估不到一百三十八元的宠仔蟹盖糯米饭咁好食,真美味!猪肺汤又甜又真材实料!Bb鸽不太细,很入味!豆腐虾仁,虾仁又大又新鲜!粉丝什菜煲,非常大煲,好味!算很抵又美味的一餐!

Tonight our family went to Sai Wan Ho 权发 to celebrate birthday of my niece. My wife picked a beautiful birthday cake for the little girl. When we arrived the staff offered to help us put the cake into the frig for having it after the meal.In summary, the quality of the food is really bad. Not a single dish one can say delicious. The service is also poor. Staff cannot wait to take away the plates even though there are obviously still food in them. It feels like we are rushed to pay the bill and go!Ok, now 权发 is not a high-end restaurant so we might not be fair to ask for too much. But then when we told the staff to take out the cake to the birthday girl, when we saw really pissed us off!!! When the box was opened, the cake was almost crashed! All the toppings fell to the side!!! It feels like someone drops it on the floor!! And the staff has not even aplogize!!!!! What the....?!?Imagine how you would feel if your birthday cake was trashed like that?! We will never go to this rubbish restaurant again!!

约了老友们落堂后聚餐,肚子已饿得打鼓,今晚必定要大吃一番首先到场的两只为食鬼,已先行叫了汤和白饭,坐底时刚好有野食,时间刚刚好。木瓜雪耳唐排汤,侍应先把汤渣舀起,份量确是极之多,可谓真材实料。此汤向来是我所爱,入口鲜甜无比,喝不出有味精,正! 香酥荔芋鸭:一道功夫菜也,先将鸭件拆骨,外面包上荔蓉,再蘸粉酥炸而成。份量非常可观,由于新鲜热辣炸起,外层酥皮够松化。鸭肉十分之少,不太试到真味。芋蓉则是颇多,香滑得来又不黏口。生根田鸡煲:其中一个姊妹点的,她说同事不喜欢田鸡,今天终于可以大快朵颐!煲仔上枱时烟冒弥漫,镬气十足!田鸡肉地结实,生根吸收了酱汁,入口一咬,所有味道释放出来,很捧。最喜欢大蒜及香葱等配菜,见大家都大手大手夹,十分痛快。家乡煎藕饼:又是重量级之作,每碟八件大大旧。咦!是火喉太劲了吗?原来煎即等如炸,加上之前那碟香酥鸭,好热气呀!但食物当前,懒理它!莲藕非常爽口,酿料则有猪肉、马蹄、云腿,好像还有鱼肉,配合得很好,赞。蚝仔浸豆苗:可能之前点的𩠌菜较腻,这一味来得正好。蚝仔只只胀卜卜,很是鲜甜。肉碎满布汤面,场面壮观。豆苗鲜嫰无渣,配合鱼汤来吃,天衣无缝。另有免费糖水红豆沙,但已吃得太饱,所以只试了两口。怎料阿姐再送来生果,哗,很抵吃呀!这里服务不错,侍应很注意食客需要,收碟也快手。虽然当晚我们坐到十一时多,但他们绝不会给你压力,无show出赶收工的样子。唯一要改善的是,餐牌中很多菜式也没有,我们前后转了很多次。无论如何,今晚十分尽兴,有机会会再光顾。

其实都一段时间之前帮衬嫁啦, 衬我依家开左个户口, 就补返个食评俾佢啦!!之前礼拜成日都同屋企人落权发饮茶, 次次都劲多人等位! 因为权发D点心真系抵食又大件! 而且水准唔错!不过有一次吃晚饭就真系失望左少少, 不过可能系晚上又礼拜的关系, 真系又系劲多人! 等好耐都冇位!但有点过份的就系等左真系劲耐, 耐到EQ高都发脾气, 点知佢仲够胆死话分开两张台俾我地坐! (我地都成10几人)我真系忍唔住爆粗, 一来嘈佢等左劲耐都冇位, 二来仲要要我地分开坐, 真系冇用脑!!不过依个又唔算好大问题, 因为始终唔系D乜0野大酒楼大饭店, 所以这点可以原谅佢。话虽如此, 但晚餐小菜都真系唔错, 记得当晚再正的就系"芝士焗龙虾", 佢真系唔会呃你!!真系大大只龙虾劲好肉!! 而且D芝士真系好味好香, 唔系得个肥字溜字, 真系几正!!

20110624 8pm冬瓜盅- 是日最后一个, 差点儿走宝。XO酱西兰花带子桂花pon - 少少辣好味道。乳鸽 - 虾片是即炸既, 乳鸽无得剩, 我估应该好味道。蛏子王 - $30一只, 今晚麻麻地。 腿蓉莲藕饼 - 小朋友话, 好重呀 唔讲唔觉, 又真系几重手㖞。香口o野好快无晒。琵琶豆腐 - 稳阵之选。上汤龙虾伊面底 - 我好记得系唔好食既, 我无食。- 结果竟然食剩, 好食极有限啦。送绿豆沙- 众人意见太甜啦。九大一小盛惠$1300, 好抵食。
