很少出外吃飯會選中菜,但一連5天在外吃西餐後,又感到太膩,晚上還是選間中式菜館用膳。打開餐牌想了想,最終揀選了3款菜式。鎮店鮑魚滑雞煲($188)Chicken Clay Pot with Abalones 鮑魚雞煲熱騰騰上枱,非常惹味。鮑魚有6件,鮮嫰彈牙。雞件份量不少,嫰滑入味🐓,雞煲中還加入不少茶樹菇、冬菇和蒜頭,很香野菌味🍄,加上食材吸收了醬汁,十分濃味。雖然有點鹹和小油膩,但味道的確不錯👍🏻。粉絲蝦米雜菜煲配龍蝦湯($88)Dried Shrimp, Glass Noodles & Mixed Vegetable in Clay Pot 雜菜煲可以選擇龍蝦湯底、濃湯或清湯,想不到龍蝦湯底味道非常濃郁,真的有龍蝦香🦞。蔬菜全部煲得軟腍,腍得連無牙的婆婆也可以吃到👵🏻。煲內加有大量粉絲、蝦米🦐、雜菌和魷魚,份量十足。粉絲雖然有點碎,但有咬口,而且吸收了龍蝦湯底,非常好吃。香煎蓮藕餅($88)Pan Fried Lotus Root Cake蓮藕餅中加入彈牙鮮蝦🦐、豬肉🐖、爽口的蓮藕和冬菇粒🍄。外面煎得微脆,中間豬肉軟綿油潤,同樣偏鹹了點,但很好吃😋。用膳後送上桂花椰汁糕,清新微甜,很貼心呢❤️。價錢不算特別便宜,但份量公道,整體食物不錯,就是普遍鹹了點,雖說很下飯,但還是輕手點會更好呢!😋…查看更多
