奇奇怪怪@老地坊湾仔兰杜街2号9号舖中午太太太多人了, 排到出马路又不想经常吃同一间餐厅, 乱打乱撞下来了上海面食及饭, 大伙儿就各叫一个再分享吃菜饭啦~有益点,多吸收绿色蔬菜的维他命=__=初一十五, 像和尚食素是好事~对环境也好, 对身体也好不过呢, 用水白灼,面上又不是豪油.......淡而无味图我有食过才影的....极像豆豉零鱼, 鱼是半煎炸的方法烹调边旁薄身的鱼肉部分水也炸干了只有中间鱼身的肉是嫩滑又用上了白灼菜那个有色无味的汁较为正常一点的价钱 @ 50一人

同事带我来试上海面点知眼见的不是好地道的上海店,而是已经cross-over 左既茶餐厅当然,我们没有点茶餐厅既快餐呢冬姑有成只汤匙咁大只,实在太抢眼了牛展每片都好厚又大片基本上唔洗食面都已经叫人好饱云吞应该系自家制的,个馅好咸虽然overall 个馅唔系好多,但猪肉既比例系多dd既如果白菜馅多d 就好lu~叫面食可以加$3 要热饮,价钱算是fair其实味道好普通如果想真正食上海野应该呢度唔太满足到需要

Apart from their hot and sour noodles, the other dishes are Ok in my opinion.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fried egg and spam with rice:Last time had the steak because I didnt see the spam and fried egg combination, so this time got the spam.The spam was slighty crispy on the edges and tasted quite nice because it was not really salty of fatty.The egg was tender with a runny yolk and complimented the rice nicely with the soy sauce.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Sichuan style chicken with pickled vegetables:Although the dish was quite watery, the salty taste from the pickled vegetables were quite nice.The spicyness of this was intense.If it was not so hot, it would have been better.It came with vegetable rice which seemed healthy.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

早前在兰杜街吃过令人回味的炭烧鸡扒,见到这条短短的巷子满布食肆,已决意再来游历一次。今云与老友拣了这间上海小店,一心想试试特色美食,怎料却是失望收场。虽然餐厅标榜是上海馆子,但所有午餐只是腿蛋饭、肠蛋饭之类,与一般港式茶记无异,最后柯打了较为似样的上海云吞酸辣米粉。由于本身不能吃得太辣,因此已事先询问伙计「刺激程度」,并要求厨子只略为给予微辣便可。米粉上枱之际已心知不妙,首先见到有大堆辣椒,觉得侍应根本没有传递客人讯息,另很离奇地发现碗里有一片柠檬,莫非酸味就靠此而来?先试一试汤底,哗!极辣,令我的舌头立即麻痺。它似乎只是把辣酱加入清汤,欠缺了其他配料如肉碎、芽菜、腐竹等散发出的香惹,吃几口经已放弃。再试试主角上海云吞,外皮极其厚,单是这样已令这个菜式大打折扣,而内馅亦没甚特别,只是一般批发售入的货色。三十六元单售如此质素的米粉,友人吃罢也大呻揾笨,惟有再战下一站补数。

突然想吃沙律,去吃个下午茶。食物:-巴西猪扒沙律:个沙律放了太多沙律酱,比较酸。猪扒炸到太干,无肉汁热朱古力:劲少朱古力粉开(我估半茶匙都无),劲淡,仲要无加奶,又淡又唔滑,劲差服务:-有位女店员不停咁劲大声同另一位店员(疑似老板)倾谈。我记得当天电视正在播放威廉子结婚的直播,初时女店员未讲嘢,我都听到电视机的音量,但后来女店员开始讲嘢后,我完全听唔到电视机讲什么,大家可以猜想女店员的音量是何等强劲。我一边食,耳朵一边听到有回音,十分不舒服(阿姐,你想赶客啫,我的听觉是无辜的!,此其一。身为老板任由店员制造极大的嘈音污染,应该阻止,而不是继续任由店员放肆,此其二。)环境:-如此嘈音的环境,赶客
