🍜 淡丽系豚鱼介沾面 HK$77・味道:甜甜地似烧汁味嘅酱油汤底,每一啖都饮到鲣鱼香味🐟,aftertaste系有微微甘甜。呢到话就话沾面,但其实系走蘸汤嘅拉面,汤底可以就咁饮~配埋芝麻粒同京葱更加香口。豚肉好冇猪膻味🐷,够晒大块,边边位仲有小小脂肪,好食👍🏻・口感:汤底鲜甜唔杰,肉质嫩滑唔柴。拉面面质硬身,粗幼正常,食落水份比例偏重,咬落有淡淡麦香。🍆 和式酱汁烧茄子 HK$15・味道:咸甜烧汁酱烧茄子,茄子唔青,腌得够入味。同样加咗木鱼碎同白芝麻粒,令到味道更多层次,冇咁单调!・口感:茄子够软腍易咬,但未到烂,啱啱好desu~🥗 莼豚薯仔沙律 HK$15・味道:沙律酱+煮豚肉汁,捞埋嘅酱一定冇死🥹非常上瘾嘅好食!黑椒粒系画龙点睛位,令到成个沙律冇咁腻,加返小小辣味刺激下,开胃🥔!・口感:唔系打晒做薯仔蓉,仲咬到薯仔粒的,个人几like!🍜 辛辣系豚鱼介沾面 HK$77・味道:依旧系微微甘甜嘅鲣鱼汤底,但加咗辣汁🌶️,成件事再惹味再好多,甜+咸+辣,三味兼备,每一啖都好上头XD 比起淡丽系,本波更钟意呢款小小刺激嘅汤底😛・口感:汤底鲜甜唔杰,肉质嫩滑唔柴。拉面面质硬身,粗幼正常,食落水份比例偏重,咬落有淡淡麦香。・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・🤰性价比:高~🤰9冲度:9冲~🤰结论:份量系男仔都食得饱,HK$77/1.5个面加4大块手掌大嘅豚肉,仲好细心地有得拣加大系加大几多%嘅面/肉,满足晒食肉兽+拉面控🤩,汤底甘甜顺喉,本波首推辛辣系,比十小辣啲又未到五少嘅程度,惹味好食!btw小食都系必点! 继续阅读

公司附近既沾面店, 系鲗鱼涌人龙店之一, 好奇之下入左去试。今日叫左special, 鲣鱼汤加牛旁。汤底: 行淡丽路线, 比较稀, 唔太挂汤, 系呢间店既特色。汤头用鲣鱼煲成, 好重鲣鱼味, 唔油唔咸, 饮落好清爽, 冇厚重感, 而且想一饮再饮。面质:听讲系用彩沾面既面, 所以面条会有麦粒同较弹牙配料:叉烧肉偏瘦, 就咁食有少少干, 浸下汤再食就好好多。至于蛋, 有少少偏熟, 比较普通。服务: 系一间极细心既店, 一开始想望下有冇醋提供, 佢就问我系咪有咩需要。 啲人食完又会执下位等大家坐松动啲。以77蚊碗沾面, 性价比高, 所以都好多人排队。 继续阅读

北角嘅纯面舍,系我同同事有返食过一次嘅拉面店。环境方面佢间舖就系偏细,而且近门口位嘅话会比较热,如果大家夏天嚟的话。我自己多数会食佢嘅沾面。佢酱油汤底非常浓带有一种酱油特有嘅醇厚咸香,但唔会过咸。反而有一种淡淡嘅甘甜。每次食完沾面就加汤饮都几暖胃同埋饱肚。面条方面,纯面舍选用粗身面条,咬口弹牙,非常有嚼劲。尤其系天气较冻嘅时候,呢碗热辣辣嘅沾面真系几暖胃。叉烧嚟讲嘅话唔算话超级高水准。佢嘅叉烧比较瘦,唔会系入口即溶𠮶只。整体嚟讲个味道其实唔差,但系呢个水准嚟讲贵咗啲。 继续阅读

一间隐藏系马路边嘅拉面店🍜,堂食只有十个位,全部都系坐系bar枱位,对于一大班朋友一齐食就可能无咁合适。铺头只有三款沾面可以选择淡丽系豚介沾面纯MAKASE SPECIAL 面两款沾面无论系沾面汤同面都系一样,SPECIAL只系多左一个配菜,今次系牛蒡同胡萝卜丝。首先讲下个沾面汁,同一般食沾面汤汁好唔同,系稀身嘅,可能无一般咁挂汁,但食落好清爽,好啱夏天食,汁裹面会有好多大葱丝同芝麻,令食嘅时候口感同味,道都有所提升。而面条经过恰当的烹煮,不但没有过度软烂,反而保留了适度的韧性和劲道。成个沾面嘅份量系十分足够,价钱黎讲,真系算性格比高,比较可惜嘅系位置问题无得同一大班朋友一齐食。 继续阅读

Randomly came across this restaurant while scrolling through Google Maps. Intrigued, I decided to visit it twice. The first time, I went with my sis, and the second time, I brought my entire family along..Both my sis and I ordered the Spicy Fish Broth Tsukemen with Pork for our first visit. The fish broth had a delightful bonito aroma, its spiciness complemented the tsukemen nicely. The pork portion was generous and it was not fatty at all. Additionally, the egg yolk was runny.For the second visit, we got Grilled Eggplant, Fish Broth Tsukemen with Pork, Makese Special Noodle.The Grilled Eggplant had a savory flavour that was enhanced by the accompanying sauce.The Fish Broth Tsukemen with Pork had a milder taste compared to the spicy version. Nevertheless, the fish broth was still rich, providing a satisfying flavour without feeling too heavy.As for the Makase Special Noodle, it included cucumber, adding a refreshing element to the dish. The broth had a lighter and more refreshing profile compared to the others we tried..The restaurant had a small seating area, limiting the number of available seats. The price of the noodles was quite reasonable..The staff were incredibly kind-hearted and nice. The owner's son actively participated in helping out at the restaurant and talked with us. Despite accidentally breaking some glasses, the owner handled the situation with patience and love, without scolding him. My sis and I truly appreciated their kindness, which created a warm atmosphere. 继续阅读
