茶记周围都有,揾间好味既唔难,有特色既先最难,海傍陈记都算花左啲心思,搞左啲新意,装修唔系话好靓但有啲特色谂住都系求其食个饭,餐牌好多选择都超吸引都系地道港式茶餐厅精选,有机会要试晒佢未食饭先送上一碗汤,青红萝卜煲猪骨,完全无味精,真材实料,好惊喜叉烧炒蛋饭,卖相一百分叉烧正常既,肉质唔错但就唔太香同味道无乜特别,最想食既炒蛋有啲熟得济,食上去有啲煎蛋角既feel佢有好靓咁淋个自制汁上去,个汁有啲类似鳗鱼汁,但实在太甜,最大镬系个饭,硬到一个点,本身滑蛋加汁加饭系好正既但依家。。我加左啲豉油落去中和下先好啲,整体又唔系真系食唔落但就唔太吸引唯有希望之后食其他野会好啲!临走先听到店员同其他人推介依度炒野唔错#祝我下次好运#唔通我见到江若琳又话你知咩

黯然销魂饭,周星驰电影《食神》中「食神最终大赛」所制作的菜肴。「黯然销魂饭」其实是茶餐厅或烧味店中的「叉烧煎蛋饭」。要做到好吃,主要有四点:1. 蛋白全熟蛋黄全生的荷包蛋,2. 半肥瘦义烧,焦香味,肉要松软腍滑3. 豉油带香兼少许甜蜜味4. 够热嘅「虾仔饭」然后食时把蛋皇汁跟豉油混到热腾腾香喷喷的白饭中,蛋香、豉油香和米香混成一様,完全满足你的口感。但今天出来真的差强人意,蛋皇小兼全熟,全无蛋汁。柴皮义烧,白饭由吾够热,真的吾知厨师想掂?无心厨子!

呢闲茶餐厅之前刚刚开嘅时候已经好想写但一直冇机会。今次就一次过写。首先呢闲野老细应该系之前在坚尼地城开过一闲叫越清嘅越南餐厅,应该有八至十年前,超艰食,但当时坚尼地就只得一闲,有D杯碟还有越清logo. E加呢闲搬左过两条街转做港式茶餐厅。𠮶日去食下午茶,叫左个餐蛋治。吓Q死我😱!!! 麺包不但不新鲜,明显系放左好内,又干又硬。已经知道今次哪野,谂住只系食蛋同块餐肉就走。块餐肉颂恐怖,番煎,劲呕心。杯柠茶D柠片薄到好似one dollar coin 咁。 其实开餐厅最紧要有良心,吾系只挂住控制成本,问下良心你会吾会煮呢D野比你自己家人食!不知所谓的茶餐厅!

really, really wanted to like this placethey say they fried the chicken leg to order (from raw)....but the food came a little too quickly for it to be believable. one bite... taste very very frozen, but temperature wise (fortunately), but taste-wise. the fish soup taste way too salty. not much fish tastesaving grace: they serve draft beer
