在尖沙咀忽然想吃泰国菜🇹🇭推门发现是由泰国人主理的泰国菜!原来餐厅开业不久,又发掘到一间新店,吃完觉得很不错,值得推荐给大家♡⧐ What we ordered ⧏🍜泰式船面和牛金边粉 HK$118🦀泰式蟹肉炒饭 HK$138🦪泰式铁板蚝饼 HK$128🥬泰式虾酱炒通菜HK$58🥥椰子雪糕配吐司 (鸳鸯酱) HK$68🍋🟩青柠梳打 HK$28船面可选猪或牛,汤底够香浓.ᐟ很喜欢它的金边粉,口感很弹牙♡金边粉呈半透明,坊间少有的正宗口味!蟹肉炒饭也是满满的料,有很多蟹肉,炒饭也是粒粒分明,干身不油腻ദ്ദി ·͜·整体感觉不错,很够镬气!铁板蚝饼也很不错,如果能以铁板呈上就更好🍳很多蛋、蚝和芽菜,非常足料的一道,芽菜每条都是胖胖的,好甜好juicy!虾酱炒通菜是每次吃泰菜必点🥢通菜呈碧绿色好吸引,而且很爽口和新鲜,个人认为虾酱可以多一点,这次稍为淡了一点~最后一定要点甜品椰子雪糕配吐司🍞可选泰奶酱/斑斓酱/鸳鸯酱,推荐选鸳鸯酱,因为可以一次过试齐泰奶和斑斓两款口味!椰子雪糕搭配两款酱真的超好食,令人一试爱上的甜品🍨

🇭🇰 Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀|Thai JaiThai food lovers alert! A new Thai restaurant managed by Thai locals just opened in TST! 🇹🇭 It has a full menu of delicious Thai food that you would love to try out! Full of local spices and flavours that are not used elsewhere 🤩 Here are what I have tried:•𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 泰式船面和牛金边粉This is the first time I have tried a boat noodle that has wagyu beef and also one of their signature dish! 🥩 The soup base is very flavourful but the wagyu beef is just the icing on the cake! They are soft and carry the signature broth! The meatball is also very soft and bouncy and I love the texture of the noodle a lot! 😋•𝐏𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 泰式虾炒金边粉As a pad Thai lover, this is a must-try! The shrimps 🦐 are huge and the flavour of the noodle is balanced when mixed with the spice, lime, and peanuts crumbs! 🥜•𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 + 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐎𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 泰式铁板蚝饼They didn’t go easy in terms of the portion of oyster 🦪 and seafood! 今日去咗亚士厘道揾食,突然眼前一亮有一间泰国菜馆,望入去完全系泰国街头风味,再喺门口睇吓Menu,贵精不贵多,完全就是泰式小店的美食,服务员基本上全部都系泰国人,Sa Wa d cup 唔知以为去咗泰国🤗▪️Wagyu Beef Boat Noodles泰式船面和牛金边粉 $ 118睇吓个汤底就知道味道有多浓郁,浓得来饮落超舒服,味道好香醇,金边粉吸满汤汁超级好食,配上和牛、牛丸、炸猪皮和通菜,完全泰国街头风味▪️Minced Pork Basil、Fried Egg and w. Rice泰式香叶肉碎煎炒太阳蛋 $ 88最钟意食呢个街头平民美食饭,香叶肉碎香辣惹味充满香料香,配上炸嘅太阳蛋,蛋白炸至香脆蛋黄仍然保持流心状态,配上最佳拍档白饭,香辣好味▪️Thai Style Oyster Seafood Omelette 泰式杂锦海鲜煎 $ 128就如蚝仔煎蛋一样,配料再加上鲜虾和鱿鱼,加上粉浆和鸡蛋,食落去烟烟韧韧充满蛋香,配合海鲜和芽菜𦥑,再沾上香辣酱,非常唔错▪️Fried Larb Balls 泰式炸生菜包丸 $ 78第一次食泰式生菜包系用肉丸,炸得外层香脆,肉质Juicy多汁,充满香料的味道好惹味,可以就咁食,或者用生菜包住食更有风味,而且仲有泰式豆角清新爽口▪️Thai Milk Tea泰式奶茶 $ 28泰国奶茶的茶叶就是有一种独有嘅香味,味道富有层次,而且相当浓郁,虽然偏甜但真系好好饮▪️Coconut Water新鲜椰青 $ 58够晒冰冻,大大个相当清甜▪️Thai Cendol Ice Dessert泰式珍多冰甜品 $ 58用上做珍多冰嘅食材,配上椰子雪糕做一个甜品,够晒丰富,味道有口感之余又唔太甜,炎炎夏日食就一流
