I finally get to do a Claypot Rice do-over😄Not only the Claypot Rice was great, their other dishes are equally satisfying😋This restaurant has always been my go-to for Claypot Rice. Their quality is pretty solid and it’s so close to where I live☺️Aside from their Claypot Rice, Crispy Chicken and Golden Squid Cakes are also their signature. I reckon their Crispy Chicken is one of the best I had in town. Given that it’s deep fried but it’s not overly greasy and love the thin crispiness of the chicken skin😋The Golden Squid Cakes is also something you wouldn’t want to miss. Really love the texture of the Squid Cakes and each of them is coated with a thin layer of salted egg. It was so yummy, no wonder why people love it even though it’s so unhealthy lol.We ordered 3 Claypot Rice. I don’t know which one I love most, cos they all are very well made and the rice crust underneath was amazingly good😋but out of all 3, I reckon the Chinese Sausage with Dried Shrimps Claypot Rice stands out more. Cos it’s filled with loads of ingredients, especially the Chinese Sausage, you would love it if you something heavy and the Dried Shrimps enhanced the richness of the Claypot Rice😊The best thing about this restaurant is, not only they do good food and their Claypot Rice never disappoint and also, you don’t have to wait for hours. 继续阅读

某日同男朋友去左北角个新海旁到行下之后谂去边到食饭,突然谂起呢间煲仔饭我地就决定好早过嚟,希望唔洗排队。我地大概5.30pm左右到左,真系唔洗排队但下层已经坐左一半人有多阿姐叫我地2个人上上层坐,原来2F仲有位。我地叫左份双并椒盐鲜鱿并白饭鱼$168+$30想讲劲大碟,呢到d炸粉酱就偏薄岩岩炸好系好脆好好食,但2F冷气劲大😅吹到d野食好快冻晒,d炸野都冧左但味道系好食的。叫左份炒蚬$98呢到调味都几足料,碟炒蚬劲够味冇沙,野味,多肉,同大碟。叫左个双并煲仔饭鳝加滑鸡$98+$20佢地有白鳝同黄鳝但我地2个都唔识拣,就随便叫左白鳝煲仔饭🤣🤣鳝都几多件,但鸡大概得3-4件d饭面层勉强够干身饭焦唔算好㶶,可能再烧耐dd 个饭应该更正但成个煲仔饭我觉得都正既。本来初初有考虑过叫多碟小食但我地见碟碟上抬都咁大份就唔考虑加单了今次呢间煲仔饭同小炒整体都十分唔错可以encore 继续阅读

(1)收银胖胖女职员唔会回应客人、黑口黑面、唔想做、唔想答、掉个餐牌俾你。(2)四眼男人:「我知你留左𩠌、咁你加咩呀、讲啦」又晦气、态度又差、仲以为我欠左佢。(3) 楼面金毛短头发中年呀姐、最不知所谓、扮好态度咁讲野、再西口西面执碟、d碟再大大力掉落个桶、真系不知所谓。依间餐厅完全搞坏香港饮食业、只系食左一个钟、真系好受气、终于明白点解香港人要返大陆食嘢、就系因为哩d餐厅搞衰香港饮食业、大家可以去尝吃一肚气。另外成间餐厅烟雾离漫、食完成身烟味。食物完全无特别、就系一间大排档菜式。 继续阅读

今晚叫咗两个煲仔饭三个小菜,等咗1个半小时,不值等待,首先 椒盐鲜鱿得啲炸粉浆鱿鱼又细, 蚝饼冇味, 煲仔饭一般, 冇惊喜, 黄金墨鱼饼啲黄金少到不得了, 咸蛋真是 变咗做黄金 好贵咩, 最后奉劝各位食家要等位就唔好食喇, 嘥时间又揼心 继续阅读

秋风起,三蛇肥,食腊味😂 今次先嚟个煲仔饭开个靓头先!白鳝饭我来了!豉油王鹅肠 - 就咁食会比较淡(系咪估唔到呢,豉油王㖞),不过佢哋附加咗个 wasabi + 豉油碟,点完wasabi 系起到个提鲜嘅作用,几特别炸虾干 - 见几特别就叫嚟试吓。虾干炸得过火咗,系好脆但食落有啲苦苦哋椒盐双拼 (鲜鱿拼九肚鱼)- 炸衣唔算好厚,个鲜鱿正正常常,反而个九肚鱼啲硬骨劲多随时队到个口好危险白鳝饭 - 白鳝唔错够油香,但最失望嘅系个饭偏湿而且食晒成煲都唔多觉有饭焦,作为一间主打 “香港传统道地煲仔饭,由工作多年大师傅坐镇主理,继续坚持沿用炭火烹煮” 嘅餐厅嚟讲觉得系唔合格无晒菜干猪肺汤,哭哭~唯有饮胡椒猪肚汤啦~料多但胡椒味唔够黄金墨鱼饼 呢个好味道,墨鱼饼够弹牙加埋咸香嘅起沙咸蛋黄,配搭得好好p.s. 社恐人士表示可以用whtaspp 订位唔使打电话好爽 继续阅读
