Petrus offers a refined dining experience that’s perfect for celebrations. The atmosphere is sophisticated without being pretentious, and the attention to detail shows in every dish.The meal began with fresh-baked bread and homemade butter—simple, but impressively done. Their beverage selection stands out, especially the sparkling tea and merlot juice, which are rarely found elsewhere and add a unique touch.The beef steak was cooked to perfection, served with a rich and flavorful jus. The Spanish shrimp stole the show: tender, slightly chewy, naturally sweet—easily the best shrimp I’ve had. Roasted duck came with a Western twist on Peking-style preparation: crispy skin, juicy meat, and balanced seasoning.The scallop with caviar was a luxurious bite, and the meal ended on a refreshing note with their homemade mango ice cream, which had natural sweetness and a smooth texture.Service throughout was attentive and professional. Overall, Petrus delivers quality and finesse, making it a great choice for a memorable dining occasion.

今年生日,留港消费,老公带我来位于港岛区嘅香格里拉酒店56楼嘅一星米之莲餐厅食法国菜。餐厅可以饱览维港景色。前菜有5个选择,我哋㨂咗两款海鲜,红虾+$388,听闻西班牙红虾虾肉鲜甜,虾头爆膏,必试,所以虽然都想试青蛙脚😅(田鸡)最后都系㨂咗红虾。由侍酒师调较嘅无酒精饮品两杯配合前菜及主菜,两杯分别系茉莉花茶味及大吉岭红茶味无酒精气泡饮品,饮落几舒服清新。三款不同口味生蚝,超鲜甜蚝味,虽然细细只但好厚肉,好creamy ,欣赏!主菜选了挪威三文鱼配三文鱼子同A5和牛主菜嘅饮品系热情果肉气泡饮品配合三文鱼及青瓜柠檬+咖啡配A5和牛甜品㨂了朱古力souffle配朱古力雪糕。梳乎厘焗得好高好靓,松软浓浓朱古力味。另外原来有三款甜品送嘅😅饱到上心口。有杏仁味波波,鸟结糖及牛奶朱古力。最后侍应攞住一座唱机出来,我真系以为播生日歌比我听,睇真啲有蜡烛响唱片上面,原来系生日蛋糕来!逼真情度爆分,真心好惊喜!唱片蛋糕真系造得好靓。但因为太饱😅,蛋糕拿回家吃。连续几年得到米之莲后记: 蛋糕面层系超薄黑朱古力薄片,中间系浓郁朱古力mousse,底下系饼底。成个蛋糕都好出色!
