今日又黎左呢度食lunch,又order左我最爱既卜卜蚬锅。冬天冻冰冰,搞到我成日都心思思想食锅物暖下胃。不过价钱都有d少贵,部份饮品要另外加多十蚊。而店员都几有礼物同热情,又问我食物岩唔岩食。-卜卜蚬本身系配粉丝,但我要求转左土豆粉,店员亦都好好,提醒我卜卜蚬同粉丝会较搭配,但系我自己会钟意土豆粉多D,口感又弹牙,仲正过乌冬Tim个锅仲有其他配料如粟米,金菇等。汤底咸香惹味,但今次既蚬唔够新鲜同饱满,扣左小小分!

行下街唔知想食咩经过见到呢间面店大招牌好鲜艳抢眼就这样被吸引入去·一包独立装的螺蛳粉曾经自己煮过几好食唔知坐低食又有咩感觉~.<柳州螺蛳粉> 卖相很吸引配料超丰富螺蛳肉肉碎酸豆角酸笋黑木耳脆腐竹花生葱花灵魂主角螺蛳肉熬的汤挺甜但后加螺蛳肉不多豆角酸笋丰富了另一口感够酸够辣~且木耳够晒脆!可惜略嫌螺蛳粉煮过龙了不够爽口有点失望😪·<香酥排骨>呢个小食另我喜出望外排骨都是肉排炸得松脆有香辣调味粉洒在表面吃起来少少辣但不错~如果炸粉再薄些会更好·<总结>螺蛳粉质素还有进步空间~

呢间<无面不欢>喺fb同杂志d post介绍过,话食而家好兴食嘅一款叫做柳州螺丝粉 。今日同同事两个人去试下到底系点。 原来柳州螺丝粉出名又辣又臭(但臭得嚟好香,因为加左有笋😂😂😂) 一入到去已经觉得中伏😫😫😫 因为全间嘢都冇人架😲😲😲 因为近排皮肤敏感,所以走咗荀,可能因为咁样一啲都唔臭 (但明明同事无走荀但佢都话唔臭😓) ,但d辣呢?? staff话要辣就要自己加辣椒🤢🤢🤢🤢 咁架咩??? 虽然未至于难食,但真系好普通 !!! $48蚊都畀多, 乜𩠌都冇得d配菜 ,好似比人呃左咁 😔😔😔真心食车仔面好过😫

天气变冷就好想食d热辣辣既野。前两日收工经过花园街个头见到有间面馆,好似唔错,所以今日约埋同事黎试试。都有唔少选择,每款都已配好唔同既面。问过店员可否转其他面,但佢话咁既配搭最好味,建议我哋试下。午市仲有小食送(我忘记左影相)薯条好好味微辣 ,香脆鱼蛋,劲辣满满既辣油同辣椒籽我食完要升天既感觉。食得辣既朋友可试下。主菜到了,卜卜蚬花甲粉丝(加剁椒)$62一开始汤底鲜甜,食到中途开始辣辣地蚬同花甲都几大只而且份量都唔少胡椒猪肚鸡面推荐大家试试 $68汤底胡椒味十分浓,而且愈煲愈辣,食到最后连汤都饮埋。面质唔会过林,有口感。鸡肉嫩滑猪肚爽口弹牙。

Noodleholic is said to be famous for their signature Guangxi style noodles which attract long queues in Mong Kok. As a noodle lover, I would also like to try it out to see what Guangxi style noodles are like.I couldn’t quite find the original branch, but luckily a new branch is opened in Prince Edward that is much easier to be found on the main street, I was still able to try out Noodleholic.I like the interior design, the mural matches the shop’s name - noodle lab. The bowl has a heavy Chinese touch with all the masks from Chinese opera.There are a number of options on the menu, and I picked this 柳州螺蛳粉 to try first. The toppings were quite delicious - peanuts, sour bean corners, fungi, minced meat and fried tofu crisps. I opted out for bamboo shoots as I don’t really like it.I have a habit of drinking a spoonful of soup first before digging into any soup noodles. This time I almost chocked on the soup as it had a really strong and pungent flavour, not spicy nor nasty, just quite pungent that caught me by surprise.The whole bowl had a strong flavour which was a bit stinky and not that favorable. However, it tasted surprisingly good. The noodles were a bit thicker than ordinary rice noodles. Very delicious indeed!After trying this, I would also like to try out other different styles of noodles on the menu, which have different combinations of toppings and spiciness.Another item on the menu that caught my eyes is this egg dumplings, and I made a right choice to get them. These juicy and meaty dumplings were wrapped with egg, which are kinda like cute little omelette. Very delicious and go well with the noodles. And the portion is just right as an extra topping for your noodles.
