以为呢间系万丽酒店嘅餐厅,原来唔系只系喺佢入面,但系唔系集团入边嘅间餐厅有惊喜好高质素,我不嬲都唔钟意饮宴𠮶啲晚餐通常都系比较油腻同埋细细份食唔饱做得干爽,唔会太油腻菜式嘅优点海蜇同埋椒盐九肚鱼仲有莲藕饼三个都好出色,虽然九肚鱼我唔食嘅,但系睇得出个皮薄空气咁仲有实在嘅九肚鱼 。唔知佢系有咩技术可以炸嘢赚得咁好。 因为最尾𠮶个煎堆仔都做得超好,就算拎走咗返去都好软熟唔使返咁好味乳猪都劲屈机同埋呢度好特别,佢乳猪皮比两块脆嘅每人,然后就成只乳猪切肉上超屈机 搞到我钟意食瘦肉嘅人有肉食,钟意食平嘢又有皮食,仲要唔会得少 打斧头 成餐饭真系俾咗成只。乳猪我哋三围。成餐饭都好满意想讲,不过服务态度就差啲 好似唔知系唔系唔够人手,见到佢哋又好似好忙冇停过不断上 但系又好难叫得到佢哋有少少要求 同埋有啲位求其摆可能呢啲都系请来做短工 应付唔嚟嘅感觉讲返嘢食,呢个花胶黄太鱼羹好屈机佢入面真系有好实在一丝丝嘅鱼肉 仲有啲好香嘅陈皮 好少何喺出面食饭可以食到咁香嘅陈皮,呢个陈皮一定系好高好高质素 咁贵真系值得呢个真系好高分 陈皮帮佢加咗好高分 呢个本身我谂住佢会做得油腻嘅菜式都好干身好特色 鱼嘅两味都好正!实有一味煮法你系钟意呢个就加咗啲炸枝竹,同埋头先嘅火腩去整 好大份㗎 炸子鸡都做得几嫩滑不过食到去呢度我哋已经饱饱地,头先啲乳猪肉都好啱我哋食🤣菲林卷 唔错,唔会太甜桃胶雪耳糖水 好特别㗎佢系椰汁柠水,钟意几多落几多 又唔会搞到碗嘢桃胶嘅份量少咗 唔钟意食椰汁唔落或者落少啲又得😚😚仲有个煎堆我冇影相同埋干烧伊面都冇食到 不过我觉得应该都系好鬼好食

我朋友是这里的常客,有幸我出差回来的第一天她就约我到这里午餐,当然不会决绝。这个餐厅我也来过多次,也介绍过朋友来这里用餐。不管是我还是我朋友,都觉得这里的出品是很不错的。因此今天也写一下今次午膳的食评和感觉。我们点了非点不可的叉烧、炸子鸡、猪仔脚和点心外,因为另外非吃不可的乳猪和烧鸡肝要预定,没办法之下就选择就点了一条杉斑、猪肺汤和其它点心。正如我食评的标题一样,除了杉斑是冰鲜又蒸得过熟外,其它出品都是超水平的。建议来这里吃饭的人,如果要点海鲜,必须问清楚是否游水的和每两价格。虽然这里价格不便宜,但我还是要推荐这个餐厅给各位食家!

Dinner organised by A for the October birthday stars.松露锅贴明虾 Got to be one of the best prawn toasts that I have had this year. Nice balanced amount of prawn crowned on the most wafer-like toast. Terrific start of the meal. 椒盐田鸡腿 The batter was slightly thicker than I would like but the seasoning was on point. 麻香海蜇蜜汁黑豚肉叉烧 very tender and had a nice caramelised exterior.皇牌大红乳猪全体 To me, this remains to be the top Barbecued Suckling Pig in town. Pig skin was wafer thin and has the nicest crackling. Pig knuckles were beautifully charred with a pleasant charcoal aroma.生炆黄皮老虎斑腩菜胆上汤浸鸡 This was a surprise for me. Usually I prefer ordering Crispy Chicken 脆皮鸡 but A ordered it saying we have ordered a lot of fried dishes already. A very nice silky, luscious textured chicken. Loved also the mustard leaves which are in season.酥脆咕噜肉 Another one that easily topped the charts. One of the best sweet and sour pork that I have had recently. Perfect seasoning and execution. Particularly loved that they had the bone in the pork removed which made the consumption process all the more delightful. Kudos to the thoughtfulness of the chef.柱候牛筋腩煲Desserts: 鲜芒果冻布甸, 蛋黄莲蓉寿桃包, 蛋白生磨杏仁茶, 远年陈皮红豆沙. Server recommended the mango pudding and it was certainly a wow for us. There was so much fresh mango in it that it felt like eating a fresh mango!Overall, definitely one of my go-tos for a quality canto meal.

你系熟客? —> 左边张台:揸住杯白酒企系度同你吹水,得; 不远处另一台:斋企系台边背住个大厅同熟客打牙铰,又得;对面台:两女一男同时服侍一张四人台,亦得! (或者因为系田大少张台) 我系生客? —> 叫埋单要叫两次,等15分钟;埋单时话想要泊车飞,佢话可以呀… … 再等佢出出入入一轮,然后消失..10 分钟后,唯有自己行出去接待处..冇人,燥左,终于有个人浦头,一问,佢问返我几号台。(请问你地餐厅自诩什么级数?) 然后秒速就有位比较有礼貌的女士递上两张泊车飞(原来并不需要打印或输入资料,只系现成的coupon。咁当初埋单位仁兄点解唔顺手俾小弟呢?(佢埋完单再分完鱼都仲再望过无聊中的我张台,然后一去不返。我以为佢之后系出去follow up)。我系生客,我张单唔贵,我冇俾tips,我是留港消费的一群,我唔会再帮衬…

作为福临门的分支之一, 这家湾悦 赏.中菜相对比较低调, 当然在装修上面因为在会展的关系, 也比较典雅. 应该以商务客作为客路的主要来源, 所以不用太多的餐饮折扣优惠, 就算是周末的午市, 也有七八成满, 也算是难得. 厨房和侍应班底也是由福临门及家全七福中找来, 所以服务水平不会太差, 而吃的菜式, 也是福记的传统经典.福临门系最出名的, 我觉得其实不是鲍参翅肚, 而是经典的粤菜菜式, 由于太太对鸡子的抗拒, 也没有点鸡子戈渣, 反而点了例牌的烧乳猪. 这里的烧乳猪没有任何脂肪, 会留下乳猪肉和上面的乳猪皮, 乳猪皮赤红色, 香脆无比但毫不油腻, 乳猪肉嫩滑细致, 这样的做法也绝不抗拒. 点心水准也不错, 比起之前吃何必馆等好, 当中推介炸萝卜酥肠粉和鲜淮山鸡扎, 前者的肠粉的米香和萝卜的鲜甜互相配合, 先软熟在香脆最后没有渣的爽快,口感配搭复杂, 平衡度够; 后者鲜淮山的甜和鲜鸡的油香, 比一般的鸡扎更舒服更自然.
