 We sailed to Po Toi yesterday and just wanted a casual lunch.We first went to Ming Kee, but they required  a minimum charge of $190 per head even for my 9 year old boy!! We then left and headed towards Yiu Kee, but staff at Ming Kee tried to persuade us and said  "oh that restaurant only serves instant noodle!" Anyway, we just left and went to Yiu Kee and it proves that Ming Kee provided wrong information.Yiu Kee serves cha siu fried rice, seaweed soup, fish congee and fried noodles other than instant noodle.  We have ordered one fried rice and one fried soya sauce noodle shared between two adults and one kid, and the portion is big enough for three of us.  Their food is tasty! 冇冷气,好热,但远离都市到此一游可一试蒲台特色……$30/碗或$80/窝……仲有炒汤粉面饭。如果系秋高气爽之下来,就食得更enjoy,仲可以睇吓海景,同埋睇到老细用鱼丝织鱼网捕鱼,真系一件赏心乐事! 继续阅读

来蒲苔岛前,有朋友一直推介要食蒲苔岛的紫菜公仔面环绕半个岛後,就来到耀记美食。其实,蒲苔岛有几间卖紫菜公仔面的店舖我们只是在Google map见到这家店就来到了由於太肚饿了,点了一豌紫菜餐旦肠公仔面後来老板娘跟我们说,蒲苔岛的紫菜已经很罕有多数都给大陆的年青人收割了 而他们的紫菜都是购自外面的. 继续阅读

一班朋友, 一行十一人星期日去蒲苔岛行山影相, 午餐时间, 朋友带路本想去某间食店食个 Lunch(听讲好出名呢),一坐低想点菜, 哗~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!每人最低消费 $100!!!!!!!!!!!我o地成班人好似外国游客吗~~?!?!?结果一齐起身转身走人~~!!!!当行出铺外时, 门口有一婆婆(唔知系 sell 客/真系咁o岩住o系附近而出o黎吹吹风)知我o地搵o野食, 佢就话移前都仲有o野食 ,於是我o地各前行, 发玩一间唔多起眼, 当时只有一"木台"客的食店, 老板见有客即时好 nice 咁出o黎招呼我o地 , 虽然餐牌上只有少一般冬茹亭的饭面种类及少量茶餐厅饮品选择, 而招牌菜亦只系泥鯭粥和紫菜汤 ,不过味道远胜任何一间冬茹亭/茶餐厅~~~!!!!!!我o地叫了餐肉旦/餐肉香肠面, 紫菜汤 & 蒜蓉炒白菜, 老板首先送上紫菜汤, 内有鱼旦粒, 叉烧粒, 虾米 & 紫菜, 味道好清, 饮唔出有加任何味精 , 真系一锅好美味的汤~~~~~~~~再o黎就系餐旦面, 面系用出前一丁(因为咬口同其他即食面唔同) ,餐肉系厚切 ,加只半熟荷包旦~~~~~之後来的系蒜蓉炒白菜 ,完全系顶级水准~~~~good!!!!!!!!!!!!一边食一边对住无敌海景, 加上老板的热情招待, 人生一乐也~~~下次再去一定会再去呢间呢~~~~~~!!!!!!!! 继续阅读
