Bookmarked this Chiu Chow resto for a long time, and finally had the chance to visit with my colleagues for dinner. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Chinese Chives with Pig Blood CurdThe generously portioned blood curd was substantial without any unpleasant odour. It had an elastic texture and rich savoury. -Wasabi Sliced Cuttlefish with IceThe cool and chewy cuttlefish, each piece evenly sliced, sat atop a layer of sesame oil. The umami taste of the cuttlefish was enhanced by the wasabi. -Famous Marinated GooseThe nicely-marinated goose was accompanied by flavourful tofu at the base, esp after absorbing the marinade sauce. -Pan-fried Oyster PancakeThe pancake was crispy and the oysters were incredibly fresh, which melted in ur mouth with each bite. -Stir-fried Water Spinach with Belecan in Stone PotThe fragrant water spinach, slightly salty from the belecan shrimp paste, displayed a great wok hei. -Deep-fried Chinese Noodlefish with Spiced Salt The noodlesfish had a crunchy exterior and a soft interior. It was truly succulent and served piping hot. -Chiu Chow Thin Clams This dish was not particularly memorable. .The resto offered a diverse selection of dishes, providing a Chiu Chow style dining experience. 传统打冷饭店在香港经已买少见少🧐红伶这间五十多年的老字号早年经历结业后重开,仍然长期座无虚席🤩在不少人心目中依然是打冷的不二之选😎———————————————————————卤水鹅下庄肉量颇多🪿鹅皮部分厚得来颇有弹性😃鹅肉肉质软嫩😊只是整体脂肪比例偏高😈健康人士在进食时自行去掉肥膏会比较少负担感🤓调味方面,卤水汁未会太咸👌🏻鹅肉连同垫底的豆腐和花生都十分入味😋墨鱼片非常厚切🤯卖相看似平平无奇,但入口非常鲜味🥹口感极之爽弹😆麻油和芥辣酱油的香气更是为菜式锦上添花🥰炸浆厚薄适中,九肚鱼肉质嫩滑☺️即使鱼身有水分亦未有令外皮变湿变淋👍🏻整体处理算是十分到位👌🏻鸡软骨爽脆得来带有少许肥膏🤌🏻口感十足,咸蛋黄香浓之如未会过分重口味😙但整体上就未够干身🤏🏻过分湿润令香脆度大大降低😐炸蒜香气非常浓烈🔥辣度十分轻微🫰🏻茄子经油炸后都未会太过油腻👍🏻但略嫌切得太薄😗令口感上大打折扣😣未够外脆内软🧐蚝仔粒粒饱满胀卜卜🦪味道鲜甜😋份量颇多,反而米粒份量就算是偏少😅带来的饱足感亦相对较轻😆与蚝仔粥一样,蚝饼的蚝无论是质素和数量都十分出色😚炸浆酥脆不油腻😝而且有两大块,CP值极高🤩蚬的份量虽多但很多都未有开口🫨肉质也不算鲜甜😔加上酱汁过多,镬气亦欠奉😕算是整晚令人最为失望的菜式😣———————————————————————除了菜式有水准,红伶的用餐环境都十分有气氛🥳的确非常值得来体验🤪 继续阅读

连假前夕七点到,好彩都仲有得Walk In,上下两层气氛非常热闹,不过座位比较狭窄🤤食物选择多不胜数,希望下次有机会试埋佢既卤水同反沙芋🥹▪️驰名煎蚝饼 (8/10)💲89上台见到两大块真系吓亲,每一块都巨过我对手掌😱新鲜炸起热辣辣,色泽金黄酥脆,蚝仔饱满,仲可以沾上鱼露,最尾食唔晒带返屋企,先会有些少油腻感🤏🏻▪️蚝仔肉碎粥(中) (7.5/10)💲82中都可以分到有六碗左右,类似泡饭咁,汤头比较重蒜同埋芫荽味,蚝仔都系鲜甜唔腥🥣▪️冰震芥辣墨鱼片 (8/10)💲119几乎每台都有叫,冰震墨鱼片保持鲜味,爽口弹牙,淋上麻油好香,配上豉油同芥末,底部垫咗啲酸菜,脆身开胃😆▪️红烧乳鸽 (7.5/10)💲59/只呢日突然好想食乳鸽,都做到皮脆肉嫩😛🔎 整体评分(8/10) 继续阅读

幸好闲日夜晚过嚟,唔使排队直接上楼。坐低之后已经有人招呼,仲介绍必食菜式。每过一段时间,职员会问下味道如何,都几friendly,感觉有别于一般老店风味,多左一份人情味到店必食之选。味道9/10份量7/10价钱9/10小炒王份量十足,有别于一般菜馆,材料亦非常多。味道9/10份量10/10价钱9/10质地淋滑,非常入味味道9/10份量7/10价钱7/10比较特别用焦糖处理,但略为有些少不夹味道6/10份量7/10价钱7/10 继续阅读
