湾仔道有几间旺场的饱饼店,各有各的捧场客。我自己较喜欢光顾樱岛,这里的面饱款式多,又平又新鲜,全部都在店里烘焙。还有蛋糕蛋挞等,亦是这里的皇牌,特别是蛋挞,有酥皮和曲奇皮,经常都热辣辣出炉,可想而知销路很好了。我却偏爱这里的中式饼食,因有很多款式,又做得细细件,一两口便一个。价钱较平之余,吃多几款,也没那么饱滞。中式饼食计有老婆饼、豆蓉酥、豆沙酥、叉烧酥、皮蛋酥、鲍鱼酥、蛋黄酥、合桃酥、棋子饼和烧饼等等。再加上鸡批、椰挞和各款蛋糕仔,真可以做个「甜品自助餐」呢!其中我最喜欢的,是椰挞仔和棋子饼。棋子饼用红豆蓉做饀料,味稍甜,真是皮薄饀靓。可惜每逢临近中秋,便不会出售这款饼,不然的话,可以取代迷你月饼呢!至于椰挞仔,做得很香浓。由于椰挞全是反式脂肪,为免减低罪恶感,我便只好吃迷你版了!

本来系系湾仔觅食,但行行下实在太饿,经过见到面包店即刻入去睇下有咩正野买咦,见到条低脂蛋白卷蛋,见到低脂呢两个字即刻买左大条$18 细条$9蛋白蛋糕都几松软,但始终无蛋黄既蛋糕蛋味一定少啲,食落明显系无平时蛋糕咁甜,低脂既点应该系呢到忌廉较薄咁抹一层,但都食得出几甜,整体黎讲比平时少甜左啲,的确食落无咁有罪恶感既其实自己整开蛋糕都知蛋糕无咩可能低脂,蛋白蛋糕只系因为无落蛋黄而少左蛋既脂肪,但发起蛋白都一样用大堆糖,所以低脂都其实系好肥,不过厄下自己都几好

吃过午饭,意犹未尽,到彼邻樱岛面包饼店买了一个蛋挞作甜品。小小饼店,蛋挞有齐牛油皮及酥皮两款选择。眼见酥皮蛋挞涨卜卜,应是刚刚新鲜出炉,二话不说要了一个。起初想即吃,但余温实在太热,还是带回公司细味。返到公司,蛋挞仍然热辣烫嘴,酥皮酥香富层次感,蛋心够滑,虽然味道甜了少许,还属好吃之选!

The custard puffs looked good at Sakirashima bakery when I walked past so came back another day to get them.There were only two remaining so I just got one.The custard puffs were only $3.5 each and were kept in a chilled cabinet.The custard inside the puff was really silky just like creme brulee. Since it was chilled the custard puffs were refreshing to eat with cool custard oozing out.The sweetness was just right too and the puff was not too buttery.I am now tempted to try the chocolate cream puff!

昨天路经此地,看见有比较少见的豆腐蛋糕,于是买了一件作为今天的早餐。豆腐蛋糕($4.5):其实像蛋白蛋糕,但不是很松的那种,是很软绵绵的。感觉很轻盈,不会太重牛油味,又不太甜,吃起来不会太腻。很不错。不过体积细了一点。其他面包蛋糕比较普通,不太吸引,但价钱不贵。不会刻意来买,但路经这里的话或许会再光顾试试其他东西。
