今晚试咗火井的招牌汤底,很足料,汤底竟然有我尤其喜爱的猪皮 😊 味道清甜。 手切牛肉入口即溶,肉质鲜嫩,真的真的好好吃。 而家谂起都一再回味。今次特别点了池鱼刺身。 老板介绍原来池鱼当天一早才由日本空运到港,傍晚才到店舖。 所以非常新鲜。 配上他们特别准备的柚子豉油,姜蓉及日本葱,真的份外鲜味。 真心推介 ❤️差点忘了提及我们的餐前小吃 : 炸鱼片头拼虾饼。 原来鱼片头及虾饼都是他们自家手打的, 唔怪得知咁弹牙,松软。 必食老板一家人非常好客热情,跟客人打成一片,很喜欢那种人情味。 其他员工招呼也很亲切殷勤。 一定会再光临🥰

Fire Well is hearty mid-range hot pot restaurant next to the HKU station. The menu has a lot of rare cuts like beef testicles and pork hard palates. All dumplings and meatballs are homemade too.Fire Well's signature soup $168 had tons of ingredients inside - pickled green mustard, chicken feet, pork intestines, tomatoes, Chinese celery etc. The soup itself was pretty bland, as it boiled it got more salty flavor from mainly the pickled green mustard. The homemade dumplings were tasty and more flavorful than the soup. The Chinese chive dumplings were huge and satisfying with balanced ratio of meat to chives. The dried scallops pork dumplings had a scrumptious filling too. Didn't even need to dip any soy sauce. Comfortable environment, friendly owner and staff. Highly recommended.

📍火井火锅I guess a lot of people are familiar with this traditional hotpot place in Sai Wan that has been here for years.Their seafood sashimi are super fresh. We obviously over ordered that day with lobster, geoduck and squid. You can have it three ways. As sashimi, cook it in the hotpot for a few seconds and lastly, add to the lobster head congee. Super sweet. If you can’t finish, you can pack the congee back home and have it the next day. A very good hangover cure. The broth here is the traditional style. Can’t say it’s strong but it is actually ideal to go with the good quality ingredients. Another thumbs up to their side dishes, like 椒盐九肚鱼 and 炸鱼片头. Very lightly battered and well seasoned. Served straight out of the oil, piping hot! Price: HK$800-1000 pp (dinner) Revisit: 8/10

打边炉系本人一年四季都非常喜欢嘅活动,今次试嘅火井门口贴左唔少明星相,有两层,感觉好local,要叫野食可以随时大叫😅唔会有张点菜纸俾你tick tick tick 呢度系我地食嘅嘢嘅一小部份,之后挂住食冇再影相,讲下佢嘅牛肉,差唔多$300一碟份量算有返咁上下。左边系美国牛,右边系手切牛颈脊,牛颈脊正好多,一啲都唔肥又超有鲜牛味,咬落有好soft,好正!如果知道咁正一早叫多啲,因为限量供应再加单已经冇……咁员工就recommend我哋叫premium版牛颈脊,贵$100,我地好似食多左3盆,其实都好食,不过唔知点解我地都觉得平啲𠮶只牛颈脊反而好食d其他嘢食大部份都唔错,连个乌冬都唔颓。惟一唔好食嘅系羊肉,多肥膏又冇咩味,唔洗试。员工都好nice,价钱唔算平但食物质素几好。
