今天和太太来到铜锣湾逛街,晚饭时间很自然地来到金百利广场,这次选择了日本料理的「筑地」位置:铜锣湾Sogo旁的公司百利广场7楼,地点相当方便环境:餐厅看上去面积少,但座位亦有很多,环境也没压迫感服务:店员端茶密,下单上菜亦快食物:味道好,选择多,可惜鱼头很快沽清炸软壳蟹天妇罗($68)最先上的食物,软壳蟹炸的香脆又不算油腻,份量亦有不少,算是不错炎辛地狱拉面($78)我最喜爱吃地狱拉面,而这里的只是一般的辣,但胜在香辣开胃,拉面质地烟韧,配有两只虾和一片日式叉烧,及配菜的海苔、玉米粒、木耳及香葱。虾算是新鲜,虾膏味浓日式叉烧比较厚身,肥瘦适中,味道几好黑蒜油猪软骨拉面($78)太太爱吃猪软骨便选了这款拉面,黑蒜油汤底很香浓,拉面同样质地烟韧,配菜同样有海苔、玉米粒、木耳及香葱,而主菜的猪软骨煮得很淋及入味,而且很大块和很重肉香另选了四款寿司跟太太分享:蟹膏蟹肉军舰寿司($14/件)蟹肉鲜甜,蟹膏浓而不腥,质素满意火炙芝士熟虾寿司($12/件)火炙芝士溶在熟虾上,很Juicy而虾亦鲜甜火炙芝士三文鱼腩寿司($14/件)芝士在三文鱼腩上烧永远是最美味的,芝士混合三文鱼腩,入口即溶蟹子军舰寿司($10/件)蟹子算是新鲜,但没什麽特别惊喜牛肉野菜寿喜烧($88)原本是想点油甘鱼头鲛锅,可惜售罄。改选寿喜烧,味道比想像中出色。牛肉新鲜而且有几大片,配合生鸡蛋、生菜、冬菇及百福豆腐等,使汤底很鲜甜,锅的份量亦有不少原本对金百利广场的食肆没什麽期望,想不到这家日本料理却比想像中出色,味道固然不错,环境及服务均有一定水平,难怪能成为这座广场中少有客似云来的餐厅 继续阅读

日本料理向来是友聚的首选,和朋友来到出名多餐厅,而且价钱亲民的金百利广场,搵食前,望望电梯旁醒目的水牌,选一间适合的餐厅,是明智之举。这日,在十多间餐厅之中脱颖而出的是广场7 楼的『筑地日本料理』, 餐厅贯彻一般日式居酒屋风格,放满日本酒摆设也有鱼缸,特别之处是餐厅整壁墙上贴满了日本筑地市场风貌的壁画, 别具特色。场内爆满,等了5 分钟,被安排坐在窗边的卡座,正感幸运之际,邻卓满口粗言秽语, 大声谈论,实在影响心情。餐牌选择多元化由於价钱相宜,我们放任的点餐。餐牌选择多元化~由於价钱相宜,我们放任的点餐。🎐 牛肉野菜寿喜烧食日本菜,通常会点一客寿喜烧,贪其可食到蔬菜之余,也有甜美汤水享用。 这里的寿喜烧用方形铁锅盛载,样子吸引,牛肉,冬菇,黄芽白,小棠菜,红萝卜和豆腐整齐排列,水微滚,牛肉熟後,便请店员帮忙关火 。味道方面,由於先食拉面, 牛肉长时间浸在汤内,也无碍嫩滑口感,值得一赞,多款蔬菜同煮,使得汤水特别可口。🎐炸软壳蟹天妇罗软壳蟹炸得不算太乾爽和酥脆,胜在蟹的品质优良,入口蟹膏渗出, 鲜甜而且啖啖肉!🎐黑蒜油猪软骨拉面蒜油货真价实,未食已经闻到强烈蒜味,拉面尽吸汤底精华, 香浓烟韧,主角猪软骨大件且炆得软淋,入口骨质像啫喱般融化,味道比想像中更好。寿司选择特别多,最便宜10元有交易,点了几款寿司品嚐,其中火炙芝士三文鱼腩最为出色,鱼腩油脂丰富,鱼油,芝士,烧过的香味在嘴巴内合体, 让人不介意多食几件。😆食饱饮醉,连加一,除开每位220元,便可尝尽天妇罗, 寿司,拉面和寿喜烧,价格亲民,味道不错,难怪顾客源源不绝,可以一试。 继续阅读

前几日放学之後攰到不得了,但又想食好啲去慰劳自己,於是就同左同学一齐去食呢间日本料理,🐮三品牛肉卷$42呢个系我地第一样叫嘅食物,因为见到佢写馅料系金菇、芝士同埋香蕉,觉得香蕉做馅料好有趣,於是就叫黎试下啦。其实佢就有啲似金菇牛肉卷嘅,都系牛肉卷埋夹住啲馅,外面有烧汁咁啦。佢有两串,每串都系分别有金菇、芝士同香蕉各一件。金菇就当然最夹啦。芝士都唔错,不过如果芝士味再出啲就好啦,暂时牛肉味会比较出啲。香蕉其实都几唔错,同埋啲香蕉好甜,好食。我觉得呢个系值得一试嘅。🌶18禁三文鱼$10呢个系一件军舰嚟嘅,见到18禁呢个字,就喺度谂点样18禁呢?原来18咁即系好辣,啱晒我啦。所以呢件系一件好辣嘅辣味三文鱼军舰,个辣度正啊。🦀牛油果软壳蟹卷$48软壳蟹几足料,卷物食落软壳蟹味好突出。上面铺上一片牛油果,增添creamy口感,好食。🦐火炙芝士熟虾 $12火炙过嘅寿司一向都系我锺意嘅款式,表面仲有啲芝士,唔错。🍣火炙三文鱼手卷 $24好少见火炙三文鱼嘅手卷,所以叫左。三文鱼都有几片,几抵食。🥚鳗鱼玉子手卷 $24玉子好大片,配埋几片鳗鱼,被醋饭同紫菜包围,几开心。食完野即刻觉得冇咁攰,果然系要食饱先有气力减肥。 继续阅读

I was dining out on my own this time! Felt hungry early so decided to have an early dinner on my own before the post-6p.m. dining out ban! Didn't want to spent a fortune yet wanted to eat something good. Then I recalled this Japanese restaurant in CWB! It was located at a very convenient building in CWB, which was just a few steps out of MTR exits. Their a la carte menu had sashimi, sushi, sushi rolls, salads, appetizers, grilled dishes, deep fried dishes, hot pots, ramen, sashimi rice, rice dishes and desserts. As I was dining on my own, I decided to go for less carbs and order more small dishes to try out more of their food items.Creative SushiX-rated Salmon (left) $10 and 虾虾三笑 Shrimp Special (right 3) $38The name of this X-rated Salmon 军舰 was so special. The toppings were actually diced salmon in kimchi sauce, which was really quite spicy. The texture of the diced salmon was not bad. The seaweed was reasonably crispy although I did not eat it right away.虾虾三笑 Shrimp Special was actually a mix of shrimp sashimi, cooked shrimp with crab paste, including 蟹膏甜虾,蟹膏熟虾and赤海虾. I had to say that the crab paste was the best as it was really quite rich! 味之鳗 $45This sushi roll was actually rice rolls stuffed by cucumber shreds and lobster salad topped by grilled eel and cheese in grilled eel sauce. The cheese had obviously been grilled. There were 4 big rolls. Flavourwise, it was quite complicated with grilled eel sauce, fresh salads, grilled eel and cheese. If the grilled eel had been thicker, it would have been even better. Still, they were pretty delicious! There was no need to add wasabi or soy sauce. I personally liked their rolls more than sushi.Japanese Omelette with Cheese $58It was served on a mini wooden board with fork and knife so that you could cut it into slices as you like. It was topped by lots of 木鱼碎 and those typical 鱆鱼烧 salad dressing and sauce. There was obviously some cheese filling inside which had coagulated. Bottoming the egg omelette, there were sliced cabbages which went great with the sauce. The egg omelette was super hot and it went quite good with the cheese without being too greasy even finishing the whole dish on your own. The sauce made the dish even more tasty yet not overly salty. A good dish!Fried Ox Tongue in Stone Platter $50I was quite surprised that portion was quite generous with over 10 slices of ox tongues. They were served on a hot teppan that the cooking sound was so exciting! All the ox tongues were super tender and the garlic sauce was particularly delicious yet not overly salty. The sliced onions had absorbed the sauce well and were so sweet. The whole dish was topped by some chopped spring onion. Given the price, it was really quite a good deal.I was happy with most of their food items! Having tried so many different items, it was just around $200 per head. There was no service charge. Great value for money Japanese restaurant in such a prime location in CWB! Service was efficient and seating was very comfortable that I occupied a 4-person table on my own.
