半露天居酒屋 3位经验师傅主理
以日本清酒圣地命名,集正宗炉端烧、博多串烧及和食等。由多位擅长各领域师傅主理,如精于烧鸟串烧的下田师傅。另外,对和食、天妇罗皆拥精湛技巧的何伟亮师傅,以传统日料基础孜孜不怠开发创新食谱,并曾于日本举办的世界和食挑战赛荣获香港站冠军,值得来店一尝即制高级天妇罗。

下地敦师傅则以20年日本及香港厨艺经验,融汇关东煮、釜饭、串烧手艺,并以仅90秒迅速升温至850度的日本烧烤炉,将日本鸡种如森林鸡、阿波尾鸡及萨摩地鸡入馔炉端烧料理。同时依博多串烧传统,以北海道梦之大地豚肉结合宫崎玻璃西生菜,创作必食「生菜豚肉卷」。

全港首创「背脂鸡盐拉面」更是焦点,特以冈山县森林鸡熬制清澈富盐香汤头,并缀以烟熏猪背脂增加香气;加上弹牙博多拉面及慢煮1小时厚切鸡叉烧,清爽不油腻。店内提供日本啤酒、清酒、Highball等。平日午餐性价比高,按季节食材定期转换。

湾仔船街真系云集左好多唔同国家既美食,今日去左呢间日式居酒屋「滩五郷」享用晚餐Yebisu Draught 惠比寿啤酒系我众多日本啤酒入面最爱,香醇好饮自家制月见日本免治鸡肉棒鸡肉棒有鸡肉 & 鸡软骨,烧完都仲好juicy,蘸埋酱汁+蛋黄更加好味刺身五种盛有吞拿鱼赤身、拖罗、牡丹虾、油甘鱼腩 & 海胆,鱼同虾刺身都新鲜,但海胆真系搞唔掂,都几臭唔新鲜,成个口腔都系个阵臭味🤢自家制烟熏豚肉沙律薯仔搅埋烟熏豚肉、香草、黑椒等等既材料,个烟熏味好香,将一款日式经典既沙律变得不一样烧鸡泡鱼干甜甜咸咸既鸡泡鱼干,送酒岩晒八爪鱼葱头沙律有牛油果、八爪鱼、海葡萄、车厘茄,整个味道都好清新明太子玉子烧玉子烧入面有明太子,蛋香加上明太子既咸香,又夹又好味牛舌芯劲厚切既牛舌搽上酱汁再烧,牛舌又嫩又弹牙大葱鸡肉串鸡肉又嫩又香,烧完既大葱好清甜,本身唔食葱既我都觉得好好味烧鸡腿肉以炉端烧既方式烧既鸡腿肉,鸡皮好脆,而肉质亦能保持嫩滑,配以唔同调味料一齐食都会有唔同味道餐厅系半开放式,星期六晚都非常旺场,见师傅都不停密密烧无停过手,串烧 & 炉端烧都烧得好好,唯独是个海胆真系唔新鲜,价钱都唔平,不过整餐既体验都相当唔错,系一个好岩同朋友过黎饮返杯食d串烧既好地方 继续阅读

Last weekend, we decided to treat ourselves to the amazing $588 brunch for two at Nadagogo  , and it was the perfect family outing with JAne! 🥰We started our meal with the Homemade Smoked Pork Potato Salad, which was a delightful combination of creamy potatoes and smoky flavors. Jane loved picking at the colorful ingredients and enjoyed the taste!For appetizers, we indulged in four delicious options. First, the Eel Omelette was incredibly fluffy and rich, making it a hit at our table. The Smoked Pork Liver with Sesame Sauce offered a unique flavor that surprised us all. We also tried the Marinated Squid, which was full of flavor and had a great texture, and the Spicy Cod Roe Sausage, a fun dish that our child surprisingly enjoyed!Next up was the star of the show: the Tempura Platter! This featured crispy shrimp, seasonal fish, and the chef even added delicious mushrooms, enhancing the crunch and flavor. It was a hit with everyone! 🍤For sushi, we chose the California Roll and the Spicy Tuna Roll. Both rolls were beautifully presented and packed with flavor, and our little foodie had a blast trying them!For our mains, we opted for the Dried Fish and Dried Squid. The dried fish was savory and satisfying, while the dried squid added a unique touch to our meal.We also enjoyed some skewers, including the Homemade Chicken Meatball Skewers, which were juicy and flavorful, and the Mentaiko Pork Roll, a delicious twist that everyone loved!Finally, we couldn’t resist the fried dishes.
