讲真,你话佢好好食,老远都要黎食又唔需要。但系大埔中心区域内,可以扫街的食店就唔多,夜归肚饿,帮衬下也无妨。间舖食物范围都阔,总有一样合你心水,如果你嫌污糟就唔好帮衬啦,牛杂确实较夜买会较淋同入味;炸大肠就串定,有柯打至拎去电炉炸,水准当然难和专业户比较,正常味道。

食左个超级丰富嘅早餐,所以拖到3点都未识肚饿,但又顶唔到去晚餐,所以最好就系食个小食顶住个肚先🤭牛杂简直系扫街之选👍🏻佢仲有其他街头小食,例如炸大肠、煎酿三宝等等⋯细牛杂$20/大牛杂$30呢个牛杂真系无得弹😋虽然细细碗,但有齐晒所有部位👍🏻个汤汁好入味,牛杂燘到好软林林,一咬就开,加少少辣酱同黄芥辣,真系超级match🤤呢间真系我食过几高质素嘅牛杂😋小食有好多,但好多都系纯粹填肚🙈

Their fish balls and Shui mai were doughy. No flavor. Their three treasure were cold. Did not offer to heat it up but they did it for the guy after us. Their beef stomach combo was decent. Egg puff was the worse I ever had. It wasn’t fluffy and you can literally separate it in half. It was also gluey in the inside. Try somewhere else. This place is not with your money and will ruin your taste buds.

当12点之后先收工,好多时就会喺呢度叫碗大嘅韭菜猪红肠多辣,又或者系牛杂呢度啲肠系几好食,够肥又入味,甘香不骚。牛杂呢就好似由细到大扫街果一种,煮得比较淋身,膀就完全粉咁样。当然同潮式粉面做出嚟嘅牛杂冇得比,不过就好有comfort food嘅感觉。另外值得一提嘅就系佢哋嘅卤水墨鱼同生肠,做得其实都唔错,爽口弹牙。重点系佢哋做得好有心机,放甜酱芥辣嘅时候系用个扫,一层一层咁上得好均匀。绝对唔系求其pat啲酱上去就算!抵赞所以,有时揾嘢食,味道都未必系重点。可能果一刻,想要嘅,就系想揾返当年嘅人情味同感觉。

卤水萝卜牛杂走肺,牛膀今次够晒软棉多汁,海棉体尽是味浓卤水,好食好食。牛肚劲爽兼入味。大量牛肠,干净富弹性而咽韧。牛喉天梯都有,软骨卜卜脆。HKD20 蚊一份够晒多,牛膀牛肠牛肚牛肺不过不失,食得过。萝卜差到不得了,又酸又有渣,无下次。好耐无黎帮衬喇,上次味道质量劣等演译,估唔到可以守到年几仲做紧生意㖞。始终第一次系最香最好味,又腍又入味。第二次食最难食,又硬又鞋又无味﹗今次还算可以,唔难食。初开业时既萝卜牛杂好好味,但之后质量大插水喇﹗今日有缘路过见有点肚饿,比多次机会您啦﹗大埔除左永利外,就只有大埔墟公园仔附近先有牛杂食啰。
