酒楼都有几多人,但系唔会好嘈,晏昼午餐$48食咗碗油鸡濑粉,唔食点心都饱。油鸡濑粉,很好吃,大约有七只肥鸡,仲有条菜。汤底热辣辣,濑粉口感柔韧有弹性。喜欢汤底不会是咸咸的,味道较为清淡,能够中和油鸡的浓烈,口感更为平衡。油鸡的油慢慢渗晒落啲汤底度,正。鸡肉鲜香四溢滑嫩,入口即化,又小骨。提供了姜葱油调味料。

接续上文,我哋两公婆加埋表哥3人行由美孚经马骝山行到嚟大围,喺预定时间之内到达咗红梅谷烧烤场,再慢慢行落去大围。咁途经隆亨邨就走入去揾下有咩食,刚好有家「福盈酒家」,饮茶食点心就最襟坐。开得喺隆亨邨里面,就知道喺一间街坊酒楼,内里地方都几大,装修都喺好传统𠮶一款,目测所见超过八成都喺上年纪嘅,明显就喺主要做街坊生意,相信区外客无乜。今次好hea,点心纸都无影,连啲食物相都喺求求其其揾手机影。午市优惠孖宝 $53通常啲街坊酒家就好兴啲乜宝物宝, 所以,拣咗个孖宝,计返散点都只喺三五七蚊。先介绍过香煎虎皮椒,3大只长青椒,煎得都几靓,而且,已经一开二,方便我哋食,咁啱我哋3个人 可以一人一只。只青椒都几辣吓,但喺煎得几香口,中间酿满鱼肉,亦都好弹牙。碟潮式韭菜饺又喺一客3件,啱啱够分,如果4个人嚟 就真喺有啲难搞。外皮都够薄,睇外观已经透到少少里面嘅韭菜馅,而饺底煎得非常香脆,咬落外皮又唔黏牙,满满韭菜香,是日最好食嘅点心就喺佢。鲜虾菜苗饺 $29同样都系饺,但嗌呢个真喺盏搞,其实外观都OK嘅,味道方面亦都OK嘅,不过,一夹已经好捞搞,外皮黐住蒸笼里面张花饼纸,一夹就烂晒,再入口,外皮好削,完全无烟韧感,而且,好黏牙。蜜汁叉烧肠 $35碟叉肠又喺令人有少少失望,虽然肠粉皮好薄好透,但入口口感好削,啲叉烧无乜味,亦都唔松化,总之,整体感觉就喺麻麻哋。茗茶$10位,但就无加一, 因为大家今朝喺「炖奶佬」食嘅早餐都好丰富,够份量,所以,仲有少少饱,故此,今餐都喺垫吓肚,兼揾个地方打趸抖吓。老实讲服务麻麻哋,明明有啲细枱又要我哋搭枱,最唔掂嘅喺4款点心有两款唔得。如果唔喺行开山顺路经过,根本都唔会入到嚟揾食,所以,「福盈」相信绝唔会再重复帮衬。

恭喜发财宴团年饭选了这间酒楼,人流不多,空间阔落,不用等位。乳猪、蚌、鲍鱼、花胶、带子、鱼、翅、掌、鸡、饭、伊面、发菜,基本常见的团年菜式都包含在这set menu中。🐟清蒸海龙趸斑 - 鱼肉滑嫩鲜美,无腥味🐟🟨黄金年年 - 有凤梨🍍的酸味,口感很塑胶,黏呼呼的,吃起来很口干,不推荐。🟨🥬椰菜青椒炒带子 - 喜欢再软身一点的椰菜。青红黄椒炒带子,很是入味。最后,会有红豆沙甜品提供给每一位在场的人。是热热甜甜的红豆沙。

唔好以为茶楼饮茶好贵,依间茶楼晚餐啲小菜都几好食,佢仲有好多抵食套餐,夜晚食都系几十蚊条鱼,佢晚市孖宝真系冇得输,另外我哋再加多个片皮鸭,而家出去食只片皮鸭都几百蚊,呢度仲做紧百几蚊一只,仲要好有诚意片得好靓,啲皮又好薄好好食!

Just under 15 minutes walk from Tai Wai MTR station, Rich Forex Restaurant is nestled within Lung Hang Shopping Centre. Came here for dim sum just after 10.30AM, and the restaurant is already filled up with locals enjoying their morning dim sum. Ordered 6 dishes: - 马友肉饼饭 (Steamed Ma You Meatloaf rice): This rice dish was a little on the dry side, despite having some soy sauce poured all over. The pork meatloaf was good and the salted fish (Ma You) had just the right amount of saltiness.- 上汤小笼包 (Xiao Long Bao) : The XLB was okay, the dough happened to be a little too thick and there was not much soup inside the dumpling, despite there was already some soup within the bowl.- 蚝皇鲜竹卷 (Bamboo sheets in Oyster sauce): Strips of carrots, bamboo shoots, mushroom and chopped pork all wrapped up in a bamboo sheet and steamed in oyster sauce broth: This was very tasty and full of flavour! - 鱼蓉酿茄子 (Fish paste in Eggplant): As the name says, it’s literally fish paste and eggplant, dish was okay, it ended up being a little bland even with the soy sauce to dip. - 鲜竹牛肉球 (Fresh Bamboo Beef balls): Personally I’m not a big fan of bamboo shoots, but I tried it anyway as it seemed to be a favourite amongst locals, the meatballs are decent size, and definitely packs some flavour, texture was soft and very juicy, luckily the bamboo shoots are chopped finely and there wasn’t much to distract the texture of the meatball.- 圏圏慈油饼 (Fried Scallion Bread): This was upon my favourite, as it was just freshly out of the oil, so it was hot and crispy on the outside with a fluffy bread dough on the inside, with an even balance of scallions. Overall, if you order and pay your bill before 11.15AM, before they switch their menus up to cater for lunch/dinner the morning, you can take advantage of their ‘morning offer dim sum’.
