听就听得多,食就真系第一次因为阿妹嘅关系,泥到以前做嘢嘅地址(前身系麦记)以为连锁式经营嘅店,质素会一般,估唔到比想像中好好多!食上海嘢,叫小笼包&担担面是常识吧?而佢呢两款「列牌菜」真系做得非常好,而且价钱好合理,值得再去!个人非常钟意食「醉」物,个花雕醉鸡几好食,不过份量太少家人为咗试睇唔试到维景汇,特登叫咗好几种甜品 XD而我自己就比较钟意南瓜饼同豆沙锅饼

今日自己一个行街购物,疯狂买完之后,就系医肚嘅时候。自己一个唔食得多小笼包必吃的点心体小、馅大、汁多、味鲜、皮薄、形美。皮薄得来食感韧韧,馅料肉和汤汁都鲜小笼包水准高,肉汁配合得十分精彩。火腿津白碟菜好靓,好香,排得整整齐齐。薄薄琉璃献,卖相晶莹剔透很诱人的,津白蒸到晶莹剔透味道清甜,与一般炒菜不同。可惜分量唔多,如果几个人分,每个仅有数条。

Didn't know where to go for dinner after work on Friday night...most places in cwb are full already and we headed to world trade centre to try our luck but seems most restaurants there also have long queues...except for crystal jadeWe only had to wait for around 5 tables so just waited for around 15 minutes~There was only 2 of us so we just ordered 酸辣汤 担担面 小笼包...The food are very good酸辣汤: excellent...the balance of sour and chilli is just right~担担面: good...the soup is good but seems it's more chilli than the ones I tried at other branches~小笼包: it's not as good as it used to be...but it's already better than the ones I had at the times square branch last time (I was very disappointed last time)I am surprised that the quality of the food here is so much better than times square branch~

担担面面又不够弹牙汤,家人叫了辣另上但将面条涂上辣酱,感到辣酱有点儿酸味...那次我和女朋友仔到湾仔分店,除了较辣外,都没有这么怪的酸味牛肉面牛肉的确不够腍,比大部分食店都不腍鼎泰丰、士林、台湾面、山西几乎每一家食店都比这儿的腍小笼包不错的,家人点菜的,我迟来,冷了但肉汁亦留在包内花雕醉鸡酒味算浓,鸡肉不算太干但也总算没雪气但数十元一小碟鸡,实不化算生煎包很小很小,感觉就只比小笼包体积大少许只有三小个包放在小长碟上没肉汁,那就没有意思以廉价店比较:葵涌广场一品香的生煎包可能更好底部煎得较香脆,肉汁可能更多以非廉价店比较:南小馆的肉汁,如泉涌,如温泉豆沙锅饼等了较久幸好,豆沙不少,锅饼够热,皮薄馅刚好

行左一捙街,有小小嬲,今日不想食得太油,入左来呢间清清地食个饭。点左个招牌小笼包,一如既往的皮薄,肉味香,汁多,真想整多笼。炸酱面,里的肉粒有咬口,应该有渍过,炸醤不太咸并带有小小辣,吃到口干再饮啖上汤,清甜,小小的辣味也解了。干煎小黄鱼色泽金黄,香味噗鼻而来,未食已流晒口水,咬一啖,肉质软滑,有鱼香。
