今日去左旺角嘅滚爷火锅，店员安排咗卡位俾我哋，超正！！有几款汤底我都想试，最后挣扎咗一阵都系拣咗招牌椰子鸡锅，嚟到估唔到系两个即开嘅椰皇同两个椰青，然后仲有半只鸡，仲有椰肉同埋马蹄！店员现场将椰水倒入锅中，滚起用计时器「沙漏漏完就能吃鸡！」非常贴心！先饮汤再食肉，汤底清甜润喉，因为真系完全冇加一滴水，真系全部用椰子水！鸡肉非常嫩滑，好好食！手打蟹籽墨鱼丸墨鱼丸Q弹，外面包裹着蟹籽，一咬整口都是鱼籽，里面还有墨鱼粒，口感非常丰富，要点！！！手包韭菜饺皮薄透韭菜绿，肉馅喷汁不油腻西洋菜鸡汤灵魂伴侣！吸哂椰子鸡汤的精华后脆嫩鲜甜总括嚟讲，呢度嘅汤底真系非常高质！！我饮都饮咗成五碗😋好推荐佢哋椰子鸡！！
