蟹羔炒粉皮,蟹腿扒兰度,蟹粉锅巴,蟹粉大排翅和蟹粉小笼饱都是我的至爱😋😋😋每年大闸蟹季节都非常期待。昨晚应该是季尾最後-击。大闸蟹宴始终都是留园足料,每次食都有幸福的感觉❤️❤️❤️

印象深刻!这家沪式饭堂,再次令我喺味道上大开眼界👀。头盘嘅花雕醉鸡,醉意正中!鸡肉吸饱左花雕酒精华,唔会苦涩,反而酒香扑鼻,好入味。辣子鸡丁脆口得来,辣劲儿十足,够晒够劲儿,油但不腻,一啖接一啖🌶️。老醉虾,卖相普普通通,但够晒惹味,虾仁鲜甜,回味无穷。当红炸子鸡嘅皮香脆无比,肉质鲜嫩多汁,咀嚼间肉汁四溢,顶级享受!小笼包,皮薄馅多,汤汁温热滋味,滋滋哋~ 令人满足。晚餐总结:这次沪式飨宴,实在太正👌!会令每个嚸到前黎嘅食客心满意足地走。下次,我会继续探索更多他们家嘅美食!

Dinner. Here’s what we had.茶醺蛋陈醋海蜇头四喜烤夫醉熟蟹- generally not a fan of crab but I found mine difficult to eat- the roe was hard and tasteless. Maybe I didn’t know how to correctly dismember the bits…油爆虾- very crispy. Supposedly you could chew and swallow the shells as well but I didn’t anyway.蟹羔粉皮- this was very good. 蟹脚兰度- first time to try deshelled crab legs mixed with veggies. Not bad.火丁甜豆蟹粉砂锅饭- yum yum.蟹粉面- yum yum yum. 百页结烤肉葱爆花胶- maybe I was too slow to try but was unable to find any 花胶.油淋鸡- good, especially with the sauce. 蜜汁火方- very big portions; didn’t try.清炒豆苗生煎饱- unfortunately was cold by the time I got to it. 高力豆沙- mmmm…disappointing. In summary: the 蟹粉 alone was worthy of a return visit. Friendly and nice service.

入坐佢话用餐时间两小时,无问题 但系我食左20分钟想加野,佢同我讲呢样又要一个钟嗰样又要整一个钟,唔够时间唔比我叫…无言啲经理呀姐态度仲要衰衰格格,明白老店系咁,不过都叫服务业,少少服务都要有吧。食物质素系有嘅,不过真系食到谷晒气 。。。。。。我都好少写食评,不过有时望住呢啲老店都会有啲感叹,虽然好多系比时代淘汰,但系佢哋自己本身嘅质素都每况愈下。 一句讲晒啲嘢食系几好嘅,除咗个菜有啲咸 但系食到赶客咁就冇乜意思罗! 😪 限时两个钟,我食左20分钟就唔比加野,点都唔合理吧。
