去之前记得Whatsapp 店主预约。入屋前要除鞋。每人个餐都set 好左。比我想像多好多料...有藜麦 薏米 苜蓿 红米 自制有机薯蓉 自制有机面包等等。食完可以再添仲有枱面自己剪的荞麦(虽食好多荞麦面但第一次见植物型态啰)有螺旋藻粉(有抗癌作用?)调味品仲有油同埋醋 加落去食好好味!花茶都好好味 任饮!食完自己攞返去收餐地方放好。店主太忙 自己比钱自己找续。真系大家都用个信字😄😄

又到星期一,无意中比我发现到依间绿纪元生机菜,咁就系度食番个Green Monday lunch, 系某大厦6楼,上到绿纪元门口写著“入内请先脱鞋", 确实感到有点怪怪的。入到店内只有一位女士忙著,应该就系施姐姐,她问我们可以上菜吗?才发现原来是没有菜单的,挺新颖。而菜式方面,有汤,主菜有沙律菜,薯茸,面包,饭,重点系个饭整得好好食,所有野仲可以添食,最后仲有个乳酪,真系冇得顶。结帐是自助型式几特别

这家店是朋友推荐,传闻Salad好吃而且养生,于是我立刻同朋友约了在这家店今天食Lunch。一入门口就被店内气氛感染,虽然门外是阴雨绵绵,但店内的音乐轻快活泼,让人心情也好了起来。老板娘在开放厨房准备膳食,我们一入门即自己揾位,自己揾有准备碗筷的地方就座。因为今天肠胃不适,所以和老板娘说想多吃饭,少吃Salad,老板娘也爽快应承。 很快老板娘就上菜了。真是闻味都觉得好香。汤有点凉茶味,可能是为我们清肠胃消暑。炒饭超级香!里面见到有瓜子银等,真的超好吃。红菜头香,薯泥OK,总的来说非常非常赞!由于肠胃不好,所以桌上摆放的可以现割现食的植物我就无试了。在中环找到一家健康少油盐的食店真是太好啦!埋单每人$138。好正!会再来的!

夏天闷热,总是没什么胃口,想吃一点凉凉的东西。今天到访这店,吃一个生机午餐,感觉好像清爽一点!店子在威灵顿街7-11旁边的大厦6字楼,算不上易找,但一进去,看来都是很多常常来这里吃饭的熟客。店主叫施姐姐,她告诉我,这里每逢星期一和四才有午餐供应的。由于所有人的午餐都是她一手预备包办,午餐并没有选择的,每一次都是由她发板,主菜是一盘盛得满满的沙律,餐汤就由当天所买到的食材而定,时中时西,甜品就是一小碗自家制的有机乳酪。主菜由于我本身十分喜欢沙律,所以沙律奉上时,已经满有惊喜了。沙律份量很大,除了有很多沙律菜之外,还有十分有营养价值的有机苜蓿 (alfafa) 和 发芽绿豆。施姐姐说,这两款菜是其生机店的精髓所在,因为吃的是还保存著食物酵素,富维生素的植物。由于没有肉类制品,为保持均衡营养补充肉类的蛋白质,沙律旁有些红豆意米黑豆蓉,口感不错,微甜的,伴著沙律菜一起吃味道十分夹! 此外,我还发现沙律内有些云耳和杂菌类,已预先用芝麻油和芝麻伴过,好吃! 沙律的另一边有一块大面包,是自家制的有机面包,还有一点自家制的伴饭和自家制的薯蓉,吃完整碟主菜后一定饱了。施姐姐说,基本上午餐主菜成份都是上述的食材,但亦会因季节和食材而有变化的,好像早前他们的菜园有收割了有机红菜头,她就把红菜头蒸熟后放到沙律里; 又或者,她有时间的话,会蒸熟有机藜麦 (quinoa) 和米饭融合,做一些不同味道的藜麦饭,加到沙律里。桌上还有一棵植物,施姐姐说是"有机荞麦 (buckwheat)",原来是供客人剪下来伴沙律一起吃的。这棵植物也是其生机午餐的另一主角,因为植物本身还有生命及存在酵素,即剪即食,就最能让人体吸收其酵素。担心沙律菜没有味道? 不会啊,沙律菜本身都已用自家调制的沙律油伴过,但桌上还有一碗自家调的沙律油、黑醋和即磨黑椒让食客添加味道。吃完主菜再饮一口热汤,我已觉得可以为今餐划上完美句号。是日餐汤是磨菇薯仔汤,没有加任何cream却有滑溜浓郁的味道,十分好味道!甜品最后肚子已经吃得胀胀了,幸好甜品不是什么很甜的蛋榚而是一小碗清淡的有机乳酪加了杂谷粮 (muesli) 和干果,味道很不错。在中环上班,可以吃到这样多蔬菜,又饱肚又美味的午餐,除了这里,我想不到更好的地方了!我见店内还有新鲜蔬菜出售,询问后得知原来他们在元朗有块田种植有机蔬菜,可供订购,此外,店内还有很多有机干货可供购买。进食期间,有些客人特意上来喝小麦草汁,是新鲜榨的,下次我都要试一下,看到店舖有文章推介,小麦草汁能排毒,利肠,好像很有益,不过,施姐姐说小麦草汁比较特别,我还是忙一点心理准备才来喝好了 上班一族想要有健康午餐的选择,其实,想深一层,首先应该要有选择健康的决心,才能作出健康的选择。这一顿午餐,实在是一个不折不扣的健康选择,而店主放在食物的心思和意念,就提醒了我选择健康的重要性和意义! 希望小店会一直支持下去!

The hot weather in summer is a torture for most people, especially for me, who is studying in the UK where it rarely rises above 25 degrees in summer. The unbearable heat makes me feel tired and feel like to have some refreshments. Today, dad and I visited Sze, the manager of the restaurant, for one more time as I'll be leaving HK soon. The feeling when entering the restaurant is just like returning home - warm welcome from Sze and other frequent customers and a home-feel setting of the restaurant. We both had the 100% Healthy Set Lunch, which included a soup, a grand salad and a yoghurt. This time, we were given a savoury warm soup consisted of beetroot, tomato and pumpkin. As usual, organic alfalfa, which gives us the maximum amount of nutritions including enzymes and proteins, mostly makes up the salad. It also contains other organically grown ingredients including nuts, dried fruits, sprouted green beans and buckwheat sprouts, fresh veggies and mashed potato with basil, red onion and red pepper. I really like the variety and combination of the salad. I particularly love the unique mashed potato and nuts. Personally I would like to have less alfalfa in my salad as I'm not a true fan of alfalfa. Anyway, the rich salad is yummy and is definitely very good to our health. Normally, costumers are given home-made organic bread with basil. Surprisingly, we were treated a few pieces of home-made crepes made of buckwheat. The taste of the plain crepe was good already. With some basil and peanut butter on it, it tasted delicious with the salad. For the yoghurt, you can have it plain or with some sweetened cereals and fried fruits. I would recommend having it with something sweet.
