中环食晏,好似好多好野食咁。但点解我食黎食去都系筷子记,南记,大家乐?今日约左妹妹食晏,无理由又食咁颓姐right?ˊ_>ˋ一点去到,五分钟内有位good!一入到去就闻到浓浓的蟹汤味道喇,证明大部份既人都系叫蟹汤拉面,第一次黎当然要试下啦Menu 都几多选择 价钱合理有得选择面的软硬,粗度蟹汤拉面卖相不错呢,虽然食落囗无闻落咁香,但都几唔错。叉烧同温泉蛋都好好味!今次要左普通硬既面,但就偏淋,中意食硬面既就要注意喇\(^o^)/炸墨鱼咀我的大食妹妹话要加的。香脆又热 相当不错。话咁快食完又开工

Had a go with the signature zabon ramen and the shrimp base ramen. Both tasted pretty light and average, maybe more suited for a hot weather but frankly, I wouldn't recommend them. I've always been a fan of very thick pork broth and the zabon soup didn't quite come close; blend and not very flavorful. The shrimp ramen wasn't any better. Having being a fan of dining in Japanese stalls, what I felt was most lacking is the passionate Japanese energy from the environment. Restaurant looks lifeless, staffs didn't seem to be enjoying what they're doing. So if you want authentic Japanese experience, I'ld refrain from coming here.

小编当日四点半到了 当时铺头人唔多 店员安排左小编坐系吧台前 吧店算低 可以睇得一清二楚厨师做紧咩小编点左蟹汤拉面 等左十分钟都唔洗就到 荀冇怪味。重要吸埋d汤 几爽口 溏心蛋正常 唔会套咸 重有少少甜甜地既味道 有三大块叉烧 好松化 好厚 而且肥瘦岩岩好 nice. 面都几弹牙 但挂汤力麻麻 当日粗面卖晒 可惜也 汤底饮落好似食紧蟹粥禁 清清地。

今日同小朋友去完动植物公园,2个行落山顺便揾野食,小朋友话想食面面,见到呢间「无名拉面」由于星期六冇乜人,所以拣佢。入到去仲有位,我手抱小朋友,入面员工男的收钱中,叫我行埋一边等就冇再理我;肥女店员见到只用龟速行去执台,我话可唔可坐低先,佢望一望用d极衰既声面黑黑话:等我执埋台先坐好唔好?我果刻呆左,我抱住个小朋友,企左5分钟完全冇人理我去执台,仲要比人用咁差既声同我讲野?我做错d乜?系咪我入黎帮衬系错左?入番正题,由于太攰又饿,坐低就叫野食,问心讲,入面貌似日本人师傅都系黑面既(平时去开都有笑容,日本人唔系最有礼貌既咩?)拉面唔系贵又唔系平,同一般差唔多价钱,见到有蟹汤拉面,就叫下,到我落单果时,个女店员都系唔理我抹左台先行过黎接单(佢系睇到我的)。首先讲下蟹汤,系有蟹味,唔算浓,淡淡蟹味都算唔漏,不过最抵赞系叉烧,真系好好味😱入口即溶,好入味,而且唔知系我细食定点,好似好多件叉烧咁,面底就少d,男仔应该要加底先够饱。我就肯定唔会再去,睇到其他comment话好多人排队,我都知香港地好怪,愈冇礼貌既餐厅愈多人;愈好生意既餐厅愈唔使对客有礼貌,其实如果咁唔想做,不如唔好做啦,客人入黎食野有比钱,唔系要受气,成程我得一个总结-贴钱买难受😒 一碗面+一雪碧要$99 , 果个加一,我极度唔想比,冇服务又点解要比?

日日午市都有人龙,品质都应该有番咁上下。拉面店黎讲,汤底嘅选择佢算系多,猪骨,味噌,虾汤,蟹汤,辛辣,钟意海鲜汤底就要试试。海老味噌汤都试过几次,虾汤反而未试过,而蟹汤就第一次见。虾汤深啡色汤,有樱虾, 入口虾味浓到甘,佢唔咸,但味超浓,浓过星洲laksa虾汤,少少腥, 饮得多有啲腻。蟹汤赞!赞!赞!冇虾汤咁浓,有少许甜,蟹味啱啱好, 完全唔腥, 比虾汤creamy好多,入口顺滑,最后我连汤都饮哂。豚骨汤有肉味兼且唔太油,层次分明,有野菜嘅甜味,口感偏薄。叉烧薄切,用焗炉(salamander)烘过,有油香但偏鞋。豚拖罗即豚脸肉,香港叫肉青,近猪颈肉但比颈肉油份分布均匀。同样烘过先上碟,入口即溶,冇筋,但脂肪含量极高,有少许猪臊味,多吃会腻。面有粗幼软硬选择,幼面硬面可以再硬啲, 粗面硬面很不错。荀未够爽脆,有啲冧,有啲筋。葱,芽菜选用博多葱及获奖芽菜,小弟未有能力食出个中分别。溏心蛋卖相味道达门槛总括系,蟹汤一定要试,虾汤齿颊留香,豚骨汤层次分明,豚拖罗可以一试,其他中规中矩。仲有, 果两位女店员好man, man到有时觉得佢地冇礼貌, 说话冇尾音, 面偏黑, 长期将笑容埋藏于内心。
