今日经开爱蝶湾,先知道本身石澳乐园主厨厨师去咗爱蝶湾开舖,依家主力系做外卖店,虽然冇得堂食,但叫做劲方便,而家系石澳食唔返,可以系出面买外卖,款式都好多,所以街坊朋友可以去撑下场!!!

趁住天气晴又凉凉地,一于就去石澳行下,石澳唔同赤柱有个市集,餐厅唔多,次次入嚟都系会去食呢一间泰国餐厅,餐厅系泰国人开,所以食物好正宗🇹🇭Pad Thai $80一上枱就已经好香,炒得好干身,食落酸酸甜甜,加埋旁边嘅炸蒜更惹味钟意食辣嘅可以加埋辣粉味道更突出,仲有两只大虾好弹牙🇹🇭青咖喱牛肉 $85+薄饼 $35唔食得辣嘅一定要叫青咖喱,好多香料好香浓,再加上椰奶口感十分顺滑,配上滑嫩既牛肉,简直完美配合😍仲十分传统入边会有好多茄子吸晒味🇹🇭椰青 $40食泰国嘢点少得饮椰青,呢个椰青特别鲜甜,而且好多肉,好似饭后甜品咁

走进HAPPY GARDEN,一股浓浓泰国风情扑面而来,店员笑容满面嘅招呼,真系好温馨🍃。先点咗碗冬荫功,饮一啖,辣到我呛得唔停,但系就停唔到口,够哂香够哂味道!啲汤里嘅香茅同蕃茄嘅香气迷人,墨鱼丸就有啲欠缺,唔够啱口味,但算系小问题啦。再点咗香叶肉碎炒饭,炒到粒粒分明,𠮶蒜香味喺口腔里弥漫开嚟,真系好正😋!猪颈肉炒芥兰苗炒得出色,新鲜无话可说,虽然油多少少,但咬落芥兰苗的清脆同猪颈肉的多汁绝配!最后当然少不了沙爹串烧,火候把握得宜,肉质松化,沙爹酱浓郁得黎唔会过分抢味。饭后一杯甜甜嘅龙眼冰瞬间解渴,打住收工,虽然廿几蚊唔便宜,但值得🧊。HAPPY GARDEN嘅气氛写意,泰国STYLE装修辟喘嘅地方,即使坐喺地下冇冷气,都感觉到轻松自在。真系要赞嘅系店员服务,又nice又有礼貌,使饭局更添风味。下次有机会试吓楼上,睇睇海景食个泰式大餐!

同小朋友去石澳沙滩玩完,一场嚟到食埋晚饭先走。离开沙滩的路旁有几间餐厅,大多以小食为主,其中一间主打泰国菜,就连侍应都系泰国人。我哋叫咗菠萝炒饭,材料多,饭炒得好香,原个菠萝上别具风味。蒜蓉鸡亦,8只鸡亦,即叫即炸,又热又脆,配埋劲多炸蒜蓉,好香口。马拉盏通菜,呢只马拉盏味道相信系自家制,味道同以往唔同,呢只味唔咸,好鲜好味。串烧有猪牛鸡选择,烧得香口,大大串,好抵食。价值唔贵,食咁转嘢加埋两杯饮品,埋单只系4百零蚊,味道好啱香港人口味。餐厅唔大,座位比较迫。

Thai-style minced pork with lettuce was a sure winner, the toasted sticky rice amongst the minced pork was very fragrant and elevated the whole dish. Hainan poached chicken seems like an easy task, but to nail a good poached chicken does put Chef's skill at test. The flavor was good, but the chicken was a bit dry.Spring rolls are an old-school, vintage dish. The stuff inside the roll seasoned really really well. Tasty!Dry shrimp tied nicely with the morning glory, one of the best dishes put out. Salty, sweet, and acidic. The fragrance from the dried shrimp peeked through on the aromatics.The stir-fried mussels were a tad mediocre.Overall, the restaurant has some really good recipes up their sleeves The prices are very modest, but of cos, if you order crabs or other special seafood, that would drive up the price a little bit.
