开饭介绍
泰发是一间泰东北地道菜馆,距离首都曼谷约7小时车程,菜色较为特别正宗。泰发老板娘以及全餐厅职员都是泰国人,师父更特别由泰国邀请到港,每一位职员都懂广东话。所有菜式酱料都由人手亲自调制。因为泰国人一向能接受辣味,所以不能受辣的朋友紧记有落单前提醒,师父亦会因著客人口味调出可口美食。

哥哥家住九龙城,不时一家人也会到来吃泰国菜,泰发就有两间店,建议食转角位的那一间,店舖较宽阔,环境好一点。今次因为迟到,就无参与点菜(太好了不用苦恼^^)。 小食拼盘炸皮蛋是推介,香脆保有蛋香,不会过油。虾饼也有弹牙的口感,虾味就不算太重,其他的炸物就正常水平,不惊艳。 榄角炒肉碎香口惹味,好食,不过较辣哦。 烧猪颈肉本身烧得不太老,外皮有点脆,但配汁异常奇怪,只好不沾汁吃,浪费了。 黄咖哩海鲜配蒜蓉包,蒜蓉包香脆热喷喷,好吃,咖哩不会太辣,没有太浓的椰油味,比较适合本人。 泰式炒金边粉味道甜甜的,不过炒得很湿口感一般,不是我的喜好。价钱方面约100-150元一个人,环境食物性价比还好,但服务人员的态度比较差,整体来说也是可以的。总结评分味道:7.5/10价钱:7/10(人均消费100-150)环境:7/10服务:4/10性价比:7.5/10 推介食物:炸皮蛋,黄咖哩海鲜配蒜蓉包,榄角炒肉碎

Went to Kowloon City to have a late dinner with my b.Openrice showed that this Thai restaurant opened till late night so we picked this one.We arrived at around 11pm and there were still several other people dining inside.The decors were quite simple but the tables and seats were quite comfortable.Minced Pork with Lettuce was great. The lettuce slices were big and intact so that we can use it to wrap minced pork easily. The minced pork was well-cooked and well-seasoned -- it was sour and very spicy.Deep-fried Shrimp Cakes were quite good. The sauce was well-sit with the cake. The cakes were big and with good texture.Fried Baby Cabbage was amazing. The seasoning was great -- I like the fried garlic and the pepper. It was quite spicy and the cabbage was freshly cooked.Lamb Rack was just okay. The lamb was obvious over-cooked and the choices of lamb was bad. Overall, the dishes were great and the price was okay.

今日心血来潮想试下食泰国野! 次次去食泰国野都会叫泰式炒椰菜苗 因为去其他铺头冇得食架! 椰菜苗同其他菜唔同系会脆口D 所以落埋果D泰式香料炒就会好衬好惹味 哩度嘅都几新鲜 咬落都爽口 又唔会炒到过火太林 不过好似唔系好有味 唔够香口. 我觉得可能落多D调味料 另外 仲叫左个鱼 都系普通啦 上到枱个窝都唔再热 平时可能D汁会'炸炸'声 不过哩碟就冇 我地再加汤上去都冇一个烧嘅感觉 加上当晚隔离果枱有十几个女仔一齐食饭 系嘈到一个极点.... 下次都未必会再试~

生虾刺身 呢个菜唔只有刺身,仲有炸虾头。生虾好新鲜,有七八旧,冇残余内脏好干净,晶莹剔透。虽然刺身好味,但我觉得炸虾头更加正。虾头炸得好脆,炸浆唔厚仲有d辛辣味,成件事好惹味。青柠牛肉有好多旧,两个人食食到好饱。牛肉大概三成熟,好juicy唔(口鞋)口。但系下面d芥兰好硬。

九龙城的泰国菜真是多到不得了,除了某些大食店,其他的小店我觉得味道更胜一筹。朋友介绍食呢间小店, 觉得水准不俗,而且价钱相宜。食物水准, 今次去点了烧牛肉及其他串烧,烤鱼及海南鸡。烧牛肉系必食既, 而见到好多人客都有点, 好大份, 应该都算系招牌菜, 唔食得辣记住个汁要分开上。 其他的肉类串烧,有点过了火位,肉质较干。那条烤鱼味道就是不错,外面烤得脆脆的,内里鱼肉滑滑的,点一点他们的酱汁,味道令我回味无穷。 虽然我忘记了是什么鱼。。。。海南鸡比较清淡,普普通通,肉很少。总括的来说水准唔差, 侍应们态度一般,欠缺了一分小店应有的热情态度。
