位于巷仔中的一间出品不俗日式小店,食物种类都不少。因为地方真的较细,所以枱櫈都要细一点,坐得不太舒服,同其他食客坐得非常亲密。环境企理骨子,地方干净,服务还可以啦。刚好落大雨,大部份食客都未到,所以今日有位坐喇 ﹗都有好几年无黎咯。豆角本菇,腌制过有麻油香,爽甜开胃,不错的前菜。叉烧拉面猪骨汤底,望望 menu 既拉面选择不多,咁就由叉烧拉面开始试先啦,下次试另一款。叉烧浸得入味,有香浓酱汁味道而带猪肉清香,真系唔错噃 ﹗只不过略为偏瘦,有点干鞋韧,要带少少肥肉先会更滑更香架麻。配菜有竹笋、粟米粒都好好食。猪骨汤底大路,平凡地没怎样出众。拉面有蛋香,咬落带点点咽韧口感,尚算合格,满意。Read More

这天太太突然想食刺身,在6:00左右打去问有什么鱼及订位,老板话有条今日到的目张鱼,因未食过,所以叫老板留俾我。这鱼鱼味浓,不太油润,之后鱼头及鱼骨拿去烧,孰食鱼肉多了份甜味,另外在黑板上见日本厚岩蚝,蚝好大只,味道非常清新鲜甜,海水味及金属味唔重,好适合唔喜欢浓味蚝的我。Read More

其实已经系一个星期前食过呢间店...地点真系好难揾,要店长出黎接我同男友.由坐低到离开都得我0地一台.初时都担心唔好食,但鱼生好生鲜.马粪海胆先$120蚊一样,跟紫菜同日本米饭...食得好温馨.软壳蟹卷好好味...叫了半份烧牛仔骨,有一半太肥只系食了一半.虽然系咁但肉好软有鲜味.人少食半份就够.可以试0下盐烧三文鱼腩.叫了几样寿司都好新鲜.日本菜黎讲,地点难找但材料是用好的.清酒也很地道...两个人食了好饱六佰几蚊埋单.希望呢间小店努力,:)食得出用心做好既味道...虽然去到都怀疑过冷冷清清是否好食..,下次再去一定会影相同大家分享~~^^~~Read More

玄海装修完毕后终于重开了!是晚与友人共2人一起分享我们至爱的软壳蟹亲子卷,还要了两客(1客约有8件)才满足.喜欢它,是因为即叫即做,软壳蟹刚炸好,加上沙律酱,不消一会已全扫一空.........(餐牌上好像没有写这个亲子卷,只要你直接order便可!)之前由于日本辐射事件,客人减少了,玄海为维持生意.加了日式西餐.我们点了杂菌牛舌($88),味道及质感不俗,值得推介.还有三文鱼及带子寿司各一客,水准ok!这间有诚意的小店,其位置虽然较偏僻,但为了软壳蟹亲子卷,一定会继续帮衬!Read More

日本地震后第一次嚟,见到个招牌唔同咗又装修咗,起初以为转咗手,后尾见到个师傅先够胆入去.原来加咗D西式嘢,师傅话地震后D生意好差,所以转变一吓.日式食物一样有,不过刺身就要预早订喇.今次照常....师傅发板.第一味:蕃茄豆腐沙律,西式嘢又豆腐...咁新奇.又几好味㖞!芝麻沙律汁酸酸地.明太子焗帆立贝正!本人最爱明太子.师傅知我钟意食牛,牛肋骨上次食好正,今次都一样咁正!再嚟厚切牛利,哗粒粒都好爽,好味道!个老友想食海鲜,自己点咗个意式大虾.又好有水准㖞.师傅西餐又掂㖞.最后来个蕃茄汤意粉.OK好味.好饱喇!师傅重整个甜品嚟,真系想唔食,但见倒个样好似好正咁.冇理由唔食啫.哗!好好味重有冇?希望个市快D好返D啦!我都希望呢间嘢可以继续做落去.D嘢好味又有心机,如果消失咗就可惜喇,比心机呀师傅!Read More
