今天在铜锣湾行街,去到世贸男同事话有间日本菜几好,所以去试下~去到5楼先知原来要系4楼搭专上去!店舖环境好有日本feel~坐得几舒服~一坐底点左次生盛2-4人份~刺身够新鲜,亦都系厚切,价钱$298~带子好大片都系厚切~我最钟意~海胆汁烧蚝~值得一试,浓烈海胆汁包住只铁板蚝上~海胆味浓加埋新鲜蚝一流~$98银次特制沙律虾-不要试,一食就知系雪虾!盐味黑䐁肉炒面~其实好普通,黑椒加盐味炒面~$78食左三样已经饱饱地,所以点左甜品~蒸红豆年糕~这个好甜好浓红豆味,因为系中间加埋红豆溶同粒粒红豆~岩哂我钟意食红豆既人$48水信玄饼~我知日本好出名,但这个外表非常吸引影相,似啫喱但没有味,所以每啖要加绿豆粉加黑糖浆入口~$48牛奶布甸配士多啤梨酱~士多啤梨酱好多,好浓,盖过下面既牛奶布甸,所以一般般~其实唔算食好多,但已经够两人份量~两个加起食左$800多,有点贵~不值的那个虾不要试~

今日同家人带著小朋友来食晚饭,因为之前来过都觉得食物质素不错。上过刺身拼盘,虾已经冇任何鲜味,盘中仲有两件刺身时盘已经被适应收走,不过咁ge食物也已经没有胃口。一盘枝豆就完全冇味道,炒饭米粒都痴埋一起,连小朋友都投诉好难食。埋单时八点钟店里都是好少客人,同半年前水准完全不同,好失望。同个经理样的人投诉食材不新鲜(生意咁差,食材不新鲜是好正常的恶性循环),经理一句答复绝对是金句: 啊,如果你有投诉,可以到我们公司另外一间提供高级食材的餐厅用餐。我们简直无言以对,给餐厅提意见竟然得到这样的答复,差评。以后都不会再来。

今日我同老公去了这间餐厅午餐。我们分别叫了一个鳗鱼饭和一个西冷牛扒定食。个鳗鱼饭烧焦了鱼皮个汁无味,老公说是最难食的鳗鱼饭;我的西冷牛扒定食牛扒全熟肉又实无味。结论:垃圾食物,还收咁贵一份定食😡咁嘅价钱去楼下3楼「穴」食都得啦,他们的安格斯牛肉定食好好味,我食过无数次,而且他们有甜品有餐茶,招呼又好。这里餐厅油烟大,我坐的位置呼吸每一口气都是油烟,令我想呕。于是我立刻叫侍应开大冷气,其中一个侍应答我冷气已经开到最大,于是我要求转枱。食物来了不久,当时我看看手表正是下午两点,有一男一女来午餐说人数是四位,有一个女士应同他们说叫他们尽快落单,因为他们收三点,于是一男一女起身离开。我觉得侍应他们的态度像是赶客。餐厅内只剩我们一枱客人进食,有个男侍应走过来要我们埋单,当时是两点十五分我们还未食完,我不明白他们三点休息为什么2:15来叫我们埋单并说他们要埋数

午餐去左同同事食日本野~上网睇呢间都几抵食前菜正常salad有d芝麻酱咁我叫左寿司餐每样都几鲜甜,呢个价钱食到咁嘅质素系抵嘅!真系几好食餐饮叫左提子梳打,都几浓所以甜左d同事食左呢个炒苦瓜定食,我唔食苦瓜所以试左d肉点知原来好好味!冇苦味仲好香基本上食物同价钱都好满意,系有个女侍应态度唔系几好,我地6个人book左枱,去到迟左10分钟,佢俾左我地张枱人,所以要等过,都ok,但果时佢态度已经有d责怪我地⋯我地都冇出声嘅,咁系自己迟左到有枱,佢将我地分开左一张4人枱一张2人枱,咁我地问可唔可以拍埋一齐?点知佢就有d恶咁话唔得,中间系通道🤷🏻♀️其实唔得都可以好d声气,都系问下啫以上系小插曲啦,除此之外其他野都好!我下次都会黎食嘅只系得一个侍应系咁,其他员工态度都好好,好有礼貌值得赞

Terrible Experience at this restaurant! The receptionist/waitress had the worst attitude . We booked 12:30pm for a party of 6 for lunch, and arrived 12:42pm. The table was not held for us, neither did they call back to CONFIRM whether we were going to show up, before giving our table away. Usually restuarants in CWB are pretty flexible for lunch bookins because they would understand that guests have a job and may be running late for 10-15 mins. Hold table is usually 10-15 mins followed with a call to confirm. At first she said she could only hold the table for us for 10 mins. And we said that means we are 2 mins late? Then immediately she said oh actually we can only hold for 5 mins. She also stressed that we went in at 12:42pm so she HAD to give it away. I seriously suggest this restaurant to 1) CALL your guests before giving the table away 2) DO not Lie or accuse your guests that they did not pick up the call 3) be consistent in what you say to your guests - it's either 5 or 10 mins holding table. 4) change the receptionist because her attitude, tone, and problem solving skills is just terrible and unfriendly. We will never visit this restaurant again because of her POOR attitude.
