嫩的牛肉,肉色充满亮泽,雪花脂肪分布平均,入口即溶,口感松软!高质素肉质柔软,牛味浓郁。黑松露芝士手打牛丸 $52店长推荐之一,手打牛丸非常之爽口弹牙,一啖咬落去小心爆汁,里面嘅黑松露芝士好似岩浆咁慢慢流出来,味道极之浓郁,口感特别,牛魔王必食!黑松露蟹肉饺 $68现场自家包制,特别新鲜,皮薄馅靓,好香的黑松露,咬开食到一丝丝的蟹肉,不错吧。竹蔗茅根水 $68自家制比较健康,甜度适中,打边炉清热气就最啱饮啦!总括而言,餐厅装修高格调,古典优雅,私隐度高,位置方便,食物质素又好,很快便会再来帮衬。 继续阅读

朋友説这间火锅汤底好多款,知道我系四季火锅,大家一拍即合,齐齐去试吓未嚐过的汤底。打边炉又点可以少得酱芥,这里收费每位$28,而餐前小食($28) 就有木耳。火焰龙虾海鲜汤($398)我哋两位也未试过这个汤底,就一致通过要这款。首先店员在我们面前炒龙虾、砚和其他配料,👀见龙虾还在生虾咁跳,跟着就洒上酒,再用火枪点起🔥,眼前熊熊烈火,真的没改错名!最後再加上蕃茄浓汤,提意未开始火锅就先饮碗汤,龙虾味道非常浓郁,唔觉意就饮了几碗!海鲜拼盘餐($128)x 2人份量店员説今晚 promotion 有海鲜拼盘,拼盘有多种款式如卜卜砚、刀背砚、鲍鱼、虾、蛏子,非常低食,果然冇介绍错,样样都新鲜好味道!💯本地肉眼边爪($398)主角当然最後出埸,别看牛肉只是薄薄一片,但油脂分布均匀,喜欢牛肉味浓一定要试,兼且有咬口添。😋😋其余我哋也要了油麦菜($48)和云吞($48)(半份),这里的店员除咗有好介绍,也非常落力帮我们换碟呢! 继续阅读

喺Office忙咗成日,夜晚约咗朋友倾少少嘢,顺便慰劳一下自己,拣完一轮,我哋决定咗去打边炉,烚吓烚吓慢慢倾🥘一坐低见到个餐牌其实大家都打咗个突,觉得有少少贵,但当开始食嘢之後,就发现呢个价钱绝对值得😋🍲浓汤佛跳墙鸡翅锅 $398个汤底非常足料,大家一致认同净系嚟食佢个汤,唔叫其他嘢食都值得,个汤非常浓郁,入面有花胶、海蔘、鲍鱼、翅、螺片、柱贝、金华火腿、鲜鸡件同埋大量娃娃菜,娃娃菜吸收晒个汤同材料嘅精华,喺味觉层面来讲绝对系绝佳享受,但略嫌有少少洗得唔乾净。👑 养生花胶筒 ($138)除咗汤底之外,朋友一致认同全晚CP值最高就系呢个花胶筒,份量出乎意料地多,放落个汤度吸收晒所有精华,再加埋弹牙嘅口感,大家都赞不绝口👍🏻🇳🇿 纽西兰草饲羊肉片 ($138)食得出质素唔差,不过感觉可能喺室温拖咗一阵先上菜,颜色有啲唔新鲜,朋友觉得太羶,不过我自己就几锺意🥩🥟 XO鲍鱼虾饺王($58)鲜味十足,咬开清楚见到各样材料,有虾米、瑶柱、鲍鱼片、鲜虾肉、少少葱,真系足料到一个令人惊讶嘅地步!🦑 皇帝柱贝墨鱼丸($58)墨鱼丸爽滑弹牙,加上青葱嘅香味,柱贝嘅鲜香,非常美味😋🍜 稻庭乌冬 ($38)有个咁正嘅汤底,有乜理由唔叫个乌冬一齐食?乌冬爽滑弹牙,配埋个汤底简直无敌,几饱都一定要食返碗,唔好嘥咗个汤底😍另外值得一提嘅就系佢嘅酱料盆,个麻酱系我喺火锅店见过最浓最杰身嘅麻酱,另外沙茶酱亦都非常香浓,绝对冇揸流摊🥣 继续阅读

寒冷天气准备杀到,今年率先到火锅店吃一顿火锅,连锁式的火锅店常到,已经生厌,所以尝尝上楼的火锅店吧入座後,率先奉上小吃,麻辣木耳,刺激一下味蕾主角要出场浓汤佛跳墙鸡翅锅,第一次吃到这麽多材料的汤底,绝对足料,有鲍鱼,花胶,素翅,鸡肉,金华火腿,蔬菜等等店员告知先喝汤後火锅,一口气,喝了两碗汤,浓但汤清甜不腻配料方面,有的配料可以点半份,方便人数少的客人,XO鲍鱼虾饺皇,外层同样是水饺皮,但馅料胀卜卜,塞了满满的虾肉,每一口都好鲜甜另一款是西洋菜墨鱼丸,手打墨鱼丸混上西洋菜,别具一格,口感弹牙,还吃到一粒粒墨鱼粒由於友人不吃牛肉,所以点了西班牙黑毛猪豚肉,豚肉份量挺多的,有厚度,看下去不是一般的猪豚肉入口果然出色,感觉像吃着牛肉口感的豚肉,有点油脂,很香鸭血,虽然不是麻辣火锅,但是鸭血完全地吸收晒锅中精华,绝对是另一番风味火锅可以吃猪润的地方不多,把它灼热,时间要控制得刚刚好才美味,每块猪润不厚,入口够爽莴笋,是近年爱吃的蔬菜,口感够爽,色泽鲜绿,吸晴最後,来一杯麒麟生啤,真是人生一大乐事 继续阅读

It’s my first time trying such a fancy hotpot and although it was pricier than other places, it was so gooood 🤩🤩We had a lobster soup base and before the soup is poured in, the lobster is stir fried with butter in front of our eyes! The fragrance of lobster is really irresistible 🤤 after frying the lobster soup is added to complete the dense and rich soup base 😋 We had their Angus beef platter, abalone and various other handmade balls/ dumplings, seaweed beancurd skin and tofu. The beef was thinly sliced making it the perfect thickness for hotpot but despite being thin, the quality of the beef was next level! It was my first time having abalone in hotpot and I’m so glad I had it as the abalone soaked up all the flavours of the broth making it a chewier concentration of the broth 🤣The homemade balls/ dumplings were good too and I particularly liked the truffle mushroom dumping! The skin wasn’t too thick and the insides were filled with fresh mushrooms that were finely diced. After the first bite in, you can smell the fragrance of truffle 🤤. The seaweed beancurd skin was pretty special too as usually I’ve only had the plain ones and so this reminds me of the famous seaweed snack from Thailand 🤣. The main part for me has to be the soup! It was absolutely amazing with the rich and dense taste of lobster that made me want to empty out the whole pot🤣 when we were running low on soup they refilled with tomato soup which was also good as it gave a sweeter taste but still the original was the best 继续阅读
