咁啱同事都出哂差,一于傻傻地出去试吓。中午左右去到,基本上唔使等位。但系咁早就冇坑腩,得崩砂同爽腩,我叫完爽腩饭冇耐就连崩砂都冇埋,有冇咁好卖呀,啲枱都未坐满吖?系咪唔想做午市呢吓?爽腩饭嚟到,饭同腩分开上。碗腩好似几人大碗,但其实大部份系垫底萝卜。汤闻落几香,饮啖,唔太咸,唔错。萝卜几稔同清甜,虽然有啲渣,不过可以接受。爽腩的确几好,稔,香,鲜。单以牛腩计系 OK 抵食。最失败竟然系碟白饭 - 硬到以为系冷饭!𡁻咗几啖,都顶唔顺,倒佢落碗爽腩变汤饭至食得哂!扣四十分起码!

份量好细份,食唔饱,食𠮶咖哩牛筋沾面,咖喱汁点完仲有面剩。咖哩唔辣,冇咖哩味。𠮶炸鸡翼干身好dry。服务态度超级唔好,鸡同鸭讲,明明同佢讲广东话,系都要答大陆话,真系奇怪兼离谱。以后永远唔帮衬。

只有真正新鲜的牛肉,才会够胆这样烹调制作。一入座,店员已告之招牌牛腩已买完,只剩下崩沙腩数碗,为了不错过,立即点了一碗清汤崩沙腩配米线试试。先试一口汤,对于一直"重口味“的我来说,是味蕾冲击,汤近呼水一般淡,和平时吃的牛腩面的汤完全不一样。 再试牛肉,才发现淡淡的汤头原来是为了衬托牛腩的鲜味,一般店舖的牛腩都会用比较浓味的酱料和香料去掩盖牛的雪味和膻味,这间却用淡淡的清汤去证实他家牛既鲜味。喜欢食牛的可以一试

This shop is located in TST. It looks like local restaurant but it's little bit different. The taste is good but potion is very very small. They use very small wooden bowl I don't think that is local style. I have tried noodles and rice both. The noodles is better for me.
