难得黎到葵芳,扫街好似系指定动作,今年第一次扫街就即管放松一下。今次目标有两个,一个系芋圆一个系烧卖。先讲烧卖,一般来讲,如果啲烧卖系鱼肉沟粉既,我一定唔会买黎食,见到呢间评价唔错,而且价钱唔贵,$10有四粒,$20有8粒,我要左四款试一试。麻辣:好咸好重味,盖过所有材料味道,唔好吃,可以不食。木耳:爽口,味道适中,有D咬口,呢款ok。虫草花:呢款我最buy,材料配搭比较少见,味道清淡D。香菇猪肉:一般质素,不算突出。讲元朗出品烧卖,暂时黎讲妙舒我觉得系最好食,之后系呢间,谂起以前自己食烧卖,都系落好多豉油同辣椒油,我都有啲开始唔明自己点解可以食得咁浓味。 继续阅读

留意到这间烧卖竟然开喺呢度,之前都见佢只做外卖生意,只系俾客试食,现在竟然一串串卖,劲因为佢舖位既前前后后都卖野食,唔留心好易唔觉眼睇佢唔到,今日都系第一次食,都几香,够热下次会买返屋企放雪柜,等夜妈妈宵夜肚饿"叮"热佢,留返个肚去食新野先.............. 继续阅读

试食餐厅:玲玲烧卖(葵芳葵富路7号葵涌广场2楼2015号舗)美味指数:$20黑松露粟米、芝士烟肉猪肉烧卖(6.5/10)-谈起扫街,「葵广」相信是大家的数一数二之选,广场不大,但满布既便宜又多样化的小食店,且店舖经常变化,过一段时间就有小食店开张,多去几次都不会厌倦!-小女子这次「扫街」的首个收获是烧卖,别以为我吃的是一般鱼蓉烧卖,而是比鱼蓉烧卖大颗的多元化烧卖。「玲玲烧卖」售卖八款味道的烧卖,包括虫草花鸡肉烧卖、麻辣木耳丝烧卖等,小女子就试了混合中、西式的黑松露粟米猪肉烧卖、芝士烟肉猪肉烧卖,馅料足够,烧卖味道浓香、突出,有吃西餐的感觉,较为有趣、罕见。提提食客们,$20八粒烧卖是可以任选各种味道的,但$10四粒烧卖就不包括淮山杞子、黑松露粟米、芝士烟肉三种味道。 继续阅读

I went to Kwaihing on a food crawl getting food from stalls which looked potentially good.Unfortunately, four out of four were not good.This was the second one I tried because there were eight different suimai flavours:shiitake mushroom, beef, black fungus, Spicy black fungus, cordeceps flower, mountain yam, cheese and bacon and sweetcorn truffle.Decided to get $10 for 4 but after I paid found out the one I wanted wasn't available so I wasn't too impressed.However she did give me some other flavour which was starchy which explains why there are 4.5 siumai's on the stick!The texture was weird and stodgy.The only decent tasting one was the Spicy Sichuan one which somehow tasted like British pork sausages. 继续阅读
