I met boyfriend for lunch in Sai Wan Ho, but by the time he could pretty himself up, it was already afternoon tea session. So, we headed here: 班兰小馆. A small old style restaurant that served Singaporean food.The afternoon tea menu came with drinks. It was in Chinese only. There is no 10% service charge.I had the Hainan chicken rice ($35).  For the afternoon tea session, they offer a mini version.  The chicken was boneless and tasted pretty good. The meat was moist and tender. The rice, however, was just plain rice mixed with a lot of ginger.Boyfriend ordered the laksa ($35). He proclaimed it tasted like Toast Box laksa. Not too spicy and not that flavorful. He gave me the shrimp and it was not fresh.Pretty mediocre food. 今日约了好朋友同佢囡囡食下午茶,在佢新屋附近,最后决定食这间新加坡餐厅。红色软梳化几舒服,地方唔会太迫,空间感唔错。服务姊姊都几好人,好友善恩勤!下午茶2点开始我当然叫了佢出名的迷你海南鸡饭连饮品。好滑的鸡!真系无雪味哦 唔会太肥,虽然是迷你牌,但是份量都够食。饭好软好香,配鸡食刚刚好,有3个酱汁:蒜蓉、辣酱同甜酱汁,更加添鸡的味道我朋友叫了班兰咖央多士配沙拉,见沙拉有红萝卜、薯仔;多士都好薄脆,我朋友话几好食餐饮我们加3蚊叫了热意米蜜糖水,好滋润又有口感 继续阅读

西湾河近太安楼有一间班兰小馆嘅新加坡菜。今次我地黎试左佢三款菜式- 海南鸡饭套餐、A 黑胡椒老虎虾、参峇鲜鱿炒时菜(芥兰)。价钱唔算太贵,除左你叫海鲜如黑胡椒蟹($4xx) 或老虎虾($138)。其它都系五十几至八十一碟。但味道整体算几好,今餐都好满足。最先黎到系海南鸡饭套餐($58),呢个CP 值最高,鸡系无骨鸡,有d 系滑嘅鸡脾肉,唔系旧旧都鞋到死鸡胸,三只酱都好正宗,姜蓉系真系好均匀嘅姜蓉,唔系好多油中间加几粒姜,油饭温热但鸡油味唔太够。个小例汤估唔到都有惊喜。系有鸡汤味,唔系平时饮开嘅萝卜吉水。跟住黎系a黑胡椒老虎虾,黎到有少少觉得份量少左d , $138 只有两大只,不过虎虾本身都贵,同埋佢好够味,黑椒味好香,拆完肉来回沾返啲黑椒汁。咁先正!参峇鲜鱿炒菜就好一般,辣加上少少咸香。唔算好美味。 继续阅读

年前前食过一次lunch,对佢嘅海南鸡留下深圳印象,今次再试埋其他晚市菜式1)海南鸡饭套餐$58, 有一碟鸡,油饭,仲有碗有鸡味嘅汤连大旧萝卜,海南鸡份量不少,滑得嚟有鸡味,垫底有不少清爽青瓜,绝对抵食,怪不得好多台都有叫😋😋😋2)黑胡椒老虎虾 $138 - 一碟只得2只,卖相麻麻,但味道几好,酱汁辣得嚟又甜甜地,连洋葱条食正!虾就新鲜大只,虾头有膏又最好味😋😋😋胡椒蟹应该好正,不过要订先有得食3)参峇鲜鱿炒芥兰 $52 - 清炒都$42,梗系加埋鲜鱿啦😆😆,味道似咸虾辣酱味,都ok ,鲜鱿都唔会太少 继续阅读

行过见到个午餐menu几吸引,就同老婆入去食个悠闲午餐啦!点左两个手指公厨师推介嘅套餐,价钱唔系贵,都好实惠。招牌海南鸡饭,黄油鸡嘅卖相好靓,唔多肥膏,无骨,有鸡味,点D新加坡鼓油同酱汁,就超有地道风味。鸡件下面仲铺满爽脆青瓜,有肉有菜,好健康。至于个油饭就麻麻地,唔够香,饭质唔够烟靱。海南鸡饭必定有嘅冬瓜汤,味道带点酸又淡味。新加坡喇沙好重椰汁味,反而辣味唔多够,材料有蛳蚶系新加坡正宗喇沙嘅特色,仲有一只🦐,太少啦!其余鱼蛋同豆卜就好多🙄 继续阅读
