位于尖咀the one 嘅对面呢间热点自从朋友带过我黎一次就成我口袋名单之一。想平平地烚下,热点都算系几好选择。套餐加$10有饮品,其他补差价就可以。汤底款式超过10款,价钱约$88-$128。因应每款汤底配衬不同相应合适嘅配料,锅底会有粉丝或面啦,仲额外跟多个饭,半价转面或乌冬! 饱肚好味又满足。叫左一份小食忌廉磨菇鸡翼 $38忌廉磨菇酿左落鸡翼度,juicy肉嫩。黑糖奶茶+$18黑糖味出奇地浓,又唔太甜不错。深蓝青苹果 $36果味梳打酒抵饮。沙茶肥牛窝$88沙茶汤底够香浓!有(肥牛4大片、娃娃菜、金菇、粉丝、蟹柳、飞鱼籽鱼蛋肠、粟米、麻吉烧、蜂巢豆腐、鸣门卷、腐皮、猪红、芋头天妇罗、猪大肠。款款一两粒,都真系几足料。忌廉龙虾汤窝$108龙虾味汤底都真系饮得出几浓郁,仲有只生鸡蛋令豚肉食起更滑。有(豚肉、娃娃菜、金菇、粟米、粉丝、虾、蚬、龙虾丸、鸡蛋、花枝丸、贡丸、蟹柳、鸣门卷、飞鱼籽鱼蛋肠) 两个人想倾下计打下边炉!二百松d 都几丰富!百页豆腐吸收晒沙茶汁真系超开心!最后,忌廉龙虾汤底加入手打乌冬好适合。公仔面放系沙茶汤底简直系浓味版嘅沙嗲牛面! 继续阅读

原本约左朋友, 因为OT迟大到, 落到公司楼下附近要揾快靓正餐厅, 就系加连威路道见呢间热点, 天气少少冻食火锅都好呀! 坐低见餐牌, 先知原来系 fusion菜, 夹杂左韩式一人锅拼港式火锅食法, 都好呀, 两个人可以交换食唔同款既食物朋友叫左椰子鸡锅, 鸡应该系盐水鸡, 浸系好香既椰子汤都食到盐水鸡味, 几好噃! 鸡锅入面仲有我至爱既竹笙, 正! 我自己就食麻辣肥牛窝, 要左中辣不过已经睇小左佢, 平时都食得辣既都觉得够辣, 咁下次可以试下大辣, 应该好够味; 肥牛窝就比较似韩式部队锅, 一般食材都有齐, 再加上自己追加一两样都差不多; 而且每个锅都送白饭一碗, 走个时暖笠笠揽住个肚, 正  继续阅读

朋友OT完急CALL食饭, 周末尖沙咀人多难找地方, 最方便地就在加连威随意选了这间热点虽然在地库, 不过地方装修得很光猛吃的是像cross over 的港式火锅+韩式火锅, 一人一㶽火锅款式既有港式最常见, 但又有韩式部队㶽提供, 令人三心两意额外追加的食材叫了热推的竹笙椰皇鸡窝, 椰子味道非常清香, 鸡肉比想像中滑嫩; 而且窝内仲有淮山, 成个窝都好香朋友的麻辣肥牛窝, 虽然只叫了中辣, 不过辣味颇厉害, 爱辣的朋友可以挑战一下自己另叫的盐酥鸡 继续阅读

Recently the weather is getting colder, thus my friend suggested to meet up for dinner and he suggested Taiwanese hotpot, which was a pleasant surprise considering we always eat the chinese version. Hotspot was located at Granville Road, few minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.Being a hotpot restaurant, they offered several varieties of hotpot flavour, ranging from Sichuan style to tom yum style etc. Besides that, they offered snacks and drinks. Jolly shandy - It was refreshing and cooling, with little alcohol content and slight lemon taste. Hite mango lingo beer - It was easy to drink and smooth, with slight mango taste. Mala beef hotpot - As we loved spicy food, we ordered the spiciest version. The chef was very generous with the portion of the ingredients, such as tofu, beancurd skin, crab meat, vegetables, noodles, mushroom, balls, beef and clams etc. Soup was spicy and tasty, going well with the rice. Ingredients was juicy and fresh as well. Sha cha beef hotpot - Ingredients was almost similar to mala hotpot. It was not that spicy, but still as flavourful. Soup was very tasty and strong in taste. We topped up American beef and pork. Beef was very thin in texture and was tender and juicy. Pork was soft and smooth, chewy as well.  For their set promotion, we top up $10 for a glass of red tea. It was smooth and clear, with strong tea taste. Taiwanese sausages was chewy and meaty as well. Fried salted chicken cubes - It was fried till soft and crispy, and the chicken meat was juicy and smooth too.  继续阅读

之前有留意到呢间餐厅 系the one对面 打边炉为主今晚过来试下环境都阔络 坐得几舒服 我哋六点嚟冇乜人之后就开始多人我哋叫咗两个锅share 叫咗个招牌竹笙椰皇鸡锅好快就有 个椰子汤底好正 又唔算好肥 鸡肉唔鞋 鸡嘅份量都好多 另外叫咗个沙茶肥牛锅 肥牛比例一般 但个汤底搭够 沙茶酱好好味 好浓郁加$18可以追加小食 我哋加咗紫薯饼热辣辣好脆口 紫薯都好多 间野其实好多元化 有呢啲日本野食最后饮左hite酒。。。。略嫌不够冻!但配火锅一流! 继续阅读
