This place actually got me out of bed early on a weekend and I’m so glad it did. I ordered the affogato and the shokupan, and both were genuinely impressive. What blew my mind was finding out afterward that everything is completely vegan. You’d never guess it from the taste or texture.The shokupan especially stood out. The shokupan especially stood out. It’s unbelievably soft on the inside with a beautifully crisp crust on the outside. The lotus and chocolate topping is perfectly balanced, not too rich, just enough! The coffee itself is smooth and mellow, not bitter or harsh, and the vegan ice cream adds a creamy sweetness that rounds it all out. It’s indulgent without being heavy.
The place itself is quite cozy, just right beside citysuper and when i was there, there was G-Dragon event so it was kinda fun and quirky. It was decorated with it's signature flower too so just cherry on top for me for the super cute decors!
