赞-嘢食既味道其实唔错 椰菜丝够晒爽 落既蒜泥汁都好开胃 牛脷虽然系薄切 但都够嫩口 系唔错弹-价钱同份量真系完全唔成正比 四嚿水得六片牛脷 贵过晒同级既jumbo或者great 啤酒系百一蚊得平时份量既一半 仲贵过五星酒店既lounge 系咪癫左-服务系唔合格 同级既烧肉店侍应会介绍食物 起码都有啲笑容 呢间一开波得位讲英文既尼泊尔定印度女侍应 无笑容无介绍都算 落单唔应 行埋黎写单时系叫客讲菜式代码数字 跟手系日本厨师走出黎拎𩠌比客 同样系目无表情 真系无谂过咁既价位会系咁既服务-环境逼到一个点到底之前啲好评点走出黎

行过记得之前有youtube介绍, 6pm左右以为未开舖,见到门口有张纸贴表示只售A5和牛有位菲律宾姐姐即刻俾位我坐低跟住拎咗一份好简单嘅餐牌,个位日本厨师好忙,又要set 枱,又要切肉,争d连买单都要佢做个餐牌食烧肉最少都要$250起,见第一次你就下一份细嘅烧肉盛试吓,佢哋上菜会迁就客人用膳节奏,其实一坐低佢就上咗一杯细嘅绿色糊状,暖身前菜,似系打成糊状嘅菠菜蓉之后先上蕃茄沙律,然后再上烧肉,食到差唔多中段有厨师亲自拎咗蘑菇汤出嚟,呢个菇汤好足料,杰度都差唔多似gravy 咁,味道偏咸牛肉嘅质素都几高,入口即溶,另外深色小小嘅肉味香浓,厨师介绍系harami (skirt steak)啲牛肉份量都几多,下次要揾埋朋友一齐食大概7pm 有2枱人walk-in ,都冇位,店主叫佢哋坐对面饮杯嘢等一阵环境就好似一般日本小店咁,自家一脚踢搞掂🫱🏽🫲🏼今日埋单$545,冇加10%

Really good A5 wagyu beef and great value for money. We ordered the raw beef appetizer the meat was so tender and the temperature was just right that it just melted in your mouth as you chew. All the pieces we had were also trimmed properly so there wasn’t any tendons that destroyed the texture.We also ordered a portion of beef tongue and the 500g platter. Each piece of the beef tongue were big and bouncy yet very tender.For the platter it was massive (at least 20 pieces), each piece the marbling of the beef was beautiful. And there wasn’t any pieces which we would have doubted not being A5. However because of the richness of the cuts we weren’t able to finish the whole platter. The staff was so kind they helped us make it into a bento (they added rice with otoshi!) for us to take away. The only con was that the restaurant was very smoky when all the patrons on each table were grilling. It was so bad that our eyes started watering to the point it hurts. I would recommend coming later in the evening so that the first group of diners leaves and hopefully there’s less diners for the second seating.The waiter told us that they are direct distributors so they are able to cut out the middleman fee hence keeping the prices low. Overall the meal wasn’t cheap but definitely great value for eating real A5 wagyu cuts in restaurants in Hong Kong.

If you are into authentic no-frills yakiniku joint, the newly opened Yakiniku Tanaka that has taken over the space of Foolsmate Yakiniku at St Francis Street is for you. Literally a hole in the wall operation, Tanaka San serves only fresh cuts of premium wagyu beef that he personally sourced from Japan. The night of our visit we ordered a mixed platter of sirloin, rump and galbi and a side of ox tongue. Meat was tender and flavourful. We also loved the salad in mayo and mustard dressing. Very refreshing and pungent. Will definitely revisit to try other cuts of beef!

高质素烧肉、真系好好味~ 肉类品质好好,又嫩又多汁!牛舌就算烧耐左都唔韧、再叫左一碟和牛杂锦拼盘,沙律、加一个土锅饭同嘢饮~ 4个人食已经超饱超满足~ 而且老板喺日本人,十分亲切~ 睇相都知系靓肉!唔算贵又高质~ 真系好好味!
