昨晚,不胜酒力的小妹,胆粗粗在IFC的Enoteca试饮了五款的香槟和红酒。是日,不知是未瞓醒,还是未醉醒,没精打采的,且浑身无劲。好吧,吃碗热粥,让精神抖擞起来﹗原只打算叫碗皮蛋猪红粥$23,女侍应表示可以套餐价拣选肠粉类和小食类食物,就再要了原价$14的炸两,盛载三十大元。及后,见有冻豆浆$8,又要了一杯。冻豆浆疑是隔夜货色,入口不太甜,带有淡淡的豆香味,质感较稀薄,表层没有结出豆皮衣,入口也久缺粘稠之感。炸两一叫即送上,动作之快,可见绝非即叫即制之物也。炸两是把香脆油炸鬼包在肠粉皮内,然后切成小块,淋上豉油,再洒上葱花即成。小店的炸两肠粉皮入口够薄身且嫩滑;油炸鬼虽称不上香脆,幸仍不算硬如石、干如柴,可以接受也;豉油普通之作,鲜味稍逊;葱花消失了,不然,可增添其清香味儿也。皮蛋猪红粥大碗兼多料,绝非猫食量的小妹可以独吞的,最后剩下了不少。对不好稠密粥水的小妹而言,粥的浓稀度适中。不过,粥水的米香不太明显,质感也称不上绵滑非常。粥的配料除了猪红和皮蛋外,还有不少的姜丝和葱花添香添味。吃罢,口有点干涸,怀疑是加了味精之故也。 继续阅读

I came here with my families and when foods was brought to our table, old memories rushed back to me. When i was still a little kid, i eat rice rolls with fried dough stick a lot because it tastes so good, especially with the sauce >.< Therefore, we ordered the rice rolls with fried dough stick as usual and it tastes okay which is disappointing. But it is not that bad, it is only failed to do that "crispy" textures!! i personally think that they really need to improve otherwise it would be a shame. 夜晚OT后约了朋友交收路经湾仔. 完成任务后已饥"汗"交迫, 很想找个地方吃点东西叹下冷气. 或者很多事情是命中注定, 其时就经过了潮城门口, 二话不说走了进去. 这里卖粥的和隔离同名卖牛杂粉面的店是相通的, 坐任何一边吃的都一样. 但卖粥的这边很少客人, 冷气会强劲一点吧? 身水身汗实在无意欲食粥, 就叫了碟沙茶牛肉炒河粉, 另加了冻柠茶少甜一杯.饮品先到, 咦? 我无叫少冰㖞. 得果两三粒? 果然笃几下柠檬后所有冰都溶了, 茶还只是比室温低一点点, 绝对称不上冻. 但口渴, 算了吧, 照饮. 咦? 我要少甜唔系走甜㖞. 不过既然茶温不够冻, 走甜也可以, 但从简单一杯冻柠茶已经看出呢间餐厅的水吧是如何的不济. 喝著难饮的不冻柠茶时, 炒河送到, 哗! 啡色透明的"玻璃献" 尽盖过了河粉, 吃下去, 沙茶味淡薄如水, 更不要提有否"香"了. 牛肉带点点梳打味但是韧的, 奇! 炒河粉本身镬气是够的, 下点辣油无论如何不会太难吃, 但越吃越不对办, 碟底渗著一层油, 吃不了大半碟已感腻滞(不要忘记我是饥饿地落单的), 整碟河粉最好的就是菠萝够甜与青椒够爽脆新鲜. 份量够也是另一卖点.这碟油浸玻璃献汁牛河索价四十, 另加冻饮特价十元(其实系唔系应该收非冻饮的8元?). 呢个地狱晚餐共银五十. 放下银两, 速逃离开鬼域! 继续阅读

考考大家数学,"凡惠顾粉面,加$8可获油菜一碟,加$7 可获热饮一杯。苏小姐叫左碗$23 鱼蛋河,另加$5双并水饺,又点了一碟油菜,请问张单应该系几$呢?"唔知点解呢间餐厅的答案系$37。我谂住$1豪俾佢啦,唔好难为侍应阿姐。好快有人送上一碗鱼蛋鱼皮饺河,内有鱼蛋及鱼皮饺各三粒。奈何我系唔食鱼皮饺的,唯有叫阿姐换番水饺俾我啦。数一数,饺仍有三粒,鱼蛋就得番两粒,我不禁心里埋怨左一句:咁小家架。碗粉味道一般,咪一碗鱼蛋水饺河啰。虽然门口招牌话D汤底系鲜鱼汤,我就只系食到浸过鱼蛋的水的味。汤极少,河极多,食几啖已经无哂汤,失败!口寡寡,决定加$7叫杯热饮。睇到墙上有胚芽好立克广告,但系价钱系空的。阿姐落完单,自己问左自己一句:「吖,几钱呢?」之后就响单上写上$14。我问阿姐,唔系加$7咩?他话:你叫左菜就无得嗌野饮架啦㖞。于是,我成功食左一餐贵而唔系好食的午餐,放低左$50大元。会唔会再去食?答案是 NEVER! 继续阅读
