Yes shun milk company is an institution in Hong Kong. Unfortunately they had to close down two other shops in Hong Kong, but this one left.We ordered hot steamed milk pudding, cold coffee pudding, egg/sausage sandwich and Macao pork chop bun.The interior is classic retro Hong Kong style. The visible fridge is full of pudding deserts and can be also seen from outside. On weekends you can expect queues waiting to get seated.The puddings are tasty and not too sweat. The sandwich and buns are fresh and accomplish the deserts. However yew shun is more of a desert place. We have been here several times and always gladly come bqck for a desert.

双皮奶食物味道普通,$40碗,完全唔值𠮶个价。侍应态度恶劣,我地入到去Menu都唔俾,无人理。有个大妈侍应对住外国人烚熟狗头咁,问佢攞Menu就一句得埋嚟话「你识睇咩?」极度无家教无礼貌,明明个侍应大妈个look都成个大陆婆咁,居然咁都学人歧视唔知大陆人定香港人,最后揾左另一个侍应落单。食左百几蚊食到一肚气,食物又唔系好食,呢间野blacklist唔会再去,侍应态度咁差咁钟意奶鬼佬鞋底真系建议早日执笠。

我哋3人去食甜品,要坐一张卡位嘅一边,坐得唔舒服,已经扫兴咗一半!我哋每人都点咗炖蛋,完全唔香冇蛋味,食到一半更出哂水,已经唔想再食.以前系好味嘅. 而家觉得环境唔舒服,炖蛋唔好食,应该冇下次!

餐厅主打就系做双皮奶非常出名,双皮奶全部都系每日新鲜制作,一直坚持用最传统嘅方法🥰🥰驰名双皮炖奶,真系将双皮奶嘅精髓发挥到淋漓尽致👏浓郁嘅奶香味扑鼻而来,用匙羹轻轻一兜,上层嘅奶皮完整又有韧性,完全唔会一兜就烂。入口奶皮口感烟韧软滑,嫩滑如豆腐花嘅奶冻,入口即化。奶味醇厚浓香,甜度又控制得刚刚好,甜而不腻😍😍再试试红豆双皮奶,除咗双皮奶本身嫩滑嘅奶皮同入口即化嘅奶冻之外,加入嘅红豆更是画龙点睛之笔。红豆煮得软绵绵,入口即溶甜滋滋嘅味道同双皮奶浓郁嘅奶香完美融合。每一啖都可以同时感受到嫩滑双皮奶同软绵红豆嘅双重口感,真系食极都食唔厌😚😚

同班friend嚟玩,晚上唔知食咩嘢,见到哩间店好几次,就嚟试下,人都几多,要排队,睇个装修应该都开咗好耐,估计啲嘢都唔会难食到边度,结果一坐低睇咗菜牌发觉贵到惊人,以前住屯门以为都系二卅蚊,结果呢度一碗就要40蚊甚至往上走,罗柚都未坐𤓓又唔想走跟住就试下。我点咗碗姜汁炖鲜奶,我个friend点咗碗双皮奶,上𩠌速度就好快,但系一入口失望到爆,姑且不论姜撞奶是否等于姜汁炖鲜奶,完全冇姜味,而且一睇就知做咗好耐放喺保温层,食过真正嘅沙湾镇嘅姜撞奶就知,完全唔系呢阵味,简直坤街坊啦。
