Our last visit to 满屋 was a few months ago before the 3rd wave of COVID-19 in HK! After a few months, maybe it was time to go back for a Japanese all-you-want-to-eat buffet!  Price remained the same at $238 per head for a 2-hour dinner buffet plus 10% service charge. If you book via OpenRice, there would be a 15% discount. It was full on a Tuesday night. I would like to give you a highlight of the food items. Please do share my commentary if you find it useful. As usual, there were a lot of choices of different food items. The menu had been revised with some new items compared with those a few months earlier. There were 14 types of food on menu in addition to those on the buffet tables.SashimiThere were 13 types of sashimi, including 三文鱼, 日本油甘鱼,吞拿鱼,大赤虾,北寄贝,希灵鱼,松叶蟹棒(new),甜虾,彷鲍片,北海道带子,赤贝(new),象拔蚌(new) and 酒煮荣螺片. One thing which was worth mentioning was that the quality was pretty stable for different rounds of orders.PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 北海道带子 were the best as they were thick and fresh and meaty! (ii) 赤贝 was fresh and crispy.  (iii) 甜虾 were fresh and sweet. (iv) 日本油甘鱼 was thick and fresh. (v) 三文鱼 was fresh and fatty. (vi) 象拔蚌 was fresh and light.Sashimi SushiThere were 6 types of sashimi sushi, including 池鱼王(new), 广岛蚝, 京葱三文鱼腩 , 柚子油甘鱼腩 , 黑松露吞拿鱼酱油渍, 黑松露赤虾. We tried 池鱼王 and 广岛蚝. The amount of rice was quite small so you wouldn't find them too filling. And quality of the sushi rice was actually quite high!PickyCouple's recommendations: 池鱼王 was pretty fresh. Seared SushiThere were 4 types of seared sushi, including 辣汁烧三文鱼(new),蟹油蒜香烧帆立贝(new), 盐烧左口鱼边 and 秘酱厚烧玉子. We didn't try any this time.Cheese SeriesThere were 3 types of Cheese Series, including 酱烧芝士鲜虾, 芝士长脚蟹棒 and 火炙厚烧芝士鳗鱼. We only tried the last one.Creative SushiThere were 4 types of Creative Sushi, including 海苔牛油果酱伴鲍汁元贝,鹅肝伴带子寿司,忌廉芝士玉子烧,海胆吞拿鱼茸寿司。We tried the last two which were ok.HandrollsThere were 3 types of handrolls as usual, namely 北寄贝沙津(new), 龙虾沙律 and 海胆. We didn't try any this time.军舰 There were 4 types of 军舰, including 蟹子, 香葱吞拿鱼茸, 三文鱼籽 and 海胆鱿鱼(new)军舰. We tried 三文鱼籽 and 香葱吞拿鱼茸. The seaweed was super crispy this time!PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 香葱吞拿鱼茸 as there were loads of smooth minced tuna. (ii) 三文鱼籽 were fresh and crispy.RollsThere were 6 types of rolls, including 双重芝士鳗鱼卷,铁火卷(new),芒果蟹卷(new),加州卷,海鲜火焰三文鱼卷 and 花之恋. We only tried the last one.PickyCouple's recommendations: 花之恋 was reasonably good with little rice.Then here you go the hot dishes.SkewersThere were 6 types of skewers, including grilled prawn, pineapple, chicken wing (new), zucchini with butter (new), satay chicken and ox tongue. We tried all except pineapple and chicken wing. PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) Ox tongue was done very well as it was perfectly chewy and rich in beef flavour and well seasoned. (ii) Prawn was seasoned well and tasted very good. 一品料理There were 6 types of 一品料理 dishes, including 避风塘炒鸡软骨(new),和风汁牛柳粒,牛油炒粟米,泰式炒梛菜(new),七味酱烧墨鱼仔(new) and 铁板和风牛舌. We just tried the first one and portion was not that big. 烧物There were 6 types of grilled dishes, of which we tried 4 including 西京比目鱼, 蒲烧鳗鱼, 烧羊鞍 and 盐烧鸡软骨(new). Those two we didn't try were 黄金焗蚝 and 七味烧三文鱼鳍(new).PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 烧羊鞍 had crispy crust yet still tender and juicy inside although almost fully cooked. They were also well seasoned. We had to admit that the quality was very good given that it was an all-you-can-eat buffet! It was probably the best thing to eat! Another item to encore many times! (ii) 西京比目鱼 was really so smooth and juicy with very delicious crispy skin! Japanese DishesThere were 6 types of Japanese dishes, including 瑶柱海鲜粥, 鲜茄虾汤海鲜锅(new), 喇沙海鲜锅(new),日式黑蒜油拉面, 雪花肥牛窝 and 牛肉乌冬. PickyCouple's recommendations: We just tried 鲜茄虾汤海鲜锅 and encored once more. The soup smelt super sweet of tomato. It was very healthy with some veggies like 小棠菜, wa wa choy, needle mushrooms. There were a few prawns and clams. Chef's RecommendationsThere were 6 types of Chef's Recommendations, including 香辣鸡翼尖(new), 辣酒煮东风螺(new), 四川风味炒鸭肾(new), 串烧和风牛肉, 竹笙瑶柱蟹肉翅, 御品鲍汁烩花胶. PickyCouple's recommendations: We just tried 辣酒煮东风螺 which was very fresh and had an appetising spicy sauce. TempuraThere were 5 types of tempura i.e. 虎虾, 温室南瓜, 蕃薯, 蟹棒 and 苦瓜(new). We tried all except 蟹棒. 炸物There were 5 types of deep fried items, including 芝麻鸡翼(new), 水牛芝士(new), 自家制吉列炸蚝,  榴槤炸弹 and 芝士年糕. We tried the last 3. They were all freshly deep-fried and were reasonably good!PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 自家制吉列炸蚝 was super juicy with crispy batter. (ii) 榴槤炸弹 had a crispy crust with lava durian flowing out. Even I who was never a fan of durian could accept it and found it delicious. (iii) 芝士年糕 had a good mochi texture with some cheese in the inside and yet not overly sweet. All 3 were encore-able!Ice-creamWe could each choose an ice-cream cup from Haagen Dazs, Movenpick or Dreyer's of a few choices for each brand. For Haagen Dazs, they had Belgian Chocolate, Caramel Biscuit & Cream and this Caramel Chai Latte which was seasonal. But we could only choose one per head. That's all for those food items on the menu. There were many other food and drink items you could take from their buffet tables and here you go.Cold Seafood & AppetisersThey also served onsen eggs and salmon in a bowl on the top row. Deep-fried FoodThey included potato wedges and Indian-style dumplings.Appetisers and SaladsWe ate quite a lot of 枝豆 and quality was good! There was even some popcorn!Chicken feet, bak choy & Cheese TartsThey also had chicken feet and bak choy. There were also some other hot food and soups nearby. The cheese tart was really highly recommended because the cheese custard was so soft and rich in cheese! Even the tart base was pretty crunchy and yummy. I had 2 on my own!Desserts & FruitsThey had a lot of small mousses, cakes, puddings and Japanese desserts. There were two types of fruits - water melon and hami melon. The water melon slices were super juicy and sweet. The melon slices were sweet too! They also had sweet tofu. For drinks, they had quite a lot to choose from which included both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones. Seating was pretty comfortable as the two of us occupied a 4-person cart seat. Service was reasonable as it didn't take too long for our food to arrive. Although inevitably there were some missing orders and we had to wait for quite a while in the middle of our meal, most of the food items we had ordered arrived in reasonable times. So definitely sufficient time for you to try all the food you would love to try. In view of the quality and variety of food and drinks against the cheap price, it was really highly recommended. 继续阅读

适逢我朋友今个月生日咁梗系要带佢去食好嘢庆祝吓啦!佢就交咗比我发板不过佢指定要食放题咁我就上网搵到呢一间碍於铜锣湾广场二期嘅满屋日本料理非常之方便,地铁站行过5分钟就到啦呢间餐厅系全层嘅所以都好大嘅空间感坐得都几舒服一入到黎梗系要睇吓有啲咩好食啦呢度嘅选择都几多基本上有嘅你都会搵到唔少得梗系要试吓呢度嘅刺身啦!我哋嗌左三文鱼油甘鱼大只虾带子等等全部都好新鲜!不得不赞呢度嘅带子真系好正好甜好口好大粒绝对唔孤寒另外我哋啱啱嗌左唔少嘅寿司有我最锺意食嘅左口鱼啊呢度嘅寿司嘅质素我觉得好食过其他连锁嘅多多声!当然我哋都唔少得又叫到一啲牛舌烧鸡肉同埋一啲熟食基本上质素都叫做唔错另外我哋都有叫到花胶同埋燕窝炖蛋估唔到呢一个价钱都可以食到花胶同埋燕窝而每一台每一位客人都可以享有一杯雪糕佢仲有三个着名品牌可以比大家选择非常贴心另外都要同大家讲吓出边系会有一啲熟食区可以自己去攞嘅亦都有一啲冻海鲜🦞当然唔少得甜品同埋大量嘅饮品啦所以我觉得呢一个价钱可以食到咁多高质素嘅嘢食系性价比好高嘅 继续阅读

今日收工约左朋友食饭,见咁耐冇食放题就决定去公司附近搵间放题食黎到见到都几full 下,不过等左一阵就有位,一入黎就去左拎野饮再番黎叫野食, 饮品选择好多, 有好多款汽水,果汁酒,同埋连清酒同梅酒都系免费任饮。熟食区有大量甜品,汤品同炸物既选择,我地每样炸物都拎左一两件黎试,每样炸物保持到脆同热,唔错芝麻鸡翼皮脆多汁,仲好食过平时出面啲单点串烧舖。芝士年糕以前觉得系好奇怪既配搭,今次第一次试觉得好好食,咸咸甜甜配合烟韧既口感令我地叫多几件黎食三文鱼鱼生正常,同系其他放题食落既差唔多。炸虾天妇罗虾肉够甜,但略嫌厚粉,食完即刻饱饱地欣赏佢寿司细细件, 唔似其他放题咁大大旧饭,啲饭又散。呢到既寿司食落去旧鱼同旧饭都好夹,推荐试唔到既寿司呢到最推荐既一定系羊架同雪花肥牛锅!!!羊架好入味好香,个面岩岩煎完脆脆地,一咬落去连埋肉汁简直系完美。肥牛好嫩滑,啲菜同菇吸收哂个寿喜烧汤底好好食雪花炖蛋比较特别,似中式炖蛋,唔似日式最後每人送一杯雪糕,今次系季节限定系哈密瓜味无论食物同饮品种类都好多,环境乾净,侍应态度都好好。因为order 纸既选择太多, 我地每款叫一样既情况下都只系试到其中一部分,唯有下次再试埋其他野食 继续阅读

系铜锣湾分店  疫情下,搵食难,搵一间想食既餐厅更难,搵一间有位既更难疫情影响,限坐,限隔离,部份火锅,放题, 自助餐都变得好难订位咁满屋有优惠又位,一於试下,开饭喇上面有优惠,或直接打去订,食2小时早场平好多,5点半头场至7点半,$188 (CWB店) 另有生日优惠 4人以上送CAKE,8人送香槟,蛋糕,免一个人头 (只限正价时间)近百款选择,选择系够多,但就要食得聪明D刺身,12款,寿司七款,火炙寿司五款, 芝味寿司款,5款, 手卷,3款,军舰款,4款卷物,6款,烧物类,秋刀鱼,鸡翼,广岛蚝等,6款 煮物,有燕窝海鲜粥,肥牛锅,拉面,乌冬,酸菜鱼锅厨师推介,花胶鸡煲,3人份,碗仔翅,串烧牛肉,花胶,炖蛋炸天妇罗5种,虾,石班块,南瓜,蟹棒,番薯片料理类,炒鱿鱼,和风牛柳粒,牛油炒粟米,麻辣猪耳等,七款串烧,牛舌,海虾,鸡串,烟肉番茄,番薯仔,烧菠罗片埋尾一人一杯雪糕,哈根大师或MOVENPICK 任选讲下心得,先快手落左刺身单先,佢上菜比较慢,因为好多客再黎就准备入串烧,炸物类,最後仲有胃口空间先再追加其他自己想食既出面有D沙律吧,海鲜自取,可以边食边等,闲日晚市都等10分钟至15分钟左右先上菜店员好多都好有礼貌,值得一赞,环境卫生都算合格炸物会比烧物类出色,串烧几好食既,起码食入口系够热天妇罗类就普通啦,无乜特别 自助区既食物水准普通,纯粹系比人等侯时间搵D野食碗仔翅又几好食,够香够酸 串烧虾够弹牙 花之恋卖相都OK,寿司类就太饱唔试得多款甜品芝士蛋糕无乜味,主力都系饮野多,款式选择多仲有清酒梅酒任饮抵食既仲有生果,豆腐花,葡挞,基本上就系比较常见近几个月既气炸食物刺身画几多比几多,算比得足,卖相亦可以接受环境一定嘈,仲比较迫同热闹,岩大班朋友黎食,够气氛 继续阅读

提到日本放题,相信没有人不认识满屋这间店,中学时期和朋友聚会都经常食,不知道现在的质素如何呢🤪 现在人大了,已经不会像以前食很多,但今次和爸爸撑枱脚,好像回到几年前的自己~——————————🔹 刺身爸爸和我都很喜欢食刺身,其中最喜欢的是三文鱼、甜虾和带子👅 这三款没有令我们失望,尤其三文鱼切得很厚,肉质鲜美,油份充足新鲜🥰  encore!🔸 寿司/手卷这次叫了很多寿司,一共有三大碟😂 最後都成功食完😚 可能是寿司饭不是太大嚿,基本上一口就食完~个人认为火灸寿司和芝味系列是最好食😋 火炙厚烧芝士鳗鱼寿司,最令我念念不忘,鳗鱼很厚身,上面有一小块烧过的芝士😍 论卖相和味道,都值得一试再试。🔹 炸物炸物基本上全部都有叫,除了日式炸鸡。猫山榴槤炸弹和紫心香芋丸,不可不叫😛 里面半溶的馅料,令人欲罢不能🥰🥰🥰🔸 饮料这里的饮料种类真的很多,无论系热茶、汽水,还是酒精饮品🤪 必定有一款适合你们!🔹 其他串烧只拿了牛舌,烧得不会太乾,爸爸特别喜欢食😚 和风汁牛柳粒,都是必叫,甜甜的烧汁配上牛味浓浓的牛柳粒,可以食好多😋 继续阅读
