今天在午饭时间来到这间人气拉面店,刚刚一位可以立即入座,人流真的很满,建议预先订座!午市套餐$118 包括前菜,主食,串烧两款及饮品🦐 虎虾浓汤面 +$50这款拉面非常惊艳,超级浓郁的虾汤配特大的虎虾,实物比相片更加震撼,真的非常非常大!然后本来以为只是吉列脆皮,但竟然原来是一大堆樱花虾包著虎虾炸成的外皮!真的非常香口惹味!虾肉也弹牙!每一啖拉面也很挂汤,极度推荐!🍡 串烧白烧活鳝 +$10鱼肉爽口弹牙,但可惜不够热烧牛柳粒 +$2牛肉也是由于不够热,所以品尝不出真正的味道

Another hot restaurant serving up fire ramens and skewers. They serve lunch sets with set appetisers, selected skewers, a main and a drink ($138). Appetisers included chicken pate, cucumbers with miso and fried clams. The quality of the appetisers were alright (clams were a tad mall), I guess you could count it as "complimentary". Prawn ramenYou've probably already seen this on IG and they worth all the hype. Rich prawn-based soup paired with al dente ramen noodles. The massive shrimp on top are coated in dried sakura shrimp and deep fried. Expect mouthful of shrimp paired with a rich soup noodles. Mentaiko noodles with octopusThis was alright. The noodles used is a thin ramen and the sauce was quite watery. The octopus slices were quite generous in the dish but I find the sauce a bit too watery and salty for a supposedly dry mixed noodle. SkewersThe skewers were good. Would recommend the grape with duck and melon beef. I love the sweet and salty combination and the sweetness of the fruit is elevated after grilling them. We also got the uni one but it was bitter when we tried it :/

一向都没有写食评的习惯,但想告诉怕热、不喜欢「俾钱买难受」的你,千万不要到这家餐厅。店员从头都尾都非常没有礼貌,有时候,更可怕用态度恶劣来形容。一到餐厅里面就嗅到一股味道。不臭,但就是那种会让人觉得卫生不够好的味道。上菜不报菜名、不把酒杯放在杯垫上。Hello?这是居酒屋该有的态度、服务吗?我不明白的是,他们家怎么可能做到,在六月中,户内居然可以比户外还热?我的汗一直没有停止过。问店员可不可以调大一点空调,只换来冷冷四个字:中央冷气。大佬,俾杯冰水饮下。或者讲声唔好意思都得挂?使唔使摆出一个完全唔care你感受嘅态度?我假假地都有讲句唔该。餐点有些还可以。虎虾汤面不错。关东煮和牛柳都非常普通。我不介意点饮料来解热,但问题是,我本来就点了一杯high ball,没有什么酒味也算了,冰也少得可怜(真系好少,同埋一上黎细粒到极点)。我相信再点一杯也不会有差别。埋单要在柜台埋。我走到柜台的时候,店员很没有礼貌的说一句:边张枱。我也顾不上礼貌,没有回答,指了指桌子的位置。离开餐厅的一刻简直是解脱。本来大汗淋漓,但在户外居然比在餐厅里面舒适,没再留汗。非常差的餐饮体验。

火夫是一家令人印象深刻的餐厅,特别是他们的虎虾浓汤面。汤底浓郁,超大只的炸虎虾的味道充分渗透,口感滑顺,令人一口接一口。面条口的弹性也非常到位,与汤底完美融合。串烧部分更是餐厅的亮点。葡提鸭卷的组合让人惊喜,鸭肉的油脂与葡萄的清甜交融,带来了意想不到的口感层次。白烧活鳝则是新鲜的极致体验,鳝鱼的肉质鲜嫩,搭配简单的调味,保留了食材的本味。蜜瓜牛卷同样出色,牛肉的香气与蜜瓜的清新相互衬托,令人难以忘怀,这里都绝对值得一试。
