A big fan of tea restaurants in HK. Happened to go to Ap Lei Chau this weekend and thought I'd enjoy some tea set here with my gf. We got a table and selected what we wanted to eat. But we couldn't get any of the many waitresses' attention though they were serving others. I raised my hand several times and even stood up to call them but in vain. It started to get a bit rude at this point because it was very easy to spot me standing up trying to get someone's attention. Most of the customers stared at me. I had to go approach one the people working there and say "Can we make an order?" to which the lady abruptly replied "I don't speak English" without turning around to face me. At this point, I realized what was happening. It was not that they didn't notice us. They did notice us but probably pretended they didn't see us. I am not from Mainland China but my girlfriend is. I still look Asian and the restaurant people probably thought I was also Chinese. But even if I was, I'd say it's pretty f***ed up how they treated us.

午餐，通常如果餐厅有瑞士鸡翼餐，我都会点，是关我都几喜欢吃瑞士鸡翼的味道😊😊餐牌款式都可以几多！松露🥚蛋，炒得香，都几好味，不过多士烤得唔够，如果烤耐D会好食D😜瑞士鸡翼，通常一般茶餐厅多数系鸡中翼三只，呢度系鸡全翼三大只，认真抵食，三大只仲要系大大只，人需然鸡翼的豉油颜色就够，不过味道就好似淡左D，唔系好够味，但都算合格，而且都好低食😀😀反而最好饮系杯🍋🍵，冲调得刚刚好，茶味和🍋柠味都配合得好。.见到佢地唔系好够人手，但都几好礼貌👌👌
