泰基隆就食得多,泰基隆泰北面早几个月先第一次食。叫咗个泰北鱼汤面,面底拣咗金边粉,汤底要少辣。面上枱,先呷一啖汤,偏咸偏浓,好强嘅鱼味同香料味,据称系以鲜鱼淆制两个钟,再加入干葱,蒜肉,辣椒干,甲猜(手指姜)等配料,果然好泰风味。面入面嘅𩠌有鱼蛋,猪红,凤爪同泰式咸肉。拣呢个面其实好大程度都系因为泰式咸肉(我超钟意食),结果有少少失望,可能因为晚上帮衬,咸肉放耐咗,咸香有余,但皮较韧,唔太脆。其余食材以鱼蛋质素较高,爽滑弹牙有鱼味,至于猪红同凤爪则正常水准。值得一赞系碗面好大碗,之前惊唔够饱,食哂之后其实系要捧住个肚。

平时我很少写食评,绝对不是帮这间餐厅卖广告的KOL位于深水埗一间细小的泰国餐厅,平时真的不显眼,只觉得每次午膳时段都会排长龙 ,所以冇机会入去试吓,因为今天大雨 ,所以事事但地冲入这间泰国地道餐厅避雨兼午餐!最值得称赞就是每位职员嘅态度都非常友善,午餐的选择比较多,套餐加一杯嘢饮都系$50左右,我选择 泰式干炒牛河 +冻柠茶 ,这碟干炒牛河一定要大赞,绝对能够媲美很多出名的泰式餐厅,上碟时,色 香 味都已经感觉得到,河粉是阔条,并不是一般的幼身嘅河粉,非常有咬口, Q弹,牛肉很有口感不会太靭 ,味道非常好,不太咸,非常值得推介。下次我一定会返去帮衬!试吓其他套餐

Service & Customer CareAfter exploring the Sham Shui Po area, a few minutes away from the trendy pop-up cafe's that have given the area a boost in culture, we came across this quaint little Thai place, had plenty of seats available compared to the eateries in the area. So we gave it a shot. Service with a smile which is some what rare these days.FoodAfternoon tea special. Hainan Chicken rice. What a delight. Tender pieces of chicken on a fragrant bed of rice paired with a sweet/sour/spice relish. I'll be back for more. 8/10 for quality and taste.Chicken Phad Thai. Not a lot of Chicken but had the authentication taste, a smidge oily, but not enough for a nation to launch an all out invasion. 7/10Spring Roll SaladNice and crispy. Tasty vermicelli and mince pork filling. With a small side of sour/spicy sauce. 7/10Value for money$138 including 2 iced drinks. Excellent price point for a decent Thai meal!

泰肥牛牛丸汤河 $52拣咗金边粉份量都充足👍🏼牛丸有三粒,肥牛都有三四块牛丸都算弹口亦都有肉味,汤底好浓郁,有好香嘅胡椒同金不换味😋泰北鱼汤面 $62原本个面系跟凤爪嘅,不过转左做猪肉丸如果有其实𩠌唔啱食既,不妨问下店员有冇得转其他嘢咸肉亦都好贴心咁分开上,咁啲皮就唔会浸腍👍🏻猪红同鱼蛋都不过不失,成碗面比人一种好丰富既感觉最出色一定系个汤底,依一款一样咁浓郁,但系仲多左一种辣椒味,好香😋

泰基隆本店食得多,开左新分店除左大左靓左,舒服d之外仲有新野食!边炉都有几款,有gas或者今次选择既碳火!!系泰国试过一次,真系番唔到转头!!!汤底系泰国风味,都唔需要额外酱汁𩠌亦都非常多,有菜有肉有海鲜(虾,青口etc)有粉丝(最后夹出黎有3大碗🤣)最惊喜系几粒丸,唔hea得黎好有肉味!个餐另外再每人包一杯野饮,到最后真系饱到食唔落咁走🤤因为早一日去book,所以已经留左位,2个人有张大枱坐,够阔又安全!
