We booked through openrice and enjoyed a 20percent discount for their tasting menu. I ordered their Lassi and the flavors were just right without being too sweet.The starter platter was large. The fillings stuffed the whole fuchka and their sauce was amazing when we put in inside. Besides the beetroot croqutte, they also swapped 4 of them to potato croquettes(Aloo chop) so we got to try more of their dishes.The soup was rich with vegetables and I would recommend unless you are a vegetarian to skip the vegetarian main course as the soup is quite sufficeint for veggies. Out of all the main, I loved the chicken and prawn the most. The Cashew and yoghurt sauce was a delight to have with the tender chicken.They ran out of tiger prawns but the amount of prawn inside this dish was very generous, almost like there was more no matter how much I scooped  out.The beef was tender but maybe the previous 2 sauces were a bit stronger so the curry, which was intended not to be strong, was not as prominently flavored.The veggies main had heaps of different greens inside, incluindg my favorite okra.The meal included 2 plates of rice and ruti(total 4) and my only regret was for the 4 of us, maybe only 3 set meals would be sufficient.Their kulfi was a lovely end to the dish. I appreciated how most of their dishes were not too strongly flavored and from their dessert/lassi, they seem to be adopting a healthier approach with less to no sugar. 🏺孟加拉菜你又试过未呢?有日行过中环鸭巴甸街见到有间门面装潢怖满南亚风味,在中环地段上可算是鹤立鸡群。同特别人食特别嘢,熊妹今日就梗系带阿妹去试新嘢啦。📌位于中环鸭巴甸街,PMQ下面少少就系,可以撘中环长扶手电梯上到最高再往右边行就到鸭巴甸街。过十字口马路🚧就要好小心!📌店舖小小,都有几张二至四人枱,楼廐够高,感觉都会好济逼。鹰嘴豆脆菜炸茄子,$48南亚菜都好常有的炸物小食,茄子切得不厚不薄,沾上了鹰嘴豆炸粉浆落油炸,食落又唔油腻㖞,经过热力令茄子肉煮熟变淋,咬落软绵绵,重点在店主洒上了自家制的辣粉,令淡味的茄子🍆加添了调味,味道非常过瘾。鸡蛋薯仔蛋饼,$68同个名一样,就系薯仔🥔包著一颗鸡蛋🥚的炸球,薯仔蓉绵绵,同鸡蛋好夹,点埋中间的沙律酱,既简单又够大众口味的炸物小食。香草慢煮扁豆, $68呢碗扁豆蓉汤,店长话系孟加拉菜名物,好多时孟加拉人会加片面包就当一餐。饮落去真系充满粒粒扁豆蓉🫘,好饱满,好似汤饭咁,难怪可以当一餐。😂家乡蕃茄咖喱羊肉, $158孟加拉主要都系信奉伊斯兰教,而伊斯兰教唔食猪肉嘅,所以主食类有齐鸡、牛、羊、鱼,就食特别啲的羊肉喇。南亚菜的肉类大多都系以浓味酱料烹调的肉类,加入了蕃茄味道🍅带少少酸,而羊肉味好出但一啲都唔骚!又无肥肉位,大大啖连酱汁捞饭食一流。厨师招牌香米饭, $48厨师拣选的是日米饭,内里加入了配料腰果及煮熟的洋葱丝🧅,细细粒米饭几有咬口,都系第一次食孟加拉米。土茴香子茶, $45最后,点埋饮品作总结。店长推荐呢杯土茴香子热茶。好特别㖞!味道系辣的!辣的苶真系第一次试,有少少甜味然后就好重的回甘辣味,留在口腔的after taste系好强烈的!这杯茶需要一口一口慢慢呷,好适合下午茶闲聊的时候慢慢叹,慢慢㗳真茶的味道,孟加拉菜连饮品都咁特别!📌中环地段食肆林立,咁多款多国菜真系要够特别先可以突围而出。食得多中菜西餐,不妨试下南亚菜香港唯一的孟加拉菜。 继续阅读

每人口味唔同偏好广东粤菜、日式料理、西式嘅我终于食到呢间收藏已久嘅孟加拉餐厅成间餐厅楼面都系由老板一脚踢老板好友善,会主动埋嚟问”alright?”食物全部都以大量香料入馔,小食拼盘以地道街头食物拼成,主菜主要是牛/羊/鸡。💫招牌小食拼盘 HKD178SHARING PLATTER (FOR 3-4)Fuchka, Piyaju, Beguni, Aloo'r Chop, Shingara (2 pc each)招牌孟加拉素脆球配乳酪酱,孟加拉特色扁豆及洋葱炸饼,鹰嘴豆脆桑炸茄子,鸡蛋薯仔炸饼,炸薯仔三角馅饼(每款雨件)大部分都系用薯仔炸成,味道香口,酱汁具特色,偏酸。最好味系炸茄子❤️留意炸薯仔三角馅饼系辣的!🌶️💫家乡薯仔咖喱鸡 无骨 HKD128Classic curry - home-style blend of curry boneless老板话佢地啲咖喱本身唔辣,朋友又想试辣,最后点餐时只加少辣,上菜时对于唔食得辣嘅人系大辣🤣💫5小时慢烤卡拉牛肉 HKD172Kala bhuna - 5 hours slow-cooked beef, in a Bangladeshi- spiced reduced gravy澄清一下先,我对所有gravy 类味道都系麻麻,呢道菜系老板推荐,啲牛真系焖得好腍好入味,腍到你唔会见到旧牛肉样,只系见到一坨嘢.. 味道非常浓郁,愈食到碟底愈见咸… 💫蒜蓉牛油烤饼Garlic butter naan 加埋香葱嘅烤饼,偏油但香口💫油炸脆饼Luchi 酥脆嘅咸酥饼👍🏻,好有特色🧉孟加拉传统茶Bangladesh Lebu Tea 有柠檬嘅酸味;肉桂嘅香气;仲有啲香料嘅微辛 接受到咁复杂嘅味道,其实都唔错🥛拉西乳酪特饮Lassi 芒果乳酪,同印度餐厅差唔多,好味健康唔太甜总结/成餐饭好似surprise box 咁,菜式新奇味道特别,系一个好难忘嘅体验。个人认为一试无妨,再试就未必了。 继续阅读
