渝味有两个朋友推荐过我去试…一个系四川人黎…佢话香港黎讲做得算正宗…另一个好锺意食麻辣…佢都话呢间做得唔错…咁无奶油唔去试下…不过都等到今时今日先试😅之前听朋友讲都几多人…可能疫情关系呢晚去到人真系唔多。 经理安排左好靓既窗边位…可以望到维港景…可惜玻璃反光睇得唔太清楚。坐低左经理就拎碗碟过黎…全部用热水洗过仲用个夹放低够卫生👍。仲有餐前汤水…类似雪耳…唔太甜几好味之後男店员就讲解下如果想正宗D就落麻油同葱蒜就够了…D麻油好香…最後差唔多成支麻油食哂…😋点野食先…大部份食物都可以点半份…咁就可以试多D野食…同埋都有哂每种食物煮既时间👍黎呢度梗系点九公格麻辣锅啦…一黎到都惊好鬼辣…点知又几好…麻同辣都好平衡…重有好香牛油😍😍。 个汤唔会搞到原全食唔到食物本身味道👍…八卦问下经理每格有无唔同…经理解释唔同格有唔同温度…慢煮就边位…想快就中间位…原来系咁…食物点左:安格斯牛肉…黎到冰到夹唔开😂😂…要等一阵…牛肉唔错喎…牛肉味都几浓…烚完再点麻油葱蒜😋😋三宝丸…d丸都唔错…丸喜欢墨鱼丸…几弹牙同有墨鱼味炸芋头…呢个因为炸好左煮一阵就食得…几粉龙趸片…呢个鱼就普通d…煮完比较鞋毛肚呢样野本身无乜…配麻辣就最啱…虾滑…呢个好味…够弹牙同有虾味薯粉…麻辣点可以少得点呢样。呢个好烟韧…原来未烚前系唔透明炸豆皮…我本身好锺意豆品野…呢个豆皮先炸左…再煮一阵就食得…索哂d麻辣汤好正韭菜饺…呢个都几好皮好滑淮山条…有白色同紫色…味道就一样…打边炉原来都几夹晓宇嫩牛肉…呢个牛肉都好味…好嫩…好滑炸香酥肉…见到重庆食物…又点黎试下…黎时刚刚炸好热辣辣…如果送酒就正…食完新鲜炸起再试下浸一浸麻辣汤又另一番风味食麻辣点会唔叫鸭血同午餐肉…两样都ok...午餐肉唔会似一般出面食到d粉粉地…食辣野就点多jar洛神花茶…话时话…呢样野都几兴饮…酸酸地几解辣又唔会太甜…整体呢间餐厅由环境…食物质素同服务都好好…价钱都算合理…就算两个人黎都唔惊…可以点半份就可以试多d野。可以再番黎…下次都会事先book下窗口位 继续阅读

渝味晓宇系一间由国内开过黎嘅连锁重庆火锅店,香港人锺意打边炉,喺香港主打重庆火锅嘅食店唔算少,不过好多时哩类重庆火锅店都为左迎合香港人口味保留返少量香港人成日食嘅火锅料,所以当我睇倒渝味晓宇个menu竟然冇香港人必点嘅炸鱼皮、炸响铃同出前一丁都感到有啲意外,不过咁样唔代表食店火锅料选择少,反而系佢地嘅食材真系似返地道嘅重庆火锅,虽然对香港人黎讲可能会有啲唔惯,不过个人觉得系个唔错嘅体验。渝味晓宇店面几大,我最锺意佢嗰排窗口位。因为见佢午市锅底免费,加上食到饱都仲有大把时间消化,所以就拣左假日黎个打边炉做午餐。一座低仲睇紧点咩食,侍应先黎每人一碗糖水(免费)暖下胃,可以边食边慢慢睇。番茄配大骨滋补锅哩度嘅汤底选择虽然唔算多,不过最正系汤底系断位计,每位$38,就算人少都唔怕要share个贵汤底。因为朋友唔系好接受倒麻辣,所以我地就拣左唔辣嘅番茄汤同大骨滋补汤。番茄汤底入面有番茄同金菇,番茄酸味好出,好好味。大骨滋补锅入面有粟米、红枣同猪骨,味道较似味精汤,冇番茄汤咁好饮。茶芥$20/位,留意哩度嘅酱料唔多,只有豉油、醋、蒜蓉、葱花同麻油,系冇辣椒嘅,如果真系想食辣嘅,就一定要点麻辣汤底。火锅料方面,最值得一赞系全部野都可以点半份,因为我地得两个人,就全部叫半份,试多几样。重庆炸酥肉($32/半份)哩个炸酥肉外表有似似炸鱿鱼松,炸浆香脆得黎唔会太厚,中间仲加左花椒,香口之余多左阵咸鲜味。美国安格斯优质肥牛($119/半份)安格斯肥牛雪花纹好平均好靓,快灼几秒就食得,肉质几滑。脆鲩鱼腩($52/半份)脆鲩鱼腩够厚肉,肉质结实带啲弹口,鱼骨唔多而且都比较粗,唔怕唔小心哽骨。晓宇手打三宝丸($49/半份)三宝丸包括虾丸、墨鱼丸和牛肉丸,食落都有啲弹口唔会成口粉,不过未算突出。手打虾滑($46/半份)手打墨鱼滑($46/半份)口感同手打丸差唔多,个人觉得墨鱼丸比虾比好食,因为中间加左墨鱼肉,比较有咬口。鲜虾云吞($32/半份)云吞唔算得别大只,不过皮好薄,里面猪肉馅同虾嘅比例亦啱啱好。现炸豆皮($32/半份)炸豆皮其实有啲似响铃,不过系块状唔系卷状,豆皮好薄好脆,就咁食又得,想有啲味可以浸一浸汤先食。鲜木耳($18/半份)木耳够大块又够厚身,食落几爽口。麻辣牛肉($42/半份)牛肉上面铺满辣椒同花椒,为左唔好影响汤底嘅味道,我地都放到最後先食。麻辣牛肉几腍几滑,辣度大约系中辣至小辣之间,唔算辣得太辛苦,反而麻味比较突出。晓宇苕粉($29/半份)苕粉其实即系厚身版薯粉,喺四川一带都好常见,不过香港就唔多地方有得食。苕粉同薯粉一样渌到半透明就食得,因为比较厚身,所以食落亦特别弹口,如果本身锺意食薯粉嘅Q弹口感,应该都会锺意苕粉。总结,火锅料几有特式,质素亦唔错,侍应亦会不时主动加汤,最正系汤底以人头收费,所有火锅料最少可以点半份,最啱而家哩个时候两个人都可以试多几款。 继续阅读

Having been to their CWB, Wan Chai and Sai Wan branches a few times, this time we decided to come visit this TST branch as well. This branch just offered hot pot but no lunch set, unlike the ones in Wan Chai and Sai Wan.红枣雪耳糖水As always, 红枣雪耳糖水 was served to us as soon as we arrived even before our orders. There were loads of 雪耳! Yummy!It was so considerate of them to specify the boiling time for each food item.皮蛋香菜锅&山珍菌汤锅There was the option to skip the spicy broth and just go for clear broth. We chose our favourite combo of 皮蛋香菜锅&山珍菌汤锅. 皮蛋香菜锅 smelt so good of fresh coriander. The preserved egg was so fresh and of so high quality that the egg black was chewy and the egg yolk was so intact and thick. The 山珍菌汤锅 had loads of very fresh mushrooms, including 秀珍菇,猴头菇,冬菇and茶树菇. 真材实料! The soup was very clear before you started cooking the food.鲜活海蛏(半份) at $39+10%We saw this seasonal item and couldn't help not trying!There were 6 pieces of 鲜活海蛏 for half a portion. They were really very fresh and crispy and sweet!  桂花蚌(全份) at $129+10%桂花蚌 was super crispy and fresh as always! One of our all-time favourites! It was one of their 10 signatures! 手打虾滑(全份) at $89+10%Another of our all-time favourites was 手打虾滑 which was super fresh and crispy. They were topped by crab roes when served. It was one of their 10 signatures! 鸭血(全份) at $79+10%Another of our all-time favourites was 鸭血 which was so crispy and free of nasty flavour of blood. It was also one of their 10 signatures!纽西兰精品羊肉卷(全份) at $106+10%纽西兰精品羊肉卷 was so good that even people who don't like lamb normally would love because they were so tender and free of nasty flavour of lamb!特色迷你燕饺(全份) at $62+10%Amongst many other dumplings, we chose this which we found so interesting because the wrapping was basically those 鱼皮饺 wrapping yet they were so thin!One thing worth mentioning was that service was super efficient that our orders arrived very shortly altogether! Another thing which was worth mentioning was the superb harbour view which you could enjoy while eating the freshly boiled food from the hot pot! As usual, the quality of the food was top-notch while hygiene was very good. Each of us was offered a disposable apron to keep our clothes clean from the hot pot. Air conditioning was very very strong to keep you comfortable while you were enjoying hotpot under high temperature outdoors.  继续阅读

终於有时间拜会渝味晓宇重庆老火锅, 这间出名的品牌火锅於国内有二百多间,亦入「重庆火锅50强」,更被舌尖上的中国独家推荐。 成功将品牌引入香港, 另喜欢吃重庆火锅的人大饱口福了。 近排仲有午市优惠汤底免费, 非常抵食。 一坐低店员会送上冰糖红枣雪耳糖水, 滋润又清甜。本身我想试晓宇驰名的九宫格麻辣大红锅, 但我又怕太辣, 最後我选了鸳鸯锅底~蕃茄汤锅+ 普通辣大红锅, 看见餐牌上的火锅配料可以点全份或半份, 最适合我喜欢吃不同种类但又食不多的人,然後点了以下火锅配料~纽西兰精品羊肉卷$56, 大刀牛肝$46,晓宇手打三宝丸$49, 煎龙趸片$72, 美国桶肥蚝$69,脑花$26,晓宇苕粉$29, 乾贡菜$18,晓宇嫩牛肉$42 , 韭菜猪肉水饺$32, 还有甜品和饮品~红糖糍粑$36, 自制洛神花茶$18。蕃茄汤锅~ 开头以为这里辣锅会系最正, 点知原来蕃茄汤锅都好好食, 味道刚刚好甜甜酸酸的。普通辣大红锅~ 传统重庆麻辣汤底, 普通辣适合我, 辣度刚刚好, 带有麻香。纽西兰精品羊肉卷~ 入口嫩滑, 打边炉至爱。大刀牛肝~ 牛肝用秘制酱料腌制再配上鹌鹑蛋, 口感爽嫩, 美味得很。晓宇手打三宝丸~ 好喜欢吃手打丸, 全部弹牙又新鲜。煎龙趸片~ 精莹通透,肉质美味。美国桶肥蚝~ 肥美滑溜,好新鲜。脑花~ 白白嫩嫩的脑花, 吸了汤底的味道, 口感软绵。晓宇苕粉~ 放入麻辣汤底里味道浓郁,爽口宜人。乾贡菜~ 口感爽口, 味道清香滋味。晓宇嫩牛肉~ 肉质嫩滑, 牛肉味很鲜。韭菜猪肉水饺~ 韭菜味不够, 水饺稍为普通了一点。红糖糍粑~ 香软Q弹的红糖糍粑, 绝对是最佳的火锅後甜品。自制洛神花茶~ 洛神花酸酸甜甜,清热解渴。首先要赞一赞这里的通风系统, 好多时食完麻辣火锅都会一阵麻辣味, 但今次没有。 还有贴心的防疫措施, 坐低不久店员为我们送上口罩袋,加上食物水准高, 喜欢吃火锅的朋友一定要来试一试。 继续阅读

今日去左尖沙咀打边炉!食麻辣火锅杀下菌🤣双拼鸳鸯锅山珍菌汤锅配普通辣大红锅(午市免费)呢度既汤底可以拣双拼或者九宫格麻辣,但由於我锺意食菜用清汤,所以就拣左双拼。顺带一提,佢lunch系汤底免费架!所以我地先专登拣lunch time 黎食!佢个麻辣汤出色就人所共知,用左大量辣椒,加上大葱同药材,够香够麻!但估唔到佢个山珍菌汤锅都一样咁正,菌既种类都有几款,见到有冬菇、秀珍菇、猴头菇等等,够哂甜。配料方面,我就叫左好多款,因为呢度可以叫半份,所以可以每款都试少少,唔惊食唔哂!我觉得晓宇苕粉同埋特色迷你燕饺都系必试既!晓宇苕粉似阔薯粉,口感烟韧,加埋辣汤超正。特色迷你燕饺一口一只,肉汁鲜甜,皮薄滑嫩。稻田毛肚($62半份)鲜黄喉($59半份)桂花蚌($66半份)鸭血($42半份)辣汤必食,够滑嫩香卤猪大肠($36半份)辣汤必食,够入味晓宇苕粉($29半份)辣汤必食,口感烟韧特色迷你燕饺($32半份)稻庭乌冬($42一份)现炸豆皮($32半份)皇帝菜($18半份)自制罗汉果茶($58渣) 继续阅读
