Visited this yakiniku resto with colleagues for dinner. .The resto offered us a dinner set with the following dishes:-HONJIN Signature SaladThe lettuce was really refreshing and subtly sweet, soothing the greasiness of the meat we consumed. -Kimchi Platter It included fermented napa cabbage, cucumber and radish. They tasted slightly spicy and were appetising. -Namura PlatterIt included fermented radish, spinach and bean sprouts. With a hint of sourness, they were flavourful. -Japanese Wagyu Seared SushiSlightly grilled, the wagyu was succulent and melted in your mouth once you bit into it. It became particularly enjoyable when consumed with the sour sushi rice and scallions. -Japanese Wagyu Supreme Yukke TartarTopped with a rich, runny egg yolk, the tartar was marinated in sesame oil. After mixing the egg yolk and tartar, the wagyu tasted sweet and fresh, lingering in my mouth for a while. Pairing it with the seaweed increased its complexity. -Prime Thick Cut Beef Tongue Seasoned with black pepper and salt, the beef tongue was thickly-sliced and succulent. It had a pleasant chewiness and was not greasy at all. -Thick Cut Fillet The fillet was extremely thick and tender. Its meat juice was locked in and bursted out once I bit into it. It was nicely marinated with black pepper, making it mouthwatering. -Must Try! Raw Egg RiceTopped with raw egg, the resto provided their special black truffle soy sauce to be added to the rice. After mixing everything tgt, each piece of rice was coated with the egg yolk. Enjoying them with the hotly-grilled beef was immensely shiawase🥹. -Premium Karubi & LoinBoth were soft, juicy and meaty, not containing any unnecessary fat, making them tempting and hard to stop to eat. -Morioka Cold NoodlesThe noodles were cool and soothing, esp after we consumed a lot of meat. Their texture was elastic yet easy to bite. -DessertThe dessert was Haagen Dazs ice cream, and I selected the cookies & cream flavour. -DrinksI chose Peach Sour and Yuzu Sour, both of which had the right amount of sweetness and balanced the oiliness of the food. .The resto offers high-quality beef at a reasonable price. They have tatami seats near the window, where one can enjoy the view while eating. The staff served us patiently despite our chaotic situation.

泡菜梅、欠爽口、味道不佳,没有泡菜应有的辣和咸味,就像放了在雪柜很久的一样,味道都走调了。片装紫菜为包装即食的韩国紫菜,毫无风味,没有评论的空间。沾牛肉的酱汁调配得不好吃,酱汁在这里完全没有用途,不沾更好。蛋花汤最保守,不过不失,因为汤底以味噌汤为主调,最难不好吃。午餐的牛肉份量少得可怜,只有四片,但牛质颇为新鲜,油脂可口,不用太大力咬已能做到差点入口即溶的口感,质素不错。总括而言:以一个午市套餐加一后约$150的价钱 ,可以说是冇下次
