We used to have dim sum in this restaurant every other weekend because the dim sum was good in particular the 鲍汁鸡脚.But the recent visit was very disappointing as the 鲍汁鸡脚 no longer taste good. In fact it was taste-less. The sauce was like water... 查看更多

某晚跟家人到铜锣湾晚饭,想吃的家人不吃(难道叫爸妈去吃日本菜或者 cafe 吗),选择其实只有中菜;行到铜锣湾广场二期对开,抬头一望,见肇顺名汇未吃过,就提议来吃了。(回想起来,应该是被电台广告洗脑太久才会选这里的。)同集团在此设有宴会厅(不过用上不同的名字),因此店内是类似摆酒的格局,但其实布置都几简洁,不是太富丽堂皇的说。鱼池里养著各式河鲜,大大只字写著有八折优惠;但其实大部份的鱼我都不认识,要点菜就比较困难了。 因要等齐人,我努力地翻著餐牌解闷,没有人来催我点菜(可能那时人客还不太多),倒是我觉得有点不好意思。家乡煎酿豆腐 ($58):既然是卖河鲜/顺德菜的店,就要吃些顺德菜啦,煎酿豆腐便是经典;豆腐抹上薄薄的鱼胶,以香葱豉油煎香,鱼肉香酥豆腐软嫩,送饭最佳。铜盘焗走地鸡(半只 $78)用一只像脸盆的铜制盆子上菜,用锡纸盖著,侍者之后剪开锡纸,一阵香气随即飘出,就是姜葱葱头等的香味;鸡件皮薄油份不多,感觉都几「走地」,不算滑但「家乡」等味几重的。  河鲜方面,一家人经过热烈的讨论之后,决定吃姜葱煎焗长江敏鱼 ($15/两,我们吃的是 1 斤 4 两左右)。其实也是香口的东西,因为鱼件已先炸过才放到锅里焗,多少掩盖了鱼本身的肉质和味道,也比较油,好在这种鱼本身鱼肉也是结实一点的。吃著此鱼感觉有点似曾相识,好像很久很久以前在家里吃过;而且看它名字,会否跟用来做鱼肝油的鳘鱼有点关系呢? 饭后糖水有红豆沙、南瓜西米露、豆腐花和黑糯米选择,老妈以前在此吃过豆腐花说不好吃,又不喜黑糯米,结果要了前两款。都吃了一点,通病就是太甜,但是送的就别要求太多了。连白饭三碗,四人吃了近五百元,没办法在外面吃鱼的话也要咁上下价钱。讽刺的是,当晚电视上正播映《穷富翁大作战 II》,看著做清洁工的田二少拿著每天只有 $50 的生活费,大叹七仔饭盒也买不起的时候,就在想著我们是否吃得太过份了...查看更多

We decided to give this restaurant a try after seeing so many good reviews and a score of 3.8. 5 of us went there for regular dinner. However, we were totally disappointed. Service: POOR!! When i entered the restaurant, because the table we so close to each other, one waitress bumped into my shoulder and she didn't even stop to appologize. After we sat down, a middle age waitress came by and highly recommended the 珍珠鱼, since she said that's a very good dish, we decided to go with it. She immediately ran to the kitchen without saying a word and didn't even finish taking the rest of the order. When she returned in 3 minutes, she said the fish is 3斤9, and is already killed and cleaned. We were furiously mad after hearing that because the price is $19 per 两 and we only have 5 people, how can we finish the fish among us?! and how can she not confirm with us the size of the fish before killing it! When we confronted her this, she gave us a long face and didn't back down. She just wanted to sell the high margin fish and didn't care if we can finish it. We asked for the manager and finally settled with a larger half of the fish. This experience totally ruined our mood.Food: 珍珠鱼两食 is actually the best dish of the night, but we still couldn't finish the dish. We also order another dish the manger highly recommended: 碌鹅 - so-so, the geese meat was tough, dry and tastless, but the sauce was actually good.野鸡卷 - :( , very fattening, and my father-in-law said he wanted to vomit after eating one piece上汤浸唐生菜 - standard veggies, can't go really wrong with this局鱼肠 - so-so, not as good as the one my grandma used to make. 广告听得多,饮茶就第一次,可惜是不快的经验。星期日早市都有特价,不过要12点3埋单。坐低时见未够12点,还有接近半个钟时间,火速在点心纸剔了4款点心。不久送上咸水角。是凉的!期待的心也凉了一截。之后等呀等,等呀等,见不少食客陆续埋单,我们的点心却无影。找部长催催,才知漏了一样点心无落单。不打紧,少一味也无所谓,最紧要咸薄饼及煎虾米肠及时送到。结果刚好赶及。先去埋单,连茶钱加一只是$34,无疑是便宜,不过相信是即煎的薄饼与肠粉,奇怪地并非热辣。前者不香亦无焦脆位,后者的虾米少,同样无好感。或者此店精于河鲜晚饭,点心非其强项,未可作准。不过在这非繁忙时段也无人冲水,感觉实在不爽!查看更多

上次食都差唔多三个月之前,但都要评下哩度,因为真系好得..我地差唔多17个人食..本身冇预更多,点知加下加下加到17个人坐张12个人台,迫就紧系啦,因为人地都冇谂住我地更多人黎,不过迫得黎重更加亲切,我地系叫一围咁ge形式,其实份量都系12人份,,但碟碟都非常大碟17个人食都足够,,蟹炊加到每人一只,超好味又大只,入面全部都系蟹肉咁真系好好味,芝士虾肉e面,,好多汁好有芝士味,虾又已经去哂x得返D肉,,好正重有个好似奇妙炸虾又系好好味!!哩度系食河鲜为主,,所以好多野都好岩口味~正正正中途个同事打破左只杯,个职员超紧张我地有冇事..总括服务都系一流!!查看更多
